We went to see the room for a bachelor party for one day. The ambience is very good. The neat and clean place we saw the studio apartment room was good but they told us we couldn't stick anything on the wall for decoration Their charges may vary for a bachelor party I told 7-10 girls will be there for the party. The place is easily seen from road. The entrance is Accessible ♿. There is lift inside next to inquiry counter.

My friend was staying here and I think this is a really scammy place.. They are only looking for ways to get money out of you.. like the place is pretty overpriced too.. the location is pretty average and the rooms are below average for the price.. my friend was constantly scared to do anything because they charge you money for smallest things!! Would recommend looking another way - Bandra has some great and far more homely places

The hotel is located in a central part of Bandra and close to anything you need. I enjoyed my room and everyday the staff would clean the room very thoroughly. The breakfast was great as well as the complementary coffee and tea you get each day. Will stay again when I am back in Mumbai. Great room service as well I enjoyed the dishes I had ordered. Really loved the hotel and the fact that’s it’s in Bandra

Only the name and the lobby is grand the rest of the things have passed it’s glory days the two night stay made me feel this place doesn’t even want to maintain a standard any more. The shower head is rusted so broken that you can’t take a normal shower properly . The bathroom tiles are stained the ceiling has stain marks all over the backside of the door in the bathroom has stain marks. The walls have painted chipped off and stained the ceiling in the room is the same way. I really wonder what they can’t do to fix and maintain a particular standard.

Pathetic food. Break fast was absolutely under rated and no buffet. Room service was even more bad, you need to make 3 reminders to get your things. Overall over budgeted against services. Too bad

The rooms are clean, but can be a bit cleaner. The bathrooms are clean and the toiletries are adequate. The breakfast is very good and has a good spread and the service is great

Stayed for 4 weeks Like most reviews, yes the location is fantastic. But the place needs a lick of paint and mould removal spray. FOH and F&B staff very attentive. Mayuri a legend 🙌 "Encyclopaedia of Bandra". Shankar another fantastic 👏 personality. The guys at breakfast very articulate, jovial and customer focused. Well laid out breaky, serves ample for both local and foreign clients. Gratitude to chef's.. Gym setup - from my experience just right for the place, but nobody services or cleans the place. It took repeated shout out to get some towel and water and rubbish removal. Drawback house keeping - I don't know if the place has a house keeping Manager. The person has to wake up and do some rounds to see what is going on. I would stay at the place when i come back to bombay. Recommended

Substandard Services - 1) Hotel WiFi was not available and receptionist (Mayuri) offered no help and she also refused a spare towel in emergency, 2) Hotel did not provide news paper for the entire stay; 3) In general, both receptionists (Mayuri & Amita) were unwelcoming. There are many better hotels out there at the same cost.

Nice Hotel With great ambience, most recommended place to stay if u visit Mumbai.

Room was okay. Washroom could do with some repair work. The basic room only has a twin bed setup. If you're alone want a large bed just for yourself, joining the two beds is the only option. Even though that sounds okay, the real issue arises when you're sleeping and find yourself between the gap of the joined beds. Otherwise, you can pay more for a higher category room. As for the food, I only had breakfast. It was super weird. They give you a set a menu with five/six categories. You can order one from each and be done with it. There's no buffet system as such. A two-star experience. At best.

Not worth the money at all! Very bad housekeeping. Bathroom was full of fungus. Floors were dirty even after housekeeping the room. Cooking panel in the room was not working. Requested for an iron and they send not working iron. Light control panel was working very bad. Took 5 minutes to just switch off the light. Resection managers are not helpful. Couldn’t not even apologise.

I stayed here for 10 days while I was taking care of Mom at nearby Lilavati Hospital. Clean, well serviced. They won't pamper you but you get your needs met. I will stay again if I get a chance. BTW, you are right across to the street to Saif Ali Khan's condo.

It's a nice place to stay over for a day or 2, and best thing about this place is that it is on bandra near to all the cool and happening spots in town

The location, safety, security, staff and food was good and no complaints, very quiet and in the heart of Bandra west. After flying internationally and still being able to stay RT PCR negative means a lot while staying in a hotel. The best part is the hotel allows food to be ordered from outside. I was able to do online shopping and have my stuff delivered.The staff was polite and decent.I would definitely stay here again if ever I have to.Thank you to everyone and to Tariq sir for helping me through with the booking and the stay. The Thanks again to everyone, well done and keep up the good services.

Great location and very nice doorman (sardarji) who gives you plenty of advices for shopping. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony. This is a unique boutique service apartment in Bandra, the Queen of Mumbai suburbs. The property is absolutely clean and hygienic. Rooms are large. The staff is hospitable and the Manager is helpful and responsive.

Overall a great Experience here. The hotelier & staff are too cooperative here, because they provided the solution over a great error created by MakeMyTrip's worst booking app. They provide much more than there cost but MakeMyTrip only harassed us. Clean spacious rooms, good service and security. Breakfast menu is also very good.

Lot of renovation work required. Things are damaged or broken and replacement is needed. Staff is extremely prompt and courteous. Service is really good, hope they maintain it.

If you're thinking of living in and around bandra west then this is the perfect Hotel. The rooms are great along with the room service + breakfast buffet. The entire staff right from the doorman, reception staff, concierge, house keeping and room service have been exceptional. The depict every single thing one would expect from hospitality. Ibwas so impresses that we ended up extending our trip for 1 additional week. Some may find it a little expensive but it's worth every single dollar you spend here.

Great location, the housekeeping and overall staff service was really 5 star. Special thanks to Anita in housekeeping for attending to all our laundry and housekeeping requirements with promptness and a smile. Just a suggestion that the rooms and bathroom definitely need a makeover as it’s an old property. Overall location and service made it a great stay! Best part - My room had a balcony! Very well ventilated. Worst part - the rooms are connected. The connecting door in my room was locked, of course. But I returned to my room late at 11 in the night and it was filled with cigarette smoke and loud charter from the next room. So, ask for a studio room. It's not connected.

Room was quite nice. Air Conditioner was amazing to have after a day in the humidity. Staff were also very friendly. 4/5 stars as the shower was not cleaned as well as it could have been.

I had call for booking for one day. The manager confirmed everything on phone,we started to go for check in but again after 20 minutes she as called and said booking not available. This is absolutely not acceptable. They will charged you but no humanity that children's are sufferred. This manager telling me to put whatever reviews she is not bothered. I request everybody think before going.
