Well, I went there with some burger craving. I wasn't disappointed. Actually they have an offer for two burgers at the price of one on Thursdays. I had the double cheese chicken burger. It was absolutely delicious and fulfilling. They also have happy hour from Monday to Thursday 3-7pm. I loved the cocktails too. The mixologist outdid himself. Some very legit tastes for the cocktails. The service though was kind of scanty. The waitress bothered less about checking up on customers and always jumped at the opportunity to serve new clients and forgot the rest. All in all it's a great joint. You might want to reserve seats if you are more than three.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Would highly recommend the Grill Shack Special Fillet. Everything about it was perfect. The steak was medium done right. The bacon, mushroom sauce, and the greens under just elevated everything. Had a taste of the pork ribs, loved it. The waiter messed up our orders, brought the wrong drink and one wrong side, but was really quick to change when we asked. Excellent service.

I walked in all excited to try the restaurant. 10 minutes later, we were still waiting to receive a glance from one of the waiters, better yet, a menu. A couple walked in after us (white) and within 2 minutes of sitting they had menus in their hands. What made it worse was there was a white gentleman standing outside the restaurant and a server approached and handed him a menu.... He was still outside!!!!So I approached one of the servers having waited 15 minutes and suffice it to say, I walked out. If I could give less than 1 star, best believe I would.

Amazing service ... shout out to my man Evans👌. Tried the famous pork ribs and was not disappointed at all... delicious and perfectly cooked,fall off the bone goodness (easily ate them with my folk and knife). Had that with a classic mojito which was strong and well balanced.

A really nice American style restaurant located in the west gate mall. They serve juicy burgers, perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection, I usually like mine medium. I ordered the double cheese, which has 2 x 200g patties, so this thing is a monster as you can see from the picture. The fries were hot and crispy, and it was a really nice experience in general, totally recommend!!

Lovely open place with good dressing and good service. Robert served us and he was attentive and polite. Drinks were lovely and the chicken and double cheese burger we had was lovely. The garlic bread wasn't great but this was handled well and i wasn't charged. Overall lovely place, good service and nice food.

Their location is good. Their food is even better. They have really good customer service. Their burgers are so delicious and juicy and good portions of the side. It's a whole meal! Also I really really love their packaging. Very good and thoughtful.

The ambiance is absolute beauty! The ribs are one of the best I have ever had. For an Ethiopian coffee is a great deal & I actually loved the way they fix my coffee 😉 their location is good, they have really good customer service. Their foods are so delicious and juicy and good portions of the side. The music though, too loud to have a decent conversation. I highly recommend the places!

Food was good (decent) but service was terrible. Waited over 45 minutes for our order, wings that were supposed to be starters arrived so late we had to just pack them to go. One of the orders at the table didn’t come till half an hour after everyone had received their food. Poor service, wouldn’t recommend if in a rush or very hungry.

The service was perfect, we were given menus on entrance, and food didnt take longer than 15minutes to be prepared. The drinks and food were all good and top notch quality and presentation. The service was also amazing checking in on us every time to ensure we were having a good time. I would recommend the place anytime anyday

The best steak I have had so far. Better than java and spurs. Hats off. Order the grill shack fillet special its one of the best. Have the meat made to medium well. Juicy to perfection!

I started with the ‘I feel good smoothie’ which was really good because of its freshness and perfect blend of fruit. What I enjoyed the most was their fries which were well seasoned and perfectly salted. I later ordered the lamb chops with mashed potatoes. The presentation of the food was fair. I didn’t quite enjoy this dish because I found it quite bland more-so the mashed potatoes; the texture and taste was similar to that of dehydrated mashed potatoes from a box. The lamb chop was chewy and savorless. I was disappointed with the lamb chop specifically. Despite the lamb chop, the sauce used with the lamb was delectable; if it was not for the sauce the actual lamb chop would be flat. Lastly, I would like to recognize the wonderful service that I was given by the staff. They were quick, vigilant and courteous.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but truthfully, we felt alienated, we felt unattended to, despite having made a reservation, we were asked to leave a booth that had been reserved, the whole time we were there, that same booth sat 1 person. But, along came one sweet waiter who catered to us, his name was WAYNE❣️ Thank you Wayne🙏 The food was good, the atmosphere was okey. Cocktails were 👌 If I could suggest something... 1) Treat every client like a gem. 2) Have several kiddie seats. 3) On busy days, assign the waiters the tables they should attend to, instead of having them hover all over the place... We were not the only ones dissatisfied with the time taken to be served.

Good place for meat dishes in Westgate Mall Nairobi. I enjoyed my stake burger. Good cheesecake for desert as well. I give the salad five stars.

Didn't take the picture of Sangria, Steak and sides. Overall, good experience. Order is taken by one Waiter & Serving by another , there is space for improvement in this part for the complete feel. Will become the Returning Customer. Cheers

Was really psyched to try their steaks but disappointed with the quality of meat and presentation of food. Steak quality 3/5 presentation 2/5. Steak chunk was to thick to be cooked. Most of it was chewy. Their service and staff was commendable. Food was served in under 15mins. Per person spending 1900/- average.

The atmosphere here is amazing. If you're fortunate to get a booth, then you'll get the best of this place. Been there twice. Only reason they lose a star, is that their food quality wasn't consistent for the two visits.

4* for the burger. Tasty, even if the patties were a bit overcooked for my liking. 2* for the chips, which were served ice cold. Nice atmosphere and good service. Maybe, i was unlucky and hit a slow evening.

The grill shack is located inside the Westgate mall with two entrances. The place is famous for its steak. It has great booth seats that give you a wide angle view of the restaurant and ideal for a group setting. Apart from the steak I had their cheese burger which was pretty good. I accompanied that with some mango juice which was a bit bitter, I guess that’s coz it’s not really mango season.

I had the best of everything,wine, cocktail your double burger is out of this world only that the vegetables are very less I wish we had tomatoes and lettuce on the second layer too.but the seasoning was perfect!!😍we were two people we paid around 17k for everything that's coz we had a bottle of rosé wine besides our other drinks.

The place is so beautiful, slow music, ambient lighting. Ordered the farmhouse grill platter, it's to be shared between 2-3 people. Farmhouse grill platter was 4,900 Wine was 900 a glass Food 10/10 Ambience 10/10

Non Vegetarian people would love the menu. We specifically went to have the gigantic milkshakes they offer. It was really really heavy to complete by 2 people I would say 3-4 people can easily have it by sharing one milkshake. But only one thing didn’t look right was it had more of whipped cream instead of ice cream. Otherwise so goood.

The services were good and the food was tasty. Especially the waiters were very polite and friendly plus it didn't take long to get your food after ordering. However, the music (to set the ambiance) was slightly high to have a comfortable conversation inside.

Amazing steak! Though it took a while for the food to arrive but it was worth the wait. The steak was the right amount of cooked and juicy. Though a bit noisy for a restaurant of its class and pricing i guess the location has a lot to do with that aspect. Service was not too bad however once a table is vacated the staff dont actually clean it untill a new patron come and asks for the table to be cleaned, then only is it done.

This place had great customer service and extremely fresh food. The burgers were great but the biggest shock was how amazing the Greek Salad was.

The food tastes really great and the prices are competitive (for being inside Westgate mall!). The food came really fast which was excellent!

The service was top notch from the friendly staff. Especially Grace who served us. My short ribs were succulent and well done. Not a fan of fries so I didn't enjoy them much. My partner's double burger was huge and delicious. For the drink we came during happy hour and I had classic mojito which was good. The red sangria was lacking a certain oomph. Overall though for a steakhouse I'd recommend it.
