Fantastic
experience,
great
staff
responses
in
spite
of
the
challenges
presented
by
impatient
customers
at
the
reception
desk,
the
staff
remained
calm
and
composed.
It
was
expected
that
some
of
the
customers
who
had
come
from
the
airport
due
to
either
delayed
flight
arrivals
and
failure
to
connect
or
cancelled
flights,
were
very
frustrated
and
some
hadn't
slept,
they
needed
to
immediately
get
into
the
rooms,
but
this
was
early
morning,
with
available
rooms
in
checkout
and
cleaning
in
progress.
Some
customers
kept
heckling
the
supervisor
of
the
team
as
she
trained
to
calm
down
the
situation,
that
lady
has
my
great
respect,
she
was
able
to
hold
on
to
her
professional
etiquette,
enough
respect.
The
food
is
excellent,
with
great
variety,
excellent
chefs
and
waiters,
thanks
for
the
great
soups
and
wonderful
atmosphere
in
the
dining.
A
few
dents
though,
was
when
a
spill
of
some
fruit
juice
was
left
to
go
on
without
mopping
up
the
floor.
So
people
continued
to
step
on
the
sticky
juice,
and
as
they
moved
right
round
the
dining,
every
square
inch
one
stepped
on
was
sticky.
No
action
was
taken
to
quickly
clean
up
the
place,
even
when
the
meal
times
moved
to
the
next,
the
floors
still
remained
not
properly
cleaned.
This
is
a
huge
risk
in
terms
of
safety
coz
it
might
result
in
a
customer
sliding
and
falling
with
possible
injuries.
The
rooms
were
excellent,
very
clean
and
comfortable.
There
is
however
an
irritating
noise
coming
from
the
bathroom,
from
something
that
looks
like
a
rotating
fan,
whatever
that
is,
I'm
sure
it
has
a
purpose,
I
just
wish
the
system
can
be
updated
with
something
that
is
less
noisy.
Overall,
Panari
is
an
excellent
destination
which
offers
top
of
the
range
services,
great
food
and
super
squeaky
clean,
well
aerated
rooms,
clean
nice
smelling
bed
linen
and
well
freshed
bathroom
towels,
a
real
great
experience
,
I
recommend
Panari
unreservedly
to
all
who
come
into
Nairobi
to
experience
this
hospitable
place,
with
spectacular
views
from
the
bedrooms.
