Excellent Hotel. We've been to many hotels in India and this is among the top 2. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff is extremely friendly and helped us out whenever we needed it. Food from room service is very good. Breakfast is a short walk away and was okay. If we ever come to Mumbai again, we'll definitely stay here.

Rooms are very spacious . Very well maintained. Staff are extremely helpful starting form reception till room service/ housekeeping. They have their own restaurant 200m away. We can either walk there and dine in or order food to the room. Service is very very quick and food was always served hot. Overall it’s a great choice to stay for families. An amazing place to stay, and very close to the airport. It's tough to find a clean hotel in Mumbai, but this hotel is one of the cleanest I've seen. The staff was very experienced and helpful. It's a bit difficult to find the hotel owing to the ragged surroundings, but once we found it, we had the most peaceful stay in Mumbai, so we booked it again!

This is one of the best hotel to stay near BKC or US consulate. Their rooms are upto 4 star standards and their hospitality and housekeeping is commendable. They have their own restaurant which is quite popular in Kurla for their Non Veg cuisine. Also, a very budget friendly stay in comparison to . Only issue was the locality but it can be overlooked if you have such a pleasant stay. The pictures shown are exactly the same in reality. Overall a wonderful experience at Naaz Executive and Naaz restaurant. Thanks a lot, will definitely come and stay again.

Landed in Mumbai, with lots of where to stay, how to spend time, fortunately one of my best friend suggested here. My goodness I am so happy with hospitality of the staff, and management. Felt like staying with my own family. Ultimate experience.

My wife and 2 kids were having a single day transit and while searching hotels nearby, either it was out of my budget like more than 8k for 5 star hotel or other hotels were not good although the rating was very high with fake reviews. You can only find the reality once you go through all the reviews. Endless fake reviews can be found on other hotels as you can see the review is given by an id which reviewed only 1 or a couple of places. Coming back to Hotel Naaz. 1. Quick response to question online 2. Proper communication and answering all queries 3. Easy payment option but to be paid in advance 4. Well Mannered staff who look after you properly, even handling your luggage. 5. Comfortable bed and neat and clean room with all utilities. Clean Toilets. 6. Good food from their own restaurant nearby. The prices were very reasonable. 7. Provided complimentary iftar and suhoor during this month of Ramadan. 8. Fast service. 9. Transportation from and to the airport available at a reasonable cost. Negative: 1. Only outside surrounding area is not good which doesn't matter if your are staying in or going out other than the nearby surrounding.

Thier restaurant is 50 meters away from the rooms and its tidy. They offer room service as well and prices are reasonable. Restaurant even offers 10% discount for guests staying in Naaz rooms. Do not judge the hotel by the location. The rooms were awesome and they have high speed wifi and even provide Netflix on their TV if you are bored.

It's a good place for accommodation. Service is good. The only thing is there is no lift facility in the hotel which may create an issue for senior citizens. The staff is courteous. The rooms are clean and well maintained. One more thing if you have accommodation with breakfast then you have to walk around 100 meter distance to get your food.

Our stay at the Hotel Naaz by the airport was brief but very enjoyable. They were able to accommodate an after hours check in for us which was extremely helpful after many hours of flying. All of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Mr. Nadeem did so much to help us during our stay. I did not get the name of the woman who also worked at the front desk but she is very sweet. Nadeem arranged for Mr. Irshad to be our driver while we stayed there. Mr. Irshad is very hard working and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. The location is close to the airport so if you have a short turnaround time it is very convenient. The price is very reasonable, as well.

We booked two rooms for around week with best prices. I rate room luxury 5/5. The staff Nadeem, Nazia, Ashraf and others are very helpful and kind. While we were on the way to airport post check-out, hotel staff called us saying we have found a piece of jewelry in the room that belonged to us and Nadeem from reception rushed towards airport road and delivered it to us safely. This depicts Mr. Abdullah, the owner haven't left any efforts to find the bestest and sincere staff. Congratulations !!!! Their restaurant food was very deliciously halal made and with nominal and best prices.

Hotel provided a comfortable stay for two nights. Facilities were above expectation. I stayed here with my parents. The hotel provided us with their driver who took us for sight seeing covering entire Mumbai. My package here comes with complementary breakfast for two days. You'll enjoy a 10% discount every time you dine at any of the Naaz Executive restaurants. The hospitality shown by every staff was amazing. Highly recommended for a happy time at Mumbai!

A recently modernized hotel close to the airport and spacious rooms. Clean and quiet since it is away from the main road. Staff at the reception are also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room rate is bit on the high side considering the area where the hotel is located. The hotel can be located with Google map but some what difficult to find. The hotel does not have a restaurant at the same location. One has to walk 5 minutes to the main road to have a breakfast with a given coupon at their restaurant. There are complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge but NO alcohol allowed on the premesis. The road leading to the hotel is undergoing heavy construction, relatively dirty, smelly, congested and couldn't identify any upmarket restaurants or shops in that area. The hotel itself is fine provided you are okay with the above negatives.

What I liked about this hotel - Quick service, market location, customer friendly staff, pickup and drop facilities available. What was strange here- breakfast was not available at the same premises. We were supposed to go to their restaurant which is at a walking distance. However, they brought breakfast to our rooms when requested. We were not charged extra for this service.

The staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful. The rooms are pretty comfortable and well lit and the bathroom is pretty clean and sanitary as well. Again emphasis on the lighting since it affects the Ambience a lot for me, the rooms have very good lighting. Although the location might not suit everyone but it's close proximity with the airport makes it an ideal comfortable choice for transit passengers.

I had a short stay in this hotel, initially while I was choosing the hotel I was quite sceptical about the location but Jamil assured me the stay would be pleasent and he was right. The room is absolutely fantastic with all facilities, all staffs were very polite and helpful. Couldn't find a fault in anything. The have their own restaurant which is 2min walk from the stay, great quality food. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who looks for a decent stay in the budget range. I would definitely stay again.

We visited Mumbai for our US consulate appointment. Found Hotel Naaz Executive quite close to both the consulate and reasonably close to the airport. The reviews were very good as well. So, we booked one night. Because our flight arrived very early, we asked for early check in. They got it ready for a reasonable charge. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and responded quickly for our every request. The whole experience was fantastic all around. I will highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service all around.

Great service right from start to end.Naziya at reception and in charge of booking is excellent with immediate response and followup WhatsApp messages about hotel's interior.The hotel is quite modern with good beds,bathroom fittings,mini fridge etc.It matches the pictures to the last detail. We arrived very late and bone tired It was pleasure to see that our triple sharing room was already set(which is exception from past experiences of other hotels)Dinner was room.service .The qualify and quantity of food was both excellent. The location as mentioned by many other reviewers is big problem especially at night but early morning we reached airport without any traffic issue. I will probably choose this one again in spite of traffic just because of their excellent customer service. Keep it up guys!

Room size, cleanliness, helpful staff everything was good , i really enjoyed my stay here. The only problem is last 1km of road leading to the hotel which is always jammed with traffic but if you are not driving then should not be the problem. 1.2 km away from Phoenix mall and 5 km from BKC. Hotel food and tea was also good and worth to try at reasonable prices.
