Breakfast was very good with live counters and a variety of options.Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. The staff is amazing. Please ignore the paid reviews. This hotel will not entertain you if you booked online through a third party like make my trip or goibibo or something else. Rooms are ultra small. There is barely 2 feet of space outside the bed and that's it for the room.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I totally would. Worst place I have ever been to. It is disgusting. I think no one had ever really cleaned it before. The sheets are gross, the bathroom smells like mold, there are no windows so it feels like a prison, there are cockroaches and they decided it was a good idea to do construction at 23:30. Seriously ridiculous. I asked them twice to stop making so much noice but the staff is the most disrespectful I've ever seen. Whatever you do in life DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL FORTUNE.

First of all they didn't had the room which I booked, reached around 12:30 am and informed them prior top keep room ready which wasn't done. Was upgraded to higher category where again the fan problem was there. The blankets were the worst one can expect, I've uploaded the proofs too. The person surjeet was in night duty denied everything asked & literally said cancel the hotel and go wherever you want at night 1 am. Was not at all ready to accept anything. Very bad up service with no maintenance. Also there's no restaurant in the hotel and they don't even keep water bottles. For that they'll get from somewhere else and take charge above MRP.

The staff were very responsive. The geyser was not in good working condition..10 mins after getting fixed it wouldn't work but the staff would promptly respond everytime we called. Breakfast was good.

The only best part of this hotel is location. Do not select the standard room, especially if the allocate you above 3 rd floor. Build is not built following fire safety and has very small lift. My initial allocated room had many huge flies and the AC was leaking. Changed my room, but the flies were still there. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Our experience here was not hassle-free. The ROOMs are very small and taps were faulty when we checked in at night and didn't get serviced until morning some time before checkout. The basin drain was also jammed. The toilets didn't flush reliably so had to call room service, after 2 attempts they fixed it. They do not give a receipt of payment without being told to do so and they ask people to gpay to some random person's QR code instead of Hotel's QR code. I had to type in the Hotel bank account number and IFSC to gpay to the Hotel bank account. Also they charge GST extra if paying to Hotel Bank Account and no GST if gpaid to random person. The whole affair seems suspicious. the AC was also not in proper condition and room smelled strongly of paint. The person handling the booking was also not very warm and asked for a non-refundable advance. The intercom was also non-working we had to call reception using mobiles.

Our room was Amazing, with a nice view. It was 105 degrees (Fahrenheit) when we stayed but everything was kept cool and pleasant Very centrally located. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I've changed 2 rooms. First was leaking water second was painted wall and smells. Hot water issue. Other than that staffs are helping nature. Cleaning service is greatly appreciated.
