Food is great. The view of Mombasa road and the expressway from the upstairs balcony is quite a sight. They don't play any loud music so it's a nice place for conversation. They don't charge corkage so you can come with cakes for your birthday or events. The drinks I don't recommend, ordered for a daiquiri and they served me packet juice with icecubes then garnished with a strawberry 🥲. Also we made a reservation and we arrived 15minutes early and they'd given out our table. And this is after they called me an hour earlier and asked if we are still going and I confirmed. They did try everything to get us another table, but it had dampened the mood.

The staff are very professional and kind. On Monday 8th, Liz made our day! Staff sang a happy birthday surprise to my baby. Colourful and warm with simplicity

The steak serving was good , sides can be better. Had requested for medium done steak but didn't get as per order. Average spend per person for main course and drink KES 2000/- The waitress was polite. Enough sitting space for families and a play area for kids. Eka has enough safe parking space.

The Place is nice, good reception and waiters are so polite. I also loved their food Especially their Steaks and Ribs.🔥 I loved their onion rings too. I'd definitely visit again

Always a nice experience coming here. Good food, nice ambience, friendly wait service. Great for a quiet, relaxed family outing. This might be because of the ongoing effects of the pandemic, but service could be better. It took much longer than expected to be served.

The place has an okay atmosphere. Looks like a diner or an average restaurant not much about the ambiance. The food was also average. Great salads but was a little disappointed with the fries which were undercooked but the meat was well done except for the meat for the other people I was with which was burnt. The service was great and fast but the portions were very little. Their assortment of condiments were limited.

I love the ribs, onion rings and accompaniments. My daughters also love the chicken nuggets and milk shakes which are part of the kids menu. The view from upstairs is great especially at night during Christmas. We had a hearty meal. The only concern was accurate orders/quick service when it's busy. Be sure to reiterate your order. We opted to enjoy what was served.

Great ambience, excellent food, great cocktails. The new steak option (I forget what it's called) is to die for, and the onion rings are the best I've tasted in a while. It's also quite easy to get to, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You won't be in a hurry to leave, and they close at 11pm, so you won't need to be.

Great ambience and the service was really good! They have sitting space both upstairs and downstairs and the lavatories are very clean!! I really enjoyed the food as always, on Mondays they have a great burger offer and on Thursdays there’s all you can eat Spare Ribs! Good for family outings and even romantic dates.

Went after a long time. Food is excellent. Service was okay . Ambience was great Nice view and had a good time. The only challenge was when we ordered sauces including cut chillies with steak, no one informed that they will be charged extra Rest all was ok

My colleagues and i went for an after work thing. We were close to 30 people and there was ample space reserved for all of us at the balcony, with enough privacy. The native american decor/theme caught me by surprise. The cultural appropriation jumped out,especially after later finding out it's a South African entity, but that's a conversation for another day. Also,for some reason I was told to stop taking pictures. Idk if that's an isolated incident with me or everyone is advised not to. 🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿🤷🏿‍♂️ so just a heads up to everybody. Anywayyyy,we ordered everything and anything. I tried the enchiladas for the FIRST time and wasn't disappointed.😋they were well done,filling and the melted cheese coating was just PERFECT! 👌🏿the rest of the gang had wings, ribs, calamaris that were alot. OMG!! their portions were INSANE!!😮definitely worth it. Drinks were also in plenty; I opted for my staple vanilla milkshake which really came through. For dessert, some of us took the waffles as takeaway. true to brand, no complaints, top quality product!! However,our orders took a while to get to us, but i think that was bc of our huge number. The waiters tried their best to take the orders but maybe got overwhelmed bc we had to constantly remind them. It was no biggy tho,we were quite understanding of the situation /circumstance and had a great time at the end of the night!

Love that it has a dedicated space for kids to play and they have someone minding the little ones. Food was ok, not the best I've had. Service was also quite good

The worst Spur experience ever! -meals for 10 came at intervals ... first for the 3 kids✅, then 4 meals approx 30 mins later🤔, 2 more after 20 minutes👀, and the final one 10-15 minutes later❌. i.e.-We didn’t eat together. -the rib racks were a poor imitation of Spur standard -no cutlery until you beg for it -few serviettes so we had to keep asking -one waitress kept picking a ketchup bottle from our table to take to another Knowing how tough things are, it hurt to leave no tip on a 20K bill It was a huge disappointment.

Located on Mombasa road just next to Nextgen mall and it's in the same building as Eka hotel. The first thing that strikes you the moment you enter the restaurant is the aroma of sizzling steak very appealing. I ate steak and pork ribs that was accompanied by onion rings and chips. However for the aged steak it might take you a while to chew on. And I'd attest I've never tasted steak so good it was very tender in the inside, easy to slice your knife through, full of juices and the flavours were very consistent. Their portions are very generous the food was very filling and they're very affordable for such a portion I can say it's a pocket friendly place. Their milkshakes especially the chocolate one very authentic that's the one I tasted.I also had their punch and I loved every bit of it one can taste all the fruits in it it's not too concentrated or too dilute it's just right.The ambience is good the interior decor and the lighting especially in the evening is splendid the terrace is not so cold at night as well so you can have a nice time there. The staff is very friendly and warm however one thing I didn't quite like how long the waitress took to bring us the bill after we'd asked for it and even with that she apologized and still took quite a long time to collect the money and bring back the balance the wait was very frustrating because it was also getting late. Other than that it's a place I'd definitely go back to all day any day stop by whenever you find yourself along Mombasa road.
