GO.
IF
YOU
WANT
TO
GO
AND
BEG
TO
WAITERS
FOR
CLEANING
THE
TABLE,
GETTING
WATER,
MENU,
BILL,
LETTING
YOU
TALK
TO
THE
MANAGER**
I
had
gone
yesterday
night
@
12.15
am
to
Lotus
Cafe.
The
staff
is
unqualified
and
not
bothered
about
anything.
To
start
with,
I
had
to
clean
the
chairs
myself.
For
10
minutes
I
was
served
water
or
given
the
menu
card.
I
complained
to
the
restaurant
manager.
He
changed
my
waiter
and
still
the
service
was
as
bad
as
it
can
be.
I
explained
him
that
I
had
gone
there
for
the
service
and
not
the
food.
Similar
or
better
food
was
available
at
other
places
for
a
better
price.
I
need
good
service.
The
new
waiter
also
paid
no
heed.
My
mocktail
was
very
bad,
they
simply
emptied
a
bottle
of
fruity
of
mazaa
or
frooti
and
gave
me.
I
wanted
them
to
change
the
mocktail
but
no
one
came
to
the
table
for
a
lot
of
time.
Time
and
again
I
tried
to
call
them,
but
the
waiters
were
having
a
fun
talk(even
the
manager
whom
i
complained)
and
no
one
was
looking
at
me
when
I
was
waving
my
hand
for
atleast
10
times.
Finally,
I
had
to
call
them
by
raising
my
voice.
The
new
waiter
came
and
he
asked
me
what
I
want
?
I
told
him
I
want
my
mocktail
changed.
And
when
my
new
mocktail
had
come,
my
food
was
already
over.
Had
the
waiter
come
earlier,
I
could
have
gotten
my
mocktail
with
my
food.
Although,
this
was
just
the
start
of
the
disappointment.
It
was
now
1.15
in
the
night.
Now
my
food
was
over
and
I
wanted
to
leave.
Even
after
complaining
about
the
service
to
2
waiters
and
the
manager,
no
one
was
coming
for
over
10
mins
to
give
me
the
bill
and
all
the
staff
was
still
gossiping
and
laughing
at
a
corner.
I
got
up
from
my
table,
starting
walking
towards
them
and
told
the
manger,
if
you
are
done
with
gossiping,
can
i
get
my
bill.
I
told
him,
that
I
had
never
even
gone
to
the
billing
counter
in
a
fast
food
joint
for
giving
me
the
bill.
Their
service
was
even
worse.
I
asked
them
to
call
the
General
Manger
of
the
Hotel.
So
they
called
Mr.
Shrikant
Pal
who
pretended
to
be
the
manager.
I
asked
him
if
he
was
the
manager,
he
said
yes.
But
he
was
just
the
manager
for
2
restaurants
in
the
hotel.
When
I
asked
him,
I
want
to
talk
to
the
General
Manager
only.
He
said
that
the
GM
is
not
available.
I
asked
him
to
give
me
the
number
of
the
GM
so
that
I
could
contact
him
the
next
day,
which
he
bluntly
refused
saying
that
he
doesnt
have
the
number
of
the
GM.
Who
in
the
world
is
going
to
believe
that
an
employee
doesnt
have
the
contact
details
of
his
boss.
Then
I
took
his
card
and
asked
him
to
write
on
it
that
he
doesnt
have
the
details
(which
I
am
about
to
upload
right
here).
