Honestly if I could give this particular KFC zero stars I would. They have been the most rudest people I have ever come across, they rushed my order, screamed "money, money, pay" at me before I had the chance to blink once I had completed my order. After paying they told me they had no wings and they would be replacing it with chicken tenders. I requested a sugar free drink with no ice but they gave me a regular one with ice and once I mentioned it to them they rudely told me it's all they have, had I known this is what I would experience I would have just opted to go popeyes chicken near to it. The food is dry and had a stale consistency. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I bought their xtreme kutu deal in 87 TL Püre was missing in it.. they gave only 1 ketchup sachet & 1 mayonnaise. And the ice was morethan the drink.. Moreover, i went for 1 extra ketchup they said it will be in 4TL..further more my order was not hot.. zinger burger patty was pathetic very small in size & the bun were big as compare to zinger patty. I was so hungry that I couldn’t take pictures of the food.. overall pathetic service & food quality. Staff is extremely rude, they don’t show manners towards the customer

The quality and quantity is worst they said it's a zinger burger but the quantity of chicken is very less just a small piece about half the size of the bun or you can say it's a crunchy burger. Really disappointed. Either its Pakistan or Turkey KFC is always disappointing in terms of quantity.

this is the worst place i’ve been too, waited so long 20 minutes for some food, no customer service skills, Wasnt worth the wait at all, I do not recommen

Very crowded and staff were extremely rude. The lady on the counter also asked for tips which she tried to put in her pocket rather than in the tip box. Food was delicious though.

I orderd bucket for 4 people and she gave me only one chips, she gave me 4 Pepsi without asking me, and only 2 ketchups, for more I needed to pay, disappointed ☹️

Food is okay (if they get the order correct that is). They never have half of the things available on the menu and burgers are pathetically made. Staff love to laugh and make fun of foreign people who speak English. They really don't have any right to be rude to anyone when they work at the bottom of the barrel. Oh also, they don't speak English, AT ALL. Avoid!

Wow waited 30 minutes for my meal when i received it chicken was undercooked was not nice , staff love to laugh about instead .

Literally after ordering waited 35min to get my food which seems the normal there, they continue to take orders and not give anyone food.. also the chicken isn’t rotated so when they do bust out the food all at once you get all the dry old left over chicken that been sitting there forever.. was worst “KFC” iv ever been too and iv been to over 50 countries!! I’d stick to the kabab!!

Food unfresh, cold, not as much portions as on the menu. Unenjoyable.

The food was nice, etc. Only problem - the staff didn't understand English too well. We asked for a specific requirement - but they had failed to do so. But in general, would recommend.

The taste is KFC, you love it or hate it. The service was very lagging and disoriented, the staff didn't speak any english even simple things like orders numbers. Shame

The lady serving was extremely rude, she seen us waiting for a very long time, someone came and pushed in and she continued to serve them knowing that we was there before them. It was the lady with a pink/red tint in her hair

Nothing to complain about. I think the wrap was very large, about 1.5x the length of the wrap in Australia. 39TL for a wrap meal with fries and drink, not bad. It was a lot, I didn't finish it. Has free wifi which is helpful for travellers. It thing was there was too much pepper mayonnaise.
