Worst hotel in my entire life They Don't deserve a single star too 1.Room windows can't close. Due to heavy rain fall water comes in to my room. 2. They are not providing Towels in room. 3. Food Quality is poor. 4. Room service is worst. 5. Water quality is bathroom is so bad you can't brush. 6. They are not giving the soap if you ask them then they will give you but after 2-3hr. By calling again and again on reception. 7. If you ask them for cold water bottle for drinking they don't have. In future I never stay in OYO properties and never ever suggest to anyone else.

Other than the location of the hotel, everything else is pathetic. The top floor has a gym and if your room is on 5th floor, till late evening and from early morning you will struggle with the noise. Toilets are worse than public toilets. Rooms are too shabby and floor is poorly cleaned. Breakfast takes over 40 minutes everyday. Nothing as a flagship! Poor exp!

I guess the images were clicked when the hotel was just established. The way up to the hotel reception itself was such a mood off, lift looked like it needs some caring. I cut short my stay at this property after staying for just about 6 hrs. Checked a couple of rooms before hesitantly confirming one because I had checked in very early in the morning. Both the rooms smelled of fungus and dust. The paint on the walls were starting to come off. Bedsheet had stains on it. The bathroom could use better ventilation. A remote for the AC would have been so much more helpful, I might have given a star extra just for that kind of concerned hospitality. Took me a couple of hours before I finally fell asleep from the tiredness of the late night flight. Did not even stay to have the complimentary breakfast.

I had been there for a night. Location is good but the room was not clean at all. Hairs, dust were everywhere in the room. ApperaraAp of room was good. If you don't have any choice in mairti park, chembur area then and only then book this oyo. Howerver you can see reviews on oyo very good etc but always look for reviews on google only.

Cons: Not value for money rooms are too small and seems old. Room service is OK, rooms pillow covers were not properly cleaned. Room phone was not working, even after complaint it didn't get serviced. Since, it was only hotel available on Oyo in Chembur area, it might not be thinking to improve. Pros: Good things are Hotel is easily accessible as it's on road, and conveyance is also easily available via hotel only.

Premium offering from OYO. Deluxe room are big and well kept. Location is a plus with great restaurants in vicinity. You may have to poke staff few times to get cleaning done but else very supportive staff.

Room was okay.. cleanliness was also okay..room service was delayed. They serve raw water instead of mineral water which was not at all good in taste. Location is very convenient and easily accessible. There is no parking available. Park on the road so there was a risk of tow but fortunately saved from it. Staff was attentive and co-operative. Veg Breakfast was okay okay. Overall enjoyed the stay with buddies.

Best place to stay and to take some time off your hectic life. Great staff. Have been in multiple hotels and oyo's but by far the best Oyo flagship hotel I've been in. Undoubtedly the best service and great staff. Highly recommended.

I am so delighted with my experience at OYO flagship 389. It's the best ever OYO hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was so amazing that it felt like home away from home. Stayed on the fourth floor, room facing the main road, with an amazing view from the window. U just cant find a better hotel than this one at this price. The room interiors and wall decorations were unique and creative; which was an ad-on along with a delightful homely stay! Deserves a 5 star totally!
