I would give them a zero, but the minimum option is 1. We made a booking almost 5 months in advance, and on the day we arrived, they told us they had no rooms and refused to take responsibility. They provided absolutely no help in finding a solution. They couldn't care less that it was almost 1 am. The woman at the front desk was unprofessional and confrontational. I'd rather be left out in the street than deal with them. In the end, we had to go to another place, CLOUD HOTEL & SUITES. I do NOT recommend it. Don't waste your time here.

They are very bad...they give hall to people on hire at late nights for wedding and other purposes whereby they play music on full volume and when you call the receptionist they keep saying sorry for the inconveniences.....i would strongly not recommend this hotel

A very cool and nice place, especially the aerial view of westlands and its environments. Food is so delicious. I recommend it to anyone even families there is a very nice place for kids also. And of course a swimming pool. Love it

It's a good place that I would have loved to rate 5 stars but I'm not gonna do it because when I got to the hotel,the floors were wet,the towels place d in the bathroom had stain,the room had a smell.That didn't give me a nice impression.Also it's so loud.pros,there's a swimming,gym,nice views and a big restaurant.

Cloud Hotel is located at the 8th (incomplete renovation), 9th and 10th floor of Diamond Plaza 1's annex wing. IMO that hotel is a 3.5 when food, service and rooms are considered. It's a good place to spend a few hours, days, weeks or even months at. It has an events/conference hall which makes it convenient for all your needs. Did I mention a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor? Oh, I'm getting way too forgetful now; they have a sauna too.

The food especially as a tourist isn’t anything to enjoy. The events center in the hotel is not sound proof and we literally have to struggle to sleep at night because there are always events on weekends

Finally after many fails choosing bad or irritating hotels i found Cloud hotel where I will be back. It is not a success to get client, the success is, that he comes back. Excelent rooms, nice view, perfect service, yammie food, hot water, everything is working, swimming pool, gym, for reasonable price and nothing irritates. Breakfest very nice too. Nie ma się do czego przypierdolić!

The room was small, had cockroaches 🪳 , funky smell and TV was old with mostly Indian channels and hard to navigate. However, the employees, fitness, swimming pool and facilities were great.

We stayed here in room 929, shower was hot, room was clean and they were very helpful with everything, also good views of city

The hotel was good, and the staff were very nice too. However, the food in the restaurants takes a minimum of 50 minutes to arrive.

The hotel is located at the diamond plaza in the Westlands area of Nairobi. Actually there is a diamond plaza 1 and 2. You need to go to Diamond plaza 1. It's quite a busy space and the parking is less than convenient but if you are a visitor, you'll have to report to the receptionist to help you to not pay for parking. I did not stay there but attended a party. The food was poor. The service was worse with the attendants warned to serve small portions. The barman was rude when you asked him to serve you your drink as you wanted. It's a good place to go only if you are on a budget otherwise avoid. I almost left early. Don't attempt it if you want to impress someone. If you are on a budget, it's ok.

Very good Hotel, excellent breakfast, all facilities of gym,steam,sona & business lounge. Area is also good with Indian food courts & all Indian grocery available. Safe in night time.

Everything was pathetic. The photos online don't match the hotel. The bed was tiny, room stuffy and cold, service was pathetic, food was pathetic, some customers even found a slug in the food and left the hotel in anger. We had to wait hours to get food served! Would never go back to that place again.not worth my money.

Place was cute,clean and organized though very very cold if we weren't doing anything we choose to cover up and sleep that's how cold it was .. their breakfast is amazing 👌🏿

We held a school event at the banquet hall. It is quite spacious and well lit and has large glass windows. Would highly recommend for all your events.

I booked with booking.com, went to the hotel checked in after an hour being in the room so much loud noise from the construction that they are doing. I been traveling for over 35hours and I have the worst headache. I asked them to refund me my money I’m going elsewhere. They are refusing to refund. The worst of customer service I have ever received with this hotel.

They said the pool was heated, what an absolute lie and waste . had to keep asking for assistance to which they didn't seem interested in really helping . 0/10 would not recommend spending your money here for the pool !

The rooms? Below standard. Basic amenities missing. Bathrooms? Never cleaned. The shower curtains had fungus growing on it. Staff? Inexperienced, non helpful. The receptionist and waiter who took our order was quite ignorant. Food? 6/10. There's nicer places around the area to eat. (Pizza corner, Java, Art caffe) The price of staying is pretty high given the low standards maintained. I'd suggest look elsewhere. You're welcome.

Nice place , though not suitable for anyone seeking a quiet night on the weekend due to events being hosted on the Upper floor. Very good service, friendly and very accommodating personnel

The manager of the hotel is very nice but the hotel itself is not good at all. Dated with an urgent need for renovation. The location is also strange and doesn’t look safe to be walking around. We arrived late with a car and the process of parking was confusing.

Good Budget hotel located in Diamond Plaza, Parklands... Has gym, swimming pool as well... Pure Veg. Indian food is available nearby... Shrinath Ji Temple is in front. Location wise is good.
