Earlier today a woman by the name “Lavender” in pizza inn Ola Ngong showed an extremely rude behavior towards me. She was extremely unwelcoming and did not even bother to listen to a word I said as I was trying to pick my food up. The service was terrible and she was on her phone mid-conversation, completely interrupting me talking to her, and even after the call, she gave no response to me whatsoever. Would not recommend.

Awesome, perfect social distancing, amazing chicken and the kids zone is awesooooome. The toilets are clean👌

I came to give a 1 star rating and was shocked to read other reviews. It seems that other customers felt the same way as I did. The service was garbage today. Not only were people cutting the queue, but also the cashiers were really rude and did not bother to even talk with respect. I understand that they may have been busy especially today, but courtesy costs nothing and the staff could’ve been polite , more so the infamous arrogant lady by the name Lavender whose name I see appearing here a number of times.

I went to pizza in expecting quality service but how wrong I was. Lavender totally disrespected me and was completely rude. She then went ahead to ignore me and serve others that came after me. To add onto that, her lack of hygiene towards the food was just questionable. I will not be returning here. x

Pretty good pizza. The bottom of the crust is my favorite part. This time I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. The ordering process was very slow. No one seemed to want to take my order until the manager came over and helped me himself.

It was good food Had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready. But it is an overall great place , ambience is good, and as long as you have company , the wait is bearable Parking is slim depending on the time of day , safest to assume you might not get parking .

This food court near a gas station offers a diverse selection of cuisines, perfect for a quick bite or casual gathering. We dug into chucking and it was lip-smackingly good! While vegetarian options are very limited, the overall experience delivers convenience and flavor. Bonus points for the free, albeit limited, parking.

It's ok, but it's probably a better idea to order online and have it delivered to your home. It can take quite a while (40 min) to wait for your pizza, better do that at home. Tuesday is 2 for 1 pizza day. Maybe Thursday too, not sure. Classic pizzas only though.

The wait was too long, told to wait 20min that turned out to be 45min with rude attendant. And it was not even terrific Tue. I will henceforth go to other places

Nice place to dine with family and friends. Very friendly and helpful cashiers.

Fresh food at all times. Certainly not good for long meetings as there frequently walk in and out. Parking can be a challenge sometimes. But the goal is good food which is available.

Good place for a quick snack on the go. The food is on point and the constant music playing throughout makes it even more delicious. I however didn't like that my table stayed for so long without being cleared off food remains from the past customer who used it.

Best enjoyed when everything is Hot... Except the soda...... You want that cold. 😁

I'm still waiting for the pizza that I ordered for delivery from December 23rd. They confirmed my order, glad I didn't pay for it.

For some reason they prioritize people who order online than the or who use the time to go to the restaurant to buy it

Quite busy during weekends, you might have to wait upto 30min. My opinion for the taste of the pizza, all depends with who is on shift but so far, so good. Friendly staff

Clean n beautiful place... highly recommend...has a children's play area

This is my go place to get pizza for my kids. They love the chicken and Mashroom one as its the yummiest for them. The place is super clean, great attendants and very fast service. Hadn't had to wait longer than 15 mins. The bathrooms are clean The play area for the children are good.

If you are looking for the ultimate selection of fastfood styled restuarants then this is definetly one place to visit. There are pizza, grill chicken, deep fried chicken, etc options available. They have recently installed a kids play area as well.
