It was an amazing experience considering the fact that we were having a national youth convention, the service and rooms were great. Not forgetting the meals... Hospitable.

This place is very conducive for meetings ,weddings, conference's, at a budget friendly cost. They have well trained staff, constantly concerned about the visitor. Good public WiFi is also available to cater for internet connectivity. Their rooms and conference rooms and halls are spacious and can meet the needs of various groups. The food is also good, with a wide variety to choose from...

The best place in Westlands Nairobi City county. I'm a food food person and I can for sure tell you, they have a very best food ever.

15mins drive from JKIA via the expressway!! Best convenient location for conferences & accommodation for small and large groups. There's a lovely gift shop/convenience store on site for souvenirs, books and many items fot travellers comforts.

Fairly good places safe for some rooms with no hot shower.... I especially loved their kingly breakfasts. Yummy 😋

Really tough accessing especially for those walking and coming from Kikuyu - Kangemi due to the highway and the footbridge is quite at the distance

I had a nice stay in Desmond Tutu, and spent there for two nights the front desk were very helpful can't forget one of the coach Eric, who volunteered to take me for a site view, The Hub Karen and Giraffe center Will visit again

Desmond tutu is Great place to be Quiet, silent and private. Of course very clean big up to the guy treaming 💐 flowers and always watering the plants its looks beatiful. The guards are also freandly .security maintained your protection is out of danger. The food in the kitchen super fantastic my favorite food was chapati very sweet and soft. One man sat next to me and he was eating rice and chicken i could see how he loved that food. Those who love food buffet or to buy this is aplace to be. The reception s were the best for me and because of them i will came back again ,and recommend all my freands. Big up to Charles oruko, Hilda and pkanini. When my balkon door had a problem they made sure it was repaired of course they were very freandly, understanding and respect the rights of the guest. My your Boss see your hard work thru guests like me it meant alot for me. Hot shower works perfect, intrernet wifi very good. Greetings 🇩🇪 deutschland. Benta.

It's okay. The bathrooms weren't that clean and the service wasn't the best and the food options not the best (rice, meat, fish) maybe it's because it was corporate. But I was there for a business conference so that might explain it.

It overall it's good. Needs to improve internet both in the rooms and conference halls

Currently, there is no flyover hence while leaving one has to either walk to Westlands or take the fly-over which quite some distance from the location.

The centre is strategically located from the waiyaki way, it's at a nice and serene environment. Their rates are affordable and customer service is exemplary.
