When you charge 750 euro per night just to stay here, i would expect world class service. Instead you have a bed directly opposite the mosque that blasts the azan so loud you cannot sleep all night, staff who can't speak basic English, doctors who can't explain medical terms in English, nurses who don't know how to insert needles and cause big bruises in my mother's arm, and cashiers who insist on cash because credit cards give them problems! Look at the attached photo. You don't even take out her bandages after discharge! The current rating is a complete joke, this so-called top private hospital is worse than the worst public hospital in any other tourist area! Update: 1 more star for fast reply to invoice request.

I was operated at this hospital and stayed inpatient at 3rd floor north wing. I was looked after well. The team members were attentive, polite and helpful.

I came to the hospital by the recommendation of my friend to do some analyses. The girl at the entrance didn’t speak English and I couldn’t speak Turkish, so she called someone who could translate from Russian. As I’m not Turkish resident, the interpreter said I have to pay 100$ to speak with the doctor, and more than 100$ for analyses. My friend paid 40$ - for comparison. In Germany, where I come from, it is cheaper 🙂The interpreter told me I better to go to another place, which I will definitely do after such a horrible attitude. It would be greatly appreciated if the management of the hospital takes this review into account and provide their employees with the training on Customer Service. Thanks.

The staff so professional and welcoming, The interpreter Aslihan Erdan she will do everything she can to help and she always one phone call away from you if you need her. The hospital has high rating and a lot of good reviews but unfortunately we did not get good specialist, we went for my mom allergy, she has intense throat itching and we paid $100 to see the doctor. Doctor did not even have speacial light to check throat he used his mobile flash, the doctor just recommend one medicine and asked to come after 3 days. When we came back they told us your doctor is off today so there will be another doctor. Another doctor did not even know what was the medicine the previous doctor prescribed he asked us but of course we forgot as the medicine names here very new to us. Teny don't even do patient's history. The only good thing is that they have translator who was really helpful. I would give zero point for doctors in this hospital.

Came here for gastric sleeve surgery and my dad for hair transplant using Aesthetic Travel company (Ashlry helped us, shes an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable) It was an excellent experience. Stayed on the south side on the 3 floor for 4 days. Kind nurses, clean hospital, and super alert at all times of the days. The doctors came to see us everyday to check on our progress. Great private hospital. They offer assistance in several languages. Very nice and organized. Went this week for a consultation with Dr. Mesut kılıç, ortopedist. Very good English. Listened carefully to all my concerns did a through check up and ordered some other exams to cover all the possibilities. After, explained in detail the exam results and was very patient with all my questions and doubts. Very satisfied.

Awful place, they are just businessmen, not doctors In November 2021 I came to doctor (iç hastalıkları) with pain in stomach, he directed me to make blood tests and ultrasound that cost about 4500tl in total(750tl ultrasound and the rest is blood tests), and refused to give any advice before i make that tests. It was a long 2 page list with different tests (even vitamins in blood and so on). But I didn’t ask for full checkup, i just wanted to solve local problem. I decided to went to another private clinic in Konyaalti. Doctor, ultrasound and necessary test cost me not more than 600 tl

There are a lot of positive reviews about the hospital, but I’d like to submit a complaint about a specific doctor, Dr. Yunus Yildiz, gynecologist. The first appointment with him lasted less than 10 minutes (with abdominal ultrasound included!). The doctor didn’t collect any anamnesis and asked only for symptoms that were generic in my case. The diagnosis was established straight away without an examination in a gynecological chair (and without any tests/lab studies, obviously). The only instrument I was offered was the abdominal ultrasound (although I had no symptoms requiring it, and clearly stated that I did it not long ago). The doctor refused to take a smear since it “would show wrong results” - ??? Basically, meds were prescribed randomly and blindly, which shows negligence and lack of professionalism. I believe that the doctor was in a hurry and didn’t want to spend his time on a foreign patient. It’s a shame. If I knew that I would have this kind of examination/treatment, I would call my doctor via Skype, or use Google to establish a diagnosis and find medications on the internet. I’m very disappointed with this approach and will be forced to spend my time to find another, more conscientious doctor.

My wife cut her hand while opening a can, it was a serious cut. We got 6 stitches from the emergency room. When we were discharged, they asked for 1500 liras. I told her that we entered the emergency room and that there should not be a fee, but they said that our situation was not urgent and that we entered the green area. We were forced to pay a fee and they were very rude. I think your arm or leg needs to be completely amputated or something for it to be an emergency.

The hospital staff, nurses and doctors were very caring and friendly. The interest and sincerity of the nurses was very high. I would especially like to thank nurse Güller Mahmud for her attention. We felt at home during our stay in the hospital. Thanks to each and every one :)

I had a scheduled Gastritis Mini bypass surgery at ASV Yaşam hospital on November 1st with Dr. Ugur Yaşar and translator  assisted Darya and other related docotrs and nurses. The team specially Dr.Ugur  were thorough, informative, kind, and compassionate, and I was very confident in the course of treatment we selected and in his ability. On the day of the surgery, each person I interacted with was confident and caring, and I felt I was in very competent hands before and after the procedure. Dr. Ugur spoke to me before the surgery. I very much appreciate Dr. Ugur expertise who took careful consideration of my concern for my diabetese and post-op nausea and prescribed a medication and anesthesia method that successfully reduced all nausea. After the surgery, while in post-op, I had few pains and discomforts which all been resolved by doctors medication prescriptions. My surgery and recovery have been more than I could hope for, and I attribute it to the excellent care I received from the people associated with the ASV Yaşam hospital (life hospital). Have just been into this hospital only for 4 days and you were not let out of bed in this yikes Wrong??? More than 2 days and you have big problems with walking and arms very weak, took 4 weeks to get back to normality and the food was not healthy ??.

One of the best nurses in the resuscitation area in hospital is Kübra. Her team works excellent. She is a very hard working girl. She gives a lot of support and attention to the patient. My mother recently received treatment for cancer at the radiology department of this hospital, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise provided by the entire team. From the doctors to the technicians, receptionists, and other staff members, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my mother received the best possible care. My mother had a tumor in her face and brain, and we were all understandably worried about the potential risks associated with radiation therapy. However, the team at the radiology department carefully explained the treatment process to us and took every possible precaution to minimize the risk of side effects. In addition to their technical expertise, the staff members were also incredibly compassionate and caring throughout my mother's treatment. They took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and offer emotional support when we needed it most. Overall, I cannot recommend this radiology department highly enough. If you or a loved one is facing a cancer diagnosis, you can trust that you will receive the best possible care from this exceptional team of professionals. We were sent here in an ambulance as we were on holiday from the UK and our son had seizures. The staff in the emergency room were very kind and tried their best to comfort us. Dr Ali was incredible and gave a quick diagnosis to our son. The ICU nurses were very kind despite having such a large language barrier. The hospital is very clean and their service is excellent.
