We
booked
our
tours
with
Meeting
Point
tour
company
for
the
convenience
of
having
an
agent
at
the
hotel.
We
thought
it
would
be
more
comfortable
than
seeking
an
agency
outside
of
the
hotel,
which
can
be
complicated
to
do
as
tourists.
However,
we
were
sorely
disappointed
with
the
quality
of
their
service.
Despite
staying
at
a
great
and
prestigious
hotel,
the
tour
company
failed
to
meet
our
expectations.
They
were
repeatedly
late,
causing
us
to
waste
valuable
vacation
time
waiting
in
the
lobby.
Even
worse,
they
picked
up
the
wrong
people
for
our
private
tour
that
we
specifically
booked
only
for
the
four
of
us.
Our
agent,
Arzu,
was
very
inefficient
and
kept
us
waiting
for
over
two
hours
in
the
lobby
on
the
first
day,
even
though
she
kept
telling
the
reception
that
she
would
be
there
"in
ten
minutes".
When
she
finally
arrived,
she
was
unapologetic
and
unprofessional,
which
left
us
feeling
frustrated
and
disappointed.
On
another
occasion,
we
waited
for
an
hour
outside
only
to
discover
that
the
driver
didn't
even
know
they
were
supposed
to
take
us
as
well.
Arzu's
communication
and
organization
skills
were
seriously
lacking,
and
we
were
left
to
communicate
with
her
through
the
security
guard's
phone
while
she
stayed
comfortably
in
the
hotel.
Arzu
lied
about
the
reasons
for
the
delays,
which
only
added
to
our
frustration.
We
had
to
wait
another
40
minutes
until
another
pickup
was
sent
to
our
hotel.
It
was
clear
that
the
company
lacked
professionalism,
punctuality,
and
customer
service.
Overall,
our
experience
with
Meeting
Point
tour
company
was
extremely
negative,
and
we
would
not
recommend
them
to
anyone.
We
had
expected
much
better
service
standards
from
a
tour
agency
at
such
a
great
hotel.
We
hope
that
the
company
takes
steps
to
improve
their
services
and
values
their
customers'
time
and
satisfaction
more
in
the
future.
