Lovely place for kids to play, the food takes too long but worth the wait, good nyamachoma, good service

The staff are very professional and helpful. Park Place is very child friendly for those with tiny Tots. It will always be my go to place within Rongai. Keep it up guyz 👏👏👏

The hotel is located in a serene environment with nice facilities but could do better with it's service.

Nice place. Pool is quite small. Couldn't get Mbuzi. Outdoor space usage needs a little planning. They could try umbrellas or small tents

The kids had a great time. Food is delicious but with the open setting, there are many birds eager to snatch your meal from the plate. They should invest in outdoor umbrellas. I loved the clown. Kids were engaged from start to finish. The games are also affordable. I just found the swimming pool oddly placed and squeezed. But otherwise, the place is great for families on Sunday

If I could give it zero stars I would, I reserved a room through emirates. So I believed I'd get something decent. Not the case at all. Checked in, went to the room. Checked out within 10 minutes. No TV, room was poorly constructed, poorly cleaned, and best of all no heat. It was 66 f that day and mush colder in the room. I asked for a refund, they wouldn't even return my payment to Visa. They made me transfer to my girls empasa. I presume they are on the edge of loosing cc processing due to charge backs. Construction going on noisy mess. Just don't do it. No way this place has 3.9 stars they must be paid reviews. Charged me a cancelation fee also. Just don't book here.

Be careful before holding events in this place. They are conmen. We had an event here, asked for invoice and the invoice they sent prior was different from the invoice they sent after .

The check-in service was good, quickly sorted a shower issue. The caveat is the morning, had to look for person at the front desk for about 10 minutes. The breakfast was cold only hot thing was the tea. Our theory is that the breakfast was made the previous night.

The pictures they share on the website are not the same.. the service is very bad.. we booked a room online and when reached they didnt get the booking and people living there were complaining about no light and hot water.. its not a 3 star hotel..

The hotel has a big beautiful green garden. Being that it borders the Nairobi national park across the road, the scenery is beautiful. Had roasted goat ribs that was very good. It had been marinated in rosemary and other herbs.

It has a fantastic green, bushy entrance that makes it unique. Clean lobby and a green playground for kids.

The room was clean but we got a problem in the bathroom of Continuous Hot water can't mix with normal water 😒

Very poor service.I was extremely disappointed that after placing my lunch order,it took thirty minutes to notify me that the food ordered was not even available inspite of being in the menu.Not worth a second visit.

Nice ambience however, need to automate their systems and employees should be trained on their pricing. Otherwise the food serving is good and tasty.

I've been coming with my family to park place for a long time; my dad used to take us for their nyama choma back in the day.. I've kept up the tradition with my kids. I was there yesterday with my family (party of 6 adults, 4 kids). Just before we ordered for food we were told that the play area (consisting of around 4 equipment) was a minimum of 1000 per child. Why a minimum? Because there were rides that had to be paid for separately. I understand the idea but in my opinion this was a bit exorbitant considering what was on offer. We didn't stay. Left for somewhere else and discovered a gem in the process. Park place should really reconsider their pricing model or improve the services.

As far as extortion goes, Park place went an extra mile. Asking patrons to pay 1000 bob for access to a few activities to getting overpriced food while having to wait for over an hour for the said food. Would not recommend.
