I have made Ibis Style my go to place whenever I've got an impromptu trip to the Westlands area. For the few times I've visited including my most recent stay, Ibis has delivered quality, value and consistency. Though mostly working, I've enjoyed the ambient rooms, the food and service. Staff at Ibis are very welcoming and responsive. Viola was for instance very helpful with directions around the hotel and even had tips on navigating the busy Westlands area. I hope to stay over again very soon. Keep up the good job.

It's a very unique experience after traveling for more than 20 yrs, more domestic and few of international. They have very unique Extra services charge if asked to deliver the food in the room. The rooms are so tiny, there is no cupboard facility in the room !!!! Very much surprised!!!! Be careful if you are planning for longer days!! And, please don't waste your time on send any stereotype messages. Thank you for such nice and very first experience in Kenya !!! Would be very careful in future.

Excellent customer service!! Annah at the front desk was a great help and always checking on me and other guests when downstairs. I really appreciated and admired her kindness. Rooms are very comfortable and a variety of restaurants in-house. Close to great attractions and very safe.

ibis Styles Nairobi, is such a splendid place. I have stay in this hotel and the level of professionalism here is from another world. Immediately l stepped into the lobby, i was struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling all the time. Breakfast were excellent. l loved the rooms ,very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I highly recommend.

It's a good hotel. But it doesn't have a self service laundry which I find highly unacceptable considering how many western people are staying there and it's a western hotel chain. The security at the front is also crazy - two security searches to get into your room? Other then this it's a good hotel. Location is good.

I really enjoyed my time here. I am exceptionally pleased by the restaurant staff, front office staff and Karen who always cleaned my room. She gave an exceptional service and was quite diligent. Faith, Kevin and the rest of the reception team were amazing.. especially Kevin who is amazing and such a sweetheart. I'd definitely be visiting. The location too was just exceptional...

Very disappointing experience. The staff is nice by the photos online of the room are very misleading. The rooms are boxy and suffocating. They bathrooms are even smaller. The breakfast is okay but not very well made. I would recommend spending 10 dollars more and going to Park Inn.

Great hotel to stay! Rooms are clean, small but intelligently decorated with drop shelves, charging outlets, stowaway tables, and chairs. The bathroom could use more hanging hooks for towels and clothes. Overall, we had good experience with checking in and getting luggage up the stairs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Good varaity of food. However, they are more relaxed. They were not ready at sharp 6.30 am, so you have to take that into consideration if you have to leave quickly for your next destination. Their refill service was also not quick, but they were trying their best. We did not try the reataurants on campus. But it seemed like one with great views and a great ambiance. Overall, this place is recommended. It is in a good area with shopping and restaurants at walking distance.

We want to especially recognize Duty Manager Robert who proved so exceptional and honest on the night of July 1, when a wallet was lost and we did not even know it.- Faith in the front office went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lucy in housekeeping was pleasant and did a good job. We have been coming here many years, several times a year. The hotel and rooms are always clean, the water hot and staff is friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we knew we made the right choice of hotel to stay. Everything worked! We were very comfortable. I always returned to my room with eagerness of what to expect and the clean room. My colleague and I always found it difficult to leave the room. They are very hard-working and good at their job. security guard: from the moment we stepped into the hotel to check in, we felt the warmth and welcome. very nice and gentlemanly. Firm and pleasant. Considerate too. Reta: very efficient. Mena, grace and Viola are good team players. Oh there's the guys at the door too and the front desk. I don't know their names.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Mr Kevin is very understanding and always there to make a plan to ensure your stay is stress free. The staff make up for all the shortcomings the hotel might have. Lucy, the lady cleaning my room is very accommodating. I've been here for a week, going into my second week and I feel at home. This is my second stay at the hotel this year and the staff are so good they remembered my face. The kitchen staff Rhoda, Gladys, thank you for keeping me well fed and always recommending the best meals.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ibis hotel. The staff were very attentive and the facilities were well-maintained. The downstairs restaurant was quite upscale with a good selection of food. However, the true highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar and restaurant, which offered a great ambiance, decent food and alright drinks. The rooftop bar also has a great view of Nairobi. I spent 2 nights at the hotel on separate days and the opportunity to stay in two different rooms (ask for a higher floor room to enjoy the view). Although the rooms were compact, they were spacious and had pull-out tables and shelves. The room service was prompt and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend the Ibis hotel as a great place to stay for a night or two while in Nairobi.

Every service offered here, rooms ambiance, food diversity and responsiveness, etc is marvelous. I cherished the happy staff and welcoming smiles especially of Grace. To state, I will come back is an understatement of my appreciation. Am convinced that ibis styles will remain on my lips.

My stay at Ibis was awesome. Warmly welcomed by Grace at the breakfast hall and making sure I have everything I needed. The rooms are top notch neat and smells nice, security guards are on standby making sure the safety of the people staying there are their first priority. Been here since the morning of October 6, 2023 and I have enjoyed my stay, to be honest. The food's pleasant to the eyes and gentle on the stomach. The rooms are kept neat. Security is taken seriously. And that's all so reassuring. Many thanks to Rhoda for warmth and geniality. I was late for breakfast when I arrived, but she talked the chef into finding me some pastries while she fetched tea. Many thanks indeed.

Marvelous and wonderful experience! I love the service from your friendly staff. I was especially captivated by the face of your hotel, (receptionist) Pauline, and Timothy, from the restaurant. Also from Elias and Lewis in the meeting room. The dining staff were great! Timothy, Perpetual, and Evans from the kitchen 🤩 Kudos👍 The high pressure shower was also an epic experience. I enjoyed it. However, your bathrooms are very small. I would do it over and over again 🤩

Very beautiful place and welcoming people! The food is especially delicious and there's always so many options to choose from.I love the quietness of the rooms and the room services is top notch.I once left some items in my room and the lady in charge Mary Waweru, kept them for me and called to let me know that they are safe.I told her to keep them for me until my next visit which was in a week's time and I found my items nicely packed and well kept! Definitely my number one choice even in future!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit late. The service was exceptional as well. I came back after 2 years and I can hardly recognize the property. Well maintained, neat and the rooms are well air-conditioned. Amazing support from the engineer, George Gitau and his team, they fixed my AC ASAP. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Excellent overall service from staff. The room service was Epic and Purity ensured that my room was at its best and I was so comfortable,her service was undisputed, 10/10. And when I went to have my dinner at the rooftop,Lydia lit up my evening with the warmest reception and Oliver ensured that my order was right on time.... She is very diligent and honest,me and my brother left huge amount of money careless in the room and find it intact.she gave an exceptional service and represent the management well.

We enjoyed our short stay here en route to and at the conclusion of our week long safari. The rooms are compact, but functional, efficient and very clean. The front desk employees were knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to a grocery store and mall. In addition, it was a short Uber ride to explore a couple of interesting destinations. Our breakfast buffet was varied and tasty and offered healthy selections (plus many vegetarian options). The staff was lovely and helpful, particularly Grace who ensured that our breakfasts were delicious and enjoyable experiences. A wonderful start and finish to an incredible and memorable holiday in Kenya.

I’m from Nigeria and I must say ibis was wonderful. Wow I had such a great time at the hotel…the room I got the view was awesome… my daughter also played at the kids corner… I met Anna the receptionist when I arrived and her services was exceptional, she made us feel like we were home away from home. It's amezing. I have the 5star treat in the hotel and I enjoyed it with my friends. The service of Gladys on my table was awesome when she served my breakfast with a broad smile. She is beautiful and professional. Martin warmed my heart during dinner by his kindness and nice smile. His service is genuinely at the top. He showed my friend how to hold a table knife and a fork correctly. His service is really admired. I saw a smile machine at the dining door and probed to have her name and she is Viola. I spent five nights at this hotel while attending a conference. It is in a good location in Westlands, about 10 minutes from the CBD and 25-35 minutes to the airport. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay and resolved several small problems. The highlight was the breakfast, a very good buffet with cooked-to-order eggs, fresh juices, and a number of other choices each day. Service was helpful and attentive. I had a meal in both the downstairs restaurant (dinner) and the upstairs restaurant (lunch) and both were quite good. The views from the rooftop restaurant are lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the size of the rooms and bathrooms and the lack of a proper working desk/working chair.

The conference room is spacious, adheres to the 1.5 meter social distancing COVID rule. Tony Otieno the FNB supervisor was so accommodating and gave 5 star treatment.

This is no fries normal middle hotel for business traveler and boring for vacation or holiday maker. The rooms have this minimalist deco or business like setup. Got no joy from it but i was in a clear well kept place. It felt like in case of emergency book here. But given i have seen worse to terrible I think this is still very good money worth and good value.

We had our corporate event here in March 2022 and the staff was absolutely incredible. The food was excellent and the accommodation for our team who were persons with disabilities was handled with the most respect and professionalism. I want to thank Jackie, Eric, Alex, Ian, and the rest of the team for an incredible two-day conference.

We spent 3 nights in ibis Style Nairobi. Great, helpful staff eager to assist with problems but also respectful. Thanks David! Located in a safe part of Westlands and stylishly furnished, the hotel looks and feels comfortably modern. We chose the standard room which might be too small for two and doesn't have a bathroom so upgrading to a larger room is advisable. Apart from that, breakfast is excellent. You get to choose from fruit salads, vegetables (baked beans, potatoes, casava, sausage, ham, eggs, soups, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, hot milk...and more. It reminded us of the breakfast in Novotel branches in Europe. No wishes left open in our view. Last to mention is the roof top restaurant where you can get international dishes and relax or work in a quiet corner if needed.

This place is great. Atmosphere is cool, the staff is really friendly and food is pretty. Thank you Ibis for making us feel welcomed and the amazing experience you gave.

A great little oasis in Nairobi! I was met with a kind and helpful check in - even at 3:00AM - they graciously assisted me wish transportation for my colleague. The patio is stunning! From a quiet place to have lunch or do work to a lively happy hour and dinner scene. The food was fantastic as well. Rooms are very tiny but you’ll spend most of your time on the rooftop;) Highly recommended if in Nairobi for work or pleasure.

The members of staffs are very welcoming, smiling, very attentive to details to make sure I feel comfortable. Some of the staffs like Grace, Mary, etc have already remembered even my name and that is very meaningful to me. The cleaning service is just great. Ibis excelled beyond the basics. Cleanliness. Security. Covid-19 safety. Attention to detail. My 10 day experience was personable. The staff made an effort to remember the little things such as my room number for breakfast, my preferences, my name. Special requests were dutifully attended. Hotel has beautiful restaurant, kids room to play, good breakfast. Got room with nice view. The only thing which was upsetting, time we went to check in, hotel was so busy, so we had to wait for long, for our room to be clean. Though we were offered drinks as we waited.
