We stayed here for 3Night in February. Rooms as very ok just as a 2star hotel. Good for a short business tour when u just have to stay for a short period in the room. As the rooms are not kept clean properly. Waiters are co operative though. Food i didn’t try so no idea. Avoid if u going here for a family Leisure trip.

Rooms are small. Service is ok. Finishing of rooms is something kind of old. I don't know, why the prices are so high. Location is good, you can get a taxi easily anytime, cuz it is just beside fuel outlet. Food is ok ok, not so good not so bad. Have a small restaurant too.

Rooms are like 1 star hotel, room service is not upto the mark

If you are desperate for a hotel at a specific location (where this hotel is), you may opt for this hotel. But honestly, this is not a good choice. Literally most of the possible items are bad about this hotel, barring 2 aspects: 1. Staff at hotel are friendly and very cooperative 2. Food quality is decent enough (kudos to Chef) Amongst the bad ones: - Hotel shows signs of neglect and aging - Finding crawling (& few flying) insects in the rooms are common phenomenon - AC and TV remotes may or may not work - All lights may or may not work - Mini fridge in the room may or may not work Other aspects: Breakfast is very limited, but quality is GOOD. Being next to HP Petrol Pump, there is always a queue of cabs waiting to fill gas. This also leads to noise at night (so, if you are fussly sleeper, beware).

This is a posh hotel close to the Mazgaon Dock Shipbuilders office. The staff and front-desk people are decent and well mannered. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel has an awesome restaurant which provides delicious food which though is bit costly but well worthy of the quality. ♿️ Accessibility Features: Yes=Ramp access. It's a nice decent hotel. Rooms are average clean. Stairs Re bit congested but it is what it is. Staff is friendly. There is small restaurant besides the main lobby from where you can order food. It's on main dockyard road but there is no heavy, and you can get taxi easily.

A little bit decrease in price would be needed given the amount of space in the room. Apart from that their breakfast complimentary is excellent and service people are also very polite in addressing any issues. Hotel Managers are very courteous and helpful. I felt safe. However,Tariff shall be decreased slightly so that it can attract more people. It is advisable to clean the ac ducts or change new one. Cuz, Smell is coming from the AC when running.

Very convenient hotel with restaurant included within it has good rooms with reasonable prices it offer a free massage machine to people and it's room are cozy with great air conditioning along with TV's with good channels
