I had the most amazing experience at Woodmere. They have the best old school apartments built with the best wood in the country. I was most impressed with the warm swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. If you want a carribean vibe this is the place to be. I cannot forget to mention the strategic location of this place, ambience and hospitality of the staff. A big shout out to Woodmere staff and management 😊.

I had a booking thru booking.com website, but when I went there they said that the rooms are not available, and they given some alternate option which I don’t like, and also the rooms are not clean and very dirty. So, I just walked out. From my personal experience I can’t recommend Woodmere (located in Kilimani, Nairobi). Very poor customer service as well.

Beautiful Apartments, love their Interior. The 1 bed room apartment is Very spacious and comfy. Peaceful(they have some construction going on but its part of their expansion plan) but at night it gets quiet and tranquil. I loved it. The rooms probably need more lighting.. Or maybe a new coat of paint? Just to brighten em up. They look abit dull and a bath mat just outside the bathroom door can make a big difference. The tv in my apartment had an issue as well.

Loved every bit of it. From attic finish to the heated pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Woodmere apartments remain my preferred vacation residence. Won't hesitate recommending it to anyone

An oasis in the heart of Nairobi. Very cute hotel, with traditional architecture and jungle vibes! Special credits to Emily, one of the reception employees of the hotel. She was super kind, helpful, she really loves her job and she exceeded our customer service expectations!!Thank you for your services Emily! The only negative that I have to mention is the noise...some guests probably had a gathering and it was really noisy until 1am.

The place seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch for sure.I was provided with all the information i needed and showed around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.The bed is comfortable as well as the bathroom. Location is incredible.

Lived here for more than 6 months. It's really hard to say goodbye to this peaceful place. The nice staff and owner family, the clean and heated pool, the quite yard and those 2 cute dogs. Hope we will come back.

If you come here for swimming only it's 900 per person for an adult and 450 for a child, which is a lot. I'm not sure they charge everyone the same amount because we did not receive a receipt and had to send it to somebody's personal number. Also there is no service at the pool. There are drink menus but they tell you to walk to the reception to get your drink..

While the apartment was decent in terms of décor, the noise level through the night was absurd. There were drunks singing, people playing loud music and even people knocking on our door at 1am two nights in a row! I tried calling the front desk but no one picked up. TV and some lights were not working.

Spacious apartments with all amenities available. Kitchens could be a bit more equipped for cooking but the staff provided us with everything we needed when we asked! Overall, really pleasant for our family of 4 at an great price. The pool is warm and deep, the sauna works really well too! If anything, I think a fresh coat of paint would make a big difference in brightening the space up.

I really enjoyed my staying at Woodmere Serviced Apartments. The rooms are clean with a good service.

Good location, friendly and efficient staff. I enjoyed the warm pool, there was some construction ongoing during daytime but the discount more than made up for this slight inconvenience.

If I could describe Woodmere in three words: this would be my answer: Nairobi’s hidden gem! With regard to the four-bedroomed apartment at the top most floor. The apartment is almost like a house and gives off a rustic wood cabin vibe. I almost forgot I was only still in Nairobi. Literally felt like I was in some far rustic cabin in the woods. Whether it’s a birthday party, squad get together, couples retreat or just a weekend away from the Nairobi routine; Woodmere is where it’s at. I would definitely recommend the four-bedroomed apartment. It’s the perfect place to hang out but still within Nairobi. No need to travel out of the city. Also the staff are very helpful. From the management to the house keeping. What a great experience especially as i was there for my pre-birthday.

Really beautiful hotel with character. My first room had a problem but the staff were very kind and helped me move into a lovely, well furnished room. Great location too.

Good location, clean room but the renovation work going on was noisy but mostly during the day.

Climbed many stairs to get to the top apartment - well worth the cardio! The apartment had loads of space and we immediately felt at home. The warm pool was great for the kids. The staff just let one feel at home. Nairobi is full of options for places to stay and this place has tried to offer something unique.

Beautiful chic place with a totally different atmosphere from the modernised world of apartments. The vintage feel makes me want to come again and again.

I had a great stay here. Warm and very helpful staff, and very accessible location. There's always someone at the reception desk so anything you need will be provided 24/7. Facilities are great and the environment is very good and green.

This is an absolutely amazing oasis in Nairobi - wonderful and spacious apartments with a beautiful balcony a heated pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna, and very friendly and helpful service. I cannot recommend this place more, will definitely come back soon!

The most family friendly environment and for those who are wondering where to even take a loved one who is say going through cancer treatment just for a bit of a break this is the place to go. They are absolutely considerate!!!!!!

The apartments are nice, with a rustic ambience to them. Privacy and security is assured. There is cable TV and good WiFi. Perfect for a work/weekend getaway. The deluxe room is very unique. However, there is some expansion as at the time of this review, hence the front yard is abit of an eyesore. The reception is not so organized. However, prior reservations made will have you checked in pretty fast. One can pay via mobile money, cash or card. Find them on booking.com.
