The service is friendly. They really know what hospitality us about. The prices are reasonable and the portions big! 8f you live in Kileleshwa the delivery is free. And they are pretty fast with the orders. They have continental food but I went there for the Somali food - the Mandi is amazing and comes with white rice, pilau, biryani or chapati. I went for the pilau..which I must say, is the most aromatic I have tasted! Simply delicious. You can also try the Tosti. If you're a fan of Ethiopian cuisine, you're in the right place. As I wait for my order, the Ethiopian coffee is being prepared, and the familiar aroma fills the space. The have little gazebos for small groups aptly named Wajir, Mandera, Mombasa. If you have a wedding or a conference, they have a room that sits 120 people. And you have excellent food and service to accompany it. They also have a guest house charged at 3,500 KES ($35) bed and breakfast that's on the first floor, so great views of Kileleshwa. Excellent 👌

A la carte so you meal is prepared after you order. Waiting time is average but meal tastes delicious. You get a warm soup while your meal is being prepared. And they have a funny Wi Fi password too 😃. Enjoyed the Kenyan meals I tried there - Chips masala with sausage - Chicken Biriani - Rice Saldato - Pasta Saldato - Anjera Mayaye !!

They have lovely food; Somali and Ethiopian cuisine. They are Ramadan friendly and have a dedicated menu for Iftar for those who are fasting. They also delivery for free. Thank you for the great food and service.

Good meal, good size food portion and Clean environment.

The food is just heavenly, clean and serene environment, cool calming music and the parking is ample too. This is turning out to be one of the most favorite chilling spots in Nairobi for me and my squad. The pricing is also fair, can't complain.

I went there for food. They didn't have everything on the menu, but what they had was really, really good. I look forward to getting their Ethiopian vegetarian platter someday, I hope. Good food for reasonable prices. I don't eat meat anymore, but I get the feeling their goat is really good. Chickpea stew and naan was perfect for me.

Der Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist super, lecker. Besonders gut ist Ziege ( Goat ) mit Kartoffelpüree. Habe vorher noch nie Ziege gegessen, das ist so lecker und zart. Dazu einen lecker Passion Juice is the Bomb! Ich liebe es. Man kann auch schön draußen sitzen, im grünen in Pavillons. Alles super...

Da wir mehrfach in einem Hotel in der Nähe übernachtet haben, hat sich das White Star zum Lieblings Restaurant entwickelt und wir waren insgesamt 8 mal dort. Eigentlich bin ich skeptisch, denn die Karte viele völlig verschiedene Länder beinhaltet, welcher Koch leistet das schon. Aber das White Star hat uns jedes mal wieder überrascht. Egal ob indisch, somali, international, kenianische, .... alles perfekt zubereitet. Egal ob Huhn, Fisch, Kamel, Ziege, .... wir waren jedes mal begeistert. Abgesehen von den meist zu großen Portionen gab es kleine Preise und wir haben nie mehr als 1700 KES gezahlt. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlungen von uns.

White star is a very unique 5star restraint and hotel it has a barber shop and a saloon they sell cars, I heard they are opening a hospital in it wooow that's crazy and don't forget it has a minimart the place is big I mean BIG it has a lodge and a hall and for the muslims it has a mosque they have several branches in kenya ALL IN ALL ITS A GREAT PLACE FOOD IS VERY GOOD ITS DELICIOUS 😋🤤
