Unfortunately my experience was not very good. I placed a crown and did a sinus lift next to this tooth, without installing implants. Half a year later, I took a picture in a clinic in Belarus. The surgeon said that there is not enough bone tissue there to install an implant, and it needs to be refilled. Of course, I was shocked and refused to believe it. He asked me to send the picture electronically so that I could send it to my regular surgeon, an implantologist. He looked and also said that there was not enough bone tissue, it was lying there, but it simply did not take root, because the material was SYNTHETIC! When using it, the probability of survival is 50%!!!! Who told me about this? Did I know about this before the operation??? NO! As a result, I will have to first remove this material that has not taken root, wait for everything to heal there, and then put a new floor again - synthetic! The surgeon also said that this is why they abandoned synthetic material! The conclusion is that the clinic has put everything on stream, something small and quickly can be done, but there is no emphasis on quality. The way the therapist twisted my head when he placed the crown was shocking. It's like I'm plasticine!

If your looking for cosmetic dental treatment you will not find a better place in Antalya. Doctors, surgeons and staff really helpful answered all my questions. Lot of dentist in Antalya offer cosmetic surgery but Dr Onur made me feel very comfortable and safe. Teeth shaved by Dr Fuad and temps on at this point didn’t feel any pain and even the temps are fantastic. I will post again after full treatment.

I got a full set of zirconium crowns from Perla dental and they were amazing from start to end. I met orhan our dental concierge 2 years ago on holiday from my hotel and he organised everything for me and my friends. We’ve all been extremely pleased with our teeth and the aftercare service provided. I have since been back and brought my partner with me to get his teeth done. Orhan is always there to help translate or book anything for us. I truly recommend them.

I am grateful to Orhan who helped with the translation into English and with all the questions that we had ( and we had lots, me and my wife ). If you have a fear/phobia/trauma of a dentist here you will have surgery with sedation or full anaesthesia and all the support and kindness that you need. The doctors working here are real specialists in their field. Dr Onur and his team did the plan for me. I had lots of implants (10), extractions (5), bone grafting and sinus lifts. The staff were very professional friendly and put me at ease straight away with there relaxed approach,there knowledge and the fine detail they applied. For years, I was looking for affordable care and a solution for my declining teeth in US. I have a PhD and am working at University; both my kids were admitted to college and I have comprehensive dental insurance. Unfortunately, there was not a professional solution for my teeth in the US that I could afford. Fortunately, I found Perla Dental Clinic in Antalya, Turkey. The clinic has CT scan, performs digital impressions, digital smile design, and has a very kind and professional team of people. Currently, I am sharing my experience after the first phase of treatment. Dr. Onur Ademhan performed surgery; it only took him around 2.5-3 hours under local anesthesia to remove my declining teeth, perform the sinus lift procedure, bone graft, and insert 10 Straumann implants (6 in the bottom jaw and 4 in the top). I could not wish for a better experience during the surgery than I had; there was no pain or any bad feeling. The doctor with his assistant were so professional and brilliant, focused and at the same time with you all the time, that everything was magic and voila, the surgery was done. The worst part was the 24-72 hour period after the surgery when I had an extremely uncomfortable and swollen face; however, there was only a little pain and no bruises. After 5 days, my face returned almost to normal. To emphasize, Dr. Onur is extremely talented and a very, very nice, knowledgeable, and kind person. The second doctor, Dr. Yusuf Şamil Doymuş removed stiches one week after the surgery and took care of the digital impression and temporary teeth. Dr. Doymus was a very hard working and kind professional; the temporary teeth were done as a piece of art, with care and details, and of high quality. Thank you Dr. Doymus. Finally, I would like to say thank you to all Perla’s team, including my contact person Elena, for their kindness and support. I will be back after 6-8 months for my permanent teeth and hope that everything will be going well. Thank you, Perla.

Extractions, Dental Implants, Bone Graft, Gingivitis treatment Dental Crowns A long overdue deliberate delayed review as I wanted to give an honest opinion on the service as well as the treatment I received. First visit was in Dec 21, 2nd Visit Dec 22. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you for the coordinator Omid who I found to be passionate, professional, dedicated and a wonderful personality to boot who made both of my trips immensely easier. Secondly I would like to offer my whole hearted appreciation to Dr Onur Ademhan and Dr Fuat Biter. After most people who look online for medical tourism in Turkey in my case dental there are a myriad of choices and often it can be daunting on which is the correct choice for the individual. The reason I personally settled on Perla was mainly due to the issues I had with my teeth and my oral hygiene over the years. I generally do not believe some of the reviews as I may be incorrect but most are just happy once they have aesthetically pleasing smile. For myself its was to fix my root cause of broken teeth, gaps and bone loss and Gingivitis. After some extensive research coming across what clinic as well as other review sites I came across Perla and found the blogs online by Dr Onur Ademhan. As per standard approach contacted was done via whatsapp Omid was brilliant on the initial conversation and everything after this event. Once booking of flight was done. Omid organised the hotel, Transfers etc and timings on treatment on the required days. December 2021 Stage 1. Dr Onur Ademhan. Extraction of 9 teeth, 9 implants 4 upper and 5 lower. 4 bone grafts and Gingivitis treatment. This was after 3D X ray and consultation. I shall be blunt here and I was dreading this part. But to be 100% honest I can say that the fear of the pain was worse then the pain itself. During the process. I did not feel a thing. In fact after first day of extensive work after 1 hour process complete I was working around Antalya with a mask on. It was uncomfortable for next few days. So soup mainly. I had some swelling on the face. They prescribe mouth wash, antibiotics and pain killers which did the trick. In fact after 2 days I virtually stopped taking the pain killers. Stage 2 and Stage 3. Dr Fuat Biter. Shave down the remaining teeth and after 4 days of healing time. I upgraded to a higher quality temporary dentures. As I new I would need at least 6 months to allow for the implants to heal due to bone graft. I paid extra for porclein dentures. Crowns etc. Which was a wise decision as they last me 12 months without issues. As I had to wait due to family reasons 12 months instead of the 6. Also Dr Fuat Biter stayed late to make sure my temp teeth were done correctly and this I was so grateful for. Important fact. For last 10 years I had issues with infections etc after the above treatment I had zero issues with this. I was able to eat normally after 2 weeks. Plus the temporary teeth looked good and were comfortable. December 2022 Stage 1: . Dr Onur Ademhan and another colleague who I forgot the name. X ray was done and great news all 9 implants had fused to the bone without failure. The other oral surgeon then took over and placed the healing caps. Stage 2: On said same day met Dr Fuat Biter. Who shaved the remaining teeth more. Did a 3D scan for new crowns. Placed my old temporary back so could eat. Chose natural smile and BL3 shade. As wanted to look like normal teeth shade not super white and false. Stage 3. Testing/Fitting over 2 days. Which god bless Dr Fuat Biter he spent considerable time in my sessions with him. Testing checking sending the crowns bridges back to lab for modifications. He was extremely vigilant considerate professional caring. I really appreciated his approach as not rushed and very detailed tooth to tooth. Due to the trust I had in him I left some key decisions to him as he is the expert and I glad I did. As the ones I had in my mind he did without me telling him. Even though he did ask me what I wanted to change etc.

After months of research and numerous consultations all over New York and Long Island, going abroad for my dental work was the best alternative. I needed a full mouth restoration that would have cost me $80,000-$100,000 here in New York. I was nervous but made the decision to go with Perla in Antalya Turkey, and so far I'm glad I did. I just got back front my first visit which was a week long. The first appt they did all extractions, 12 implants, 2 sinus lifts, and 2 bone grafts. On day 2 they did root canal, 2 fillings and impressions. I rested for the next few days and Saturday they installed zirconia Temps. Now I'm back home and need to heal for 6months before I go back for my permanent crowns. Everyone was so nice!! So helpful, and so professional. Any questions or concerns I had they answered putting my mind at ease. Zoe who is one the patient coordinators was beyond helpful. She explained everything and anything, set up all hotel accommodations, and all transfers btwn airport, appts, etc. She was truly a pleasure in such a nerve racking time. The fix of my teeth was very successful. I had full service from doctors, guides and drivers during my sessions in Antalya. The doctors and technicians did a very very minute and skilled job and the end result looks brilliant. Special mention of my guide onur who I recommend as a contact person.

Perla is the best dentist I've ever been to.i suffer from a really bad gag reflex .I had to have sedation they really looked after and was so patient and kind with me. Outstanding communication with all of their team members from day one. Airport transfer, hotel, breakfast and transfer from hotel to dental clinic sometimes 2/3 times in one day( no long waiting hours). Top management. Don’t be afraid to come alone you will be in a good hands. Never experienced such a good and fast response to all my millions of questions from Orhan Madan. Dentists are very caring and accurate. My treatment has come to an end and I really want to share my wonderful impressions about the clinic and the doctors and staff who work here. My first visit to the clinic Perla was in June, during which the teeth were removed and implants were placed, I want to be happy that this is where surgery can be performed with sedation or full anesthesia if you wish, because I have a lot of fear, I have had surgery with sedation, I felt absolutely no pain and slept easily. I arrived for my second visit 4 months later, during which I completed my treatment in one week. I went to Perla on my own from UK. I was quite nervous being on my own but Orhan was amazing being available to reassure me and ensure transport was in place for me. I was actually unwell when I went and didn't think it would be a problem but being ill and nervous didn't make me the best patient. The staff and other patients were lovely, so patient and friendly. Nothing was too much bother and the dentists experience and equipment puts UK dentistry to shame. Thankyou very much Perla I know where I'll be coming back to if I want a check up or further work x and the holiday is a bonus.

I have had last Monday, 2nd May my first treatment at Perla. It was a long session for 7 hours or so, for nine implants and accosiated work. I want to say how caring and professional all the staff were at Perla and how pleased I am that I chose this practice to treat me. I have a further treatment tomorrow and then again in three months approximately in which I have full confidence Perla will carry out perfectly.

After hearing so many bad stories about people's experiences in going to Turkey for a new smile Perla Dental Care is the total opposite.. I first contacted perla about arranging a visit and I was put in great care immediately by Vuslat who took care of us from day 1..all we had to do was buy plane tickets and Vuslat handled absolutely everything from there on... We was transported from the airport to our hotel then various trips to and from the hotel to our clinic where Vuslat made us feel very comfortable and the outcome is nothing short of perfect.. Pain free smile and made my experience in Antalya a lot easier with Vuslat taking care of everything. Many people asked about my teeth back in England and many people will be told to use perla dental clinic and if you see this review before departure ask for Vuslat as your personal guide. Amazing experience!! The orthodontic clinic that I visited in my own country did not have enough experiences with teeth that have had trauma or injury, which was my case. So, my doctor in my country suggested me to find another doctor who has experiences with that. I am really lucky that I find Perla clinic, because the doctors there have very different kind of experiences, they are professional and very trustable. They offered me a solution which was saving my own problematic tooth, but also achieved the aesthetic result that I wished for. Actually at the end the result was better than I even expected at the beginning. A doctor in my own country offered a solution which would destroy half of my own front tooth and replace it with fake, it would also have been very expensive. In Perla the doctor saved my natural tooth, I got a very beautiful smile now and I also saved thousands of euros, so I am really happy that I found Perla! The servce there is also good, I felt welcome and taken care of each time I went there. They work also in English, German and Russian, so it was very comfortable for me. I started researching and contacting several dental clinics in Antalya on 06/04/23 From the very first WhatsApp communication with Thomas at Perla I felt very comfortable and confident about using this clinic. Thomas is a fantastic communicator and answers all questions with total clarity on WhatsApp and organised airport pick up via VIP transfer and then all other transfers from the hotel to the clinic. The clinic itself is incredible and is obviously fully equipped with the latest technology and the cleanliness in the whole practice is first class. The thing that stood out most was the staff at Perla. They were all amazing and I have never experienced customer service and care like it anywhere in the UK from any industry. It truly is a level above and 5 star rating does not do them justice. My treatment was extensive and I was treated by various different doctors as they have specialists for each different procedure and the doctors are constantly communicating with each other to ensure each task is performed to the highest level. I had 7 implants, 2 extractions, 4 root canal treatments, gum treatment, bone treatment, 21 zirconium crowns (7 to follow in December) and each of the nurses were fantastic. The different doctors were exceptional and of course Thomas is there all the time reassuring answering questions and generally taking care of me. This treatment (first visit)was completed in the space of 7 days and I am extremely happy I chose Perla. The 7 implants need time to heal and I will return in December to have these crowned. I am still in communication with Thomas and he is organising myself and my wife’s hotel stay for the second visit which is included in the overall price. I am delighted I chose Perla and highly recommend them due to the fantastic staff at the clinic. The whole team at Perla are amazing and they obviously place high importance on customer care from the helpful drivers, reception staff, admin staff, kind nurses, amazing doctors and of course the fantastic Thomas who puts it all together. I can fully recommend all the doctors who have treated me. The practice is also very friendly, honest and courteous. These include Dr. Mustafa Kayacan, Dr. Ozan Altintas, Dr. Seda Genis and Dr. Mehmet Can Kilincaslan. The nice doctor's assistant Ms. Cagri, who accompanied me warmly and caringly from the beginning to the end of the treatment, is also very commendable. I was so pleased that on my next vacation I had my 2-year-old daughter treated privately there for her decayed teeth. I was glad that after 10 years of living in Antalya I found a good clinic where I had zirconium bridges made on the lower 6 teeth on both sides, and laminers on the remaining teeth of the lower row..despite my young age, Dr. Tahsin Dayaniclier did everything professionally, diligently, some nuances when chewing were eliminated gradually, with professional patience and each time bringing complete comfort in the oral cavity.. thanks to all the staff who speak both Russian and English if necessary.. attentiveness, care for the patient, Mrs. Merve, to whom you can write any complaint, she will always discuss it with the doctor and arrange a convenient time for your appointment.. thanks to all the employees, cleanliness, professionalism, honesty in work are valuable qualities in such clinics..

After friends recommended me, I chose Perla Dental. I have had a major treatment and am impressed with the service. There are few dental clinics like this one that place great value on the well-being of their patients. There were no complications during or after surgery. Even days and weeks after the treatment, the clinic called me several times and asked me about my well-being. I didn't know this before from other dentist practices and that's why I have a lot of praise for the doctors and dental assistants. My parents came to this clinic for the first time in 2019. On the day of the visit, Dr. Onur conducted a full examination, took photographs of the jaws, developed and proposed a treatment plan (removal of necessary teeth, treatment and implant installation plan), and agreed on the full cost of the services. As a result, my mother received 13 implants and 28 zirconium crowns. During the treatment process (six months - 2-3 visits) no problems arose. The staff is very sensitive and professional; if there was the slightest discomfort, they provided additional pain relief. The installation of the crowns took place in several stages (casts, fittings, adjustments) - within 10 days. Almost 2 years later, the upper gum sagged slightly; the clinic was promptly contacted and a date was set for a visit to eliminate this defect. The work was carried out FREE OF CHARGE, although all dentists always warn about the possibility of this defect occurring, regardless of the specialist who performed the work. Since this is a feature of the body, everything is individual! My father had 17 implants and 28 zirconium crowns. Also, he has no complaints about the work of doctors and other medical staff. He had all the necessary work done in three visits, although the man is not an ardent fan of dentists. Until now, the condition of the teeth is as if they were installed only yesterday. The announced price for installing implants and crowns in this clinic turned out to be 2-2.5 times lower than that quoted by Russian specialists. I myself also visited this dentistry for the purpose of removing wires installed by a Russian dentist after removing braces. Despite the fact that a huge layer of glue was applied there, doctor Onur removed the structure without any problems and conducted an examination, reporting a slight caries. Almost immediately I was sent to another office, where another specialist, within an hour, carried out the necessary work to clean the damaged area and install a seal. Almost 3 years have passed since that moment, the filling holds very tightly and does not stand out in color against the background of natural enamel.
