The food and drinks is just like in the other Have House outlets. The only differentiator is that this outlet, being tucked away in the heartland of Upper Hill, is not usually crowded as the other branches in the Nairobi Central District. The staff is friendly and kind. They are also faster at service and that's a good things. This Java does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance; it is located on the first floor which is accessed by a staircase. All in all, good service and ambience.

Java KMA is conveniently located in the heart of Nairobi Upper Hill area. Because of the many offices here the Java is focused on fast delivery of quality breakfast and lunch. The venue is spacious as well and well suited for a quick off site meeting. Then lastly there is a lounge to unwind after a hard day work before going home

Its just like any other java place However somebody robbed me there and i requested for the cctv footage to try and see if i could identify the guy who did it, they said they would give it but they never did.

Nice place for a good meal, small bite, quick or leisurely coffee and beverages. The ambience is lively and energetic. The red and black combination in the interior decor and staff uniform is very energetic. Service is good and for s peak hour reasonably fast. Portions are wholesome and taste very good. There are enough dishes for vegetarians. And the rates are affordable too. Very nice experience.

It's an excellent place located near the Blu berry hotel and just behind the KMA towers. A great place to eat in. They offer amazing cookies, excellent coffee (tried the iced one), and mouth watering burger. Did I forget their amazing fruit salad with honey and yoghurt (that is a must try)... and this is just the tip of the ice burg.

It is a nice and cozy place. They have several types of sitting space for the customer to choose from. The ambience is great. I got to work from there the whole day and was given complimentary WiFi which eased my job. It can get very busy during lunch hours but the service is top notch!

I've been here probably four or five times. Worst java branch there is to be honest. Poor service, food takes forever to come, and when it ever comes on time there's always something wrong with the order. The fries at McFrys and this place are no different. Not worth your money or time.

Compared to the Java House in Upper Hill Medical Center, this one is less crowded - always has sitting space and is more spacious (by far)! This is definitely one of of the reasons why I love this branch. As usual Java staff are such a vibe ???

This Java serves the larger Upperhill and is hence quite popular. The setting is nice though I wish they had a friendlier access for persons with disability. Other than that, the food is great and the ambience is good.

This is an okay Java , if you just want to grab a bite . For a special lunch , dinner or meeting I wouldn't recommend this place . The manager and the person handling customer care phone line aren't keen on customers . Wanted to suprise a colleague and called the resturant requesting for just a decorated plate of whatever food she picked , too bad we ended up being suprised not her . Just sauce to decorate a plate was so hard to get , we had even agreed to pay for it !! For a special event don't consider this branch . Try capital center or even the one near carrefour for better service .

The service was really slow. If it wasn't for the good food I would have rated it just one star. It took forever to get the food and the bill and it wasn't full. Aside from the service being slow, the waiter was polite and apologetic about it.

Has good food and juices. The quantity is little but is a gud place to be.

If you're in this part of Upperhill, I'd say this is the place to grab lunch or a late breakfast. The service is good, the food is consistent - as you'd expect from Java - and they have a large balcony which can be pretty refreshing in the bustle of the city center-ish area.

Loved it , though a bit cold due to the wind coming inside, the service was great as always... location wise can be tricky if you meeting someone here and you have to park inside. ..I would give this place a 5* rating but granted one fact that's the guard's were very rude , unfriendly and they had their favorite who were of course buying chai .. hence my 4* rating .

Worst Java ever. Waited for almost 1 hr and still no food. Just paid for our coffee and left. Also the staff is very disorganized even when there’s not many people. Many staff members running around but no one actually attending to you. Kitchen staff yelling at each other very loudly was also very unprofessional

I just love this place because of its coffee. The parking area is a shared space within the complex. To access, one has climb stairs - not ideal if one has luggage. Service is great. I am always disappointed every time I order the green smoothie as it has not been available when I visit. Sitting space is adequate and cosy. It can get really cold at times.

I just visited and sat unattended for over twenty minutes; ie today Thursday 5th Oct 2023 at around midday. When i went looking for some assistance i was met with a server who didn’t appear happy to serve. He appears aloof. I jokingly asked if that was the forgotten corner. I was then handed the menu and requested for 5 minutes to peruse it. He said he would send someone over upon which i continued seating for a further 15 minutes until i got tired got back in and told him i was leaving if they were not interested in serving me. He just watched me walk out and said nothing. Quite disappointing. You have servers who don’t want to serve.
