The worst hotel experience in my life, i will not give this as a half star also. The hotel is not at all a family hotel, it is beyond 3rd class hotel.Not at all hygienic, washroom sealing is broken, doors locks are not working, very foul smell, rotten smell, rotten foods in the pantry, big mouse in the corridor, the attended in the receptionist is very rude. LOTS of mosquitos in the room, we were not given mosquitoes coil, TV is not working. I will not suggest anyone to come here

I booked through Agoda. I did a huge mistake just to save some amount for 2 days only. This is my worst experience in a hotel stay. First I got a room were there wo no bucket and mug, room had no ventilation, also there was trash laying on the floor, AC was not working. There was 2 pillow both were dirty. Instead of blanket there was only sheet. TV was as expected, not working. Geyser was not there, or it was not working, they only knows. Many switch was not working, as mentioned on the details extra bed will be there, but no extra bed. Wall paints were falling. After complaining about the AC and foul smell. They shifted us to another room, were AC was working fine, some ceiling lights were also working, but there was lots of bathroom issue, there was an insect, there was waterlogging. If you want to stay for a day or some hours, it is good. Or else. You can book a good hotel in a reasonable price.

Worst experience ever experienced by me while staying in a Oyo hotel, an Uncleaned room with stinking bedsheet, and pillows. Non cooperative staff, They refused to give a GST Bill , Neither proper management or cleanliness, Never Recommended

This was the worst experience of my life. I had booked a room in advance and paid full amount. When I went to checkin, they told me, they don't have any room available for me. It was very difficult for me to find an another room at the last moment. After some argument, they were willing to give me a room with a condition. I had to pay again. They were not willing to give me a room with the already payment.

This is one of the worst experience I ever seen in my life.. I did a mistake by booking this hotel through MakeMyTrip.. I thought it is value for money..but after check In I came to know that I did a mistake just to save some hundreds.. first of all there is no geyser so no hot water..and tv is there only for display.. bathroom was very dirty..some plumbing issue..no light in bathroom.. even if we complaint also no use..

The place is situated in a shady area, quotes higher price on top of agoda/oyo bookings. Rooms stink of smoke, the bedsheets, towels and mattresses weren't clean and the staff was very rude and appeared drunk. They'll charge you for everything including soap, shampoo and even water! Just pathetic!

Do not use this hotel at penny cost also. You can manage to live on Road but do not use their stinky rooms ... there rooms smells like rodent. Washroom, towel , bloody bedsheets yuckkkk!!! I beg you please do not opt this hotel at any cost .. staffs are not good your family will not be safe. Think 100 times before booking this hotel

This is the most pathetic place that I have ever stayed in. I don't even know how is this even allowed to function. A few of our "memorable moments": 1. The staff DID NOT wear mask. On asking why are they not wearing mask they rudely told us that didn't need to as they were fully vaccinated. 2. The rooms look so unhygienic that you wouldn't even want to sit let alone sleep on them. Bed sheets had weird stains and hairs all over them. We had to beg multiple times to change the bed-sheets. These genius people just exchanged bedsheet with another dirty bedsheet from some other room expecting we wouldn't notice the obvious lump of hair. 3. The toilet-seat had "visible" pee-stains on them (see attached picture, look closely). 4. The gallery was full of dirty cloths and we saw the most disgusting kitchen of all places. God save whoever eats from that kitchen. 5. Their towel has seen all kind of Indian curries and doesn't shy away from telling us. 6. Their staff is the most shady people I have ever met. Extremely unsafe for couples. Somebody tried to open our door multiple times in late night. We were afraid of lives at some point of time. Noise all through the night. We couldn't sleep at all. 7. And look at their "high security locks" in the attached pics. 8. The washroom lock looked like somebody had alohomora'ed on it to crack it open. 8. The stench of the place is unbearable. The whole place looks like it wasn't cleaned since last year. On top of everything, they charge a lot of amount for a night. Also, if you look closely then you will notice that there are just a couple of people rating it "5 star" with extremely vague comments on every website. I am 100% sure these are people from the hotel itself. If you hate your life and money then I highly recommend this place. I made a mistake booking this place and that too not from OYO. Very bad experience in hotel bath hot water not giving me proper serive very bad staf

Pathetic, the pics and real place are chalk & cheese. It's filthy, unhygienic abd dingy. Not a place one would like to spend a comfortable night into.

Room was very smelly. Super bad experience and toilet was very unhygienic even I paid 50 rupees for cleaning room. Staff was very illiterate. I would recommend to enovate the hotel interior and washrooms. This kind of dirty room can be harmful to anyone who is staying there. @oyo I don’t know how do you get these properties onboarded without checking these basic things.

I had a truly disappointing hotel stay recently that I feel compelled to review. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant experience. The first issue was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned with hairs left behind from the previous guest. The next problem was the noise level. I could hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway, and it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. This made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The customer service was also lacking. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, they seemed indifferent and offered no solutions or apologies. It was as if they couldn't care less about my experience. To top it all off,the hotel has Big RATS in all room. One of the worst stay i had in my life. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodations. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this establishment in the future.

Booked through MakeMyTrip and got a discount. At the time of check in, i was told my booking was invalid as they "did not provide discounts" and i would need to pay 800 more to access the room. If there is a problem with the app then inform me beforehand as i booked 5 days prior. The room was also bad, the flush worked once out of 7-8 times, bedsheets weren't clean, pillow was dirty too and the towel smelled. 0/10, would recommend to book somewhere else and I am never coming back here.

Worst hotel rooms. Nearby slums would have better stay than these hotel rooms. Better sleep on the street than to stay in their rooms. They trick customers by offering online discount and then demand more money when you reach the reception desk. These people run a scam. Oyo should de-list them. So should other booking portals.

I had been there don't understand why Oyo get this type of hotels on board and before getting onboard why don't you send executive to check the rooms and the amenities to authenticate and verified. This is not about the money I was sleepless night for me I don't have an option at that movement in midnight. 1 There was no AC in the room 2 The room look like an rat house and yuck smell too 3 The room was unhygienic and the bathroom door was not there. 4 let your Oyo owner get stay at this kind of cheap and third category hotels. 5 I've seen they dont laundry the bed sheet and just turn the bed sheet and use it same. 6 serious I've never been through this and wired experience 1st time. 7 you should fired this types of hotels and this is your duty to check the physically rooms 8 The room no is 117

Worst experience ever we reached at the hotel by night and have booked from oyo in 899 but hotel guy denied us for checkin as rate is very low in oyo and their starting rate is 1500 so he said pay 1500 then only will allow to checkin or else u can go to another hotel there were no nearby hotels so we booked it and we were not having any option so we paid 1500 for checkin also the rooms were not good which showed in pics it was totally differing tv wasn’t working in any rooms and my eye started itching bcoz of air freshener or something else dont know please dont visit

Thus hotel blue inn residency is the worst hotel which I visited in my entire life . There is no water to drink , no bucket for bathing , staff was very rude , smelly rooms , and at the time of breakfast which was included in my tariff , they refused to do so . The lobby was full of smoke of cigarettes, unhygienic, and they charged me extra money at the reception during check in and refused to give the proper bill . This hotel is destroying the name of Oyo . I need compensation, otherwise I will go to consumer court within 15 days .

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen they will never refund ur money back saying they will credit it to oyo account. No proper service smelly bathrooms bed. Rats in thier rooms I will say book better hotels then this. Booked this hotel for 5 days checked out in 1 days balance amount never got back just fake promises they will give in otyo account and after that they will never ever recieve ur call back.

After advanced booking with full payment , manager denying to give rooms. They told us that they have no water facility in their hotel room. Very much bad experience... Not recommended at all. Dont go..

They don't have proper water facility. They couldn't provide basic water for basic needs. They were providing in buckets to all the rooms, no hot water facility as well.

Room was not good which was given to me, TV and geyser not available also damaged water tap in bathroom, leakage in toilet spray. No lock for door.

The room was so dirty and unhingenic as well. The room was full of dust and hairs and there was spider nets and muddy roof. The room was so smelly and totally uncomfortable. I would recommend to renovate the hotel else close or cancel the dealership.

Pathetic Experience. Not at all clean room. When Asked the front desk why its not clean he asked me to leave the hotel at the midnight. I didn't have any other choice. Will never recommend this Hotel. Please refrain using this. And a big NO to OYO for not even listening to my concern on call.

No service at all, hotel doesn't deserve even 0 star, manager is pathetic, mosquitos in the room, the guy pretend to be manager doesn't even give me a bottle of water after calling them several times, bed sheets haven't change, geyzer is not working, hotel deserve -10 rating.

Worst Experience. Oyo said you will get discount if I pay whole amount while booking, so I did online payment of Rs.1170. But hotel denied checkin and asked for more Rs.500. I called Oyo customer care but they said we cant do anything. Either transfer to other hotel or get full refund. Though it was 11pm, we had no other option. After that we paid Rs.200 and got room. Room was very small and not properly cleaned. Bathroom and toilet was unhygienic. They didn't provide soap, handwash, toothpaste etc. Hot water not available in room. When you want to bath, you have to ask for hot water to reception. Then they will give you 1 bucket of hot water. Also Bucket was very unhygienic. They didn't give A/c remote in room. Means when we want to change temperature, we have to call reception everytime. Even they charged for drinking water. Overall experience was very bad.

Not Recommended At All. We have One Room Booked Here On Name Swapnil Ahiwale. I Told Him Remaining 4 people are Are Jist Came With Him not Staying Here...we Are From Pune and Came Here for Competition. And We had a Booking Of 15-16th date. And We are Not Here for Stay Just To get Fresh And Go. Firstly He wasted half hour in Check In Record That We Hav a Booking Or No such a Fool Person On Reception. Secondly I Told Him One More Person will Go Inside Just For Help Not for Staying Or Using Any Hotel Amenities. I Attached a Photo Here How He Is Watching Us All The Time When I was in The Room that Is A Harrassing us. That Is Not Allowed To Watch Some One While he Or She Was Changing Such aBad Experience in Oyo. I will Not Suggest You To Stay In This Hotel never Ever.

It was very very pathetic experience. I booked this hotel for 3 Nights from OYO. After reaching there I found that this hotel is not upto my expectation or as per review I had gone through. Rooms were shabby, surroundings were very dirty , staffs were without masks, Door was without lock. I decided to checkout next day . I told the hotel manager to cancel my booking for next 2 days . He told me that once I will check out automatically it will get cancelled for next two days and I will get refund of the amount. I checked out next day and after one week when my money was not returned back to me I called the hotel manager and he informed that due to technical issue he could not update check out and hence entire money got deducted. I told him why he has not called me up while facing the problem since I had a option to take support from OYO he simply told its not his duty to inform me. So overall it was very very pathetic with this hotel.
