Awesome location for an end week time out. This guys have invested in improving the place from its original image... There's an addition of a big screen... Possibly in readiness for the up and coming fifa world cup games.. It's definitely better than the old school projector setup... Guest dj's totally rock... Kiambu Rd finally got a reliable destination for easy drinks... Kitchen too is very reliable...Kudos

I find the customer service pathetic especially the dial and delivery section. I would recommend better knowledge of your country.. And if the phone happens to disconnect I feel like it's the responsibility of the section to call back. I am really disappointed by your service and I hope it was a one time thing and that you will seize to do it instead be and grow better

Good food ,customer care was okay . I had pork ribs and potatoes which were nice. There is a clear notice that they aren’t responsible for your car’s safety at the parking . That got me thinking if someone hit your car at the parking the premise won’t help you get compensated ??

The lady called Diana is very unprofessional. She switched pizza from my kids package and gave it to someone else as my kids watched. Completely unforgivable

First, there seems to be a mix up of photos here... Most of the photos relate to an establishment that is a few meters after the mall. Pizza Inn and the two other outlets inside the same shop - Galitos and Creamy Inn- do not sell alcohol. It is inside Ridgeways Mall. Perhaps a review of the details is appropriate. Else, it is a fairly fast outlet with consistent pizza, chicken, pies, sandwiches, salads. Gets VERY busy over the weekend from noon till late so the waiting period is longer than usual. Place an order on the apps (their phones are ever busy) for delivery. Eating in over the weekend or when they have offers is not a great idea. That does not take away the fact that they have great fast food with very pleasant people. And this good service has been consistent over the years...

This place will not be open 24hrs because the staff glady let you know that they do not operate 24 hrs but will call their "manager" Amos who will let you know they no longer have pizzas at 2am

I really like the layout of the place specifically the sitting area around galitos. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

A nice out door restaurant at Ridgeways along Kiambu Road, with great ambience. However, I found their food; dry fry goat roast meat, lyonnaise potatoes and mixed veges extremely disapointing. The meat was hard and un-edible, the potatoes were soggy with fat, unappetising and unsalted and the greens were plain and un-salted. The concoction popularly called dawa (made of ginger and lemon) was watery and I could hardly taste the ginger. A word of caution, do not allow the waiters to recommend the dishes. It appeared like they try to push food that is pre- cooked in advance. Make sure you make a fresh order of food and wait for it to be prepared.

My experience was a disaster. The cashier declined to sell and lied that they have run out of dough for making pizza. Terrible experience, disaster of a staff member, lost a client for good. Terrific Tuesday at ridgeways really terrific terrible awful experience.

Good place only problem is parking.if you want good parking come early in the morning otherwise any afternoon especially during the weekend is really hard to get parking

The staff is now friendly unlike before. Thank you for the positive change of behaviour; it makes life easier for everyone.

Less than great service, My order was messed(understandably because it was a busy day). Unimpressed by how Joan opt to manage this, despite having a hungry toddler with me she didn't let us have the order that was ready.... A total of 1hr waiting time, wrong order, unpleasant staff :-(

GALITOS RIDGEWAYS- got a takeaway of the rice and liver, had to throw it!! ..the rice had a funny smell and the liver wasn't well cooked. Worst food selection ever, never ordering it again.
