ITS A GOOD SERENE PLACE BUT THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CONSIDER THE STAFFS SINCE WORKING FOR UPTO 48HRS ISNT HUMANE AND ITS AGAINST THE UNION LAW.GUESS THE MANAGER NEEDS TO ADJUST IT OR GET TO COURT.ITS NOT RIGHT AT ALL.

Hadassah Hotel is the hotel that now occupies the former Nairobi International youth hostel place on Ralph Bunche Road, near Nairobi Hospital. They have a huge dining area inside and a small garden sitting place. Food prices is pocket friendly and you wait for it to be prepared after the order. There is also a bar and more than 40 sleeping places. The rooms prices rage from k sh 6500 to 8000 a night. A conference room and inside parking in place.

It has the best Breeze zone. Very quiet.

I am loving the stay, cool environment, great food and nice rooms. Though you should work on making the hotel more visible to the rest of the world, like using better sign posts or billboards.

A great location as its very centrally located, however this hotel is falling apart. The decor, lighting, construction and everything else is truly shabby and cheap. Don't recommend and would hate to go back

They have the best greens I have eaten in Nairobi. Their rooms go for 7,000 , are clean and decent but there are two construction sites next to the hotel making the place too noisy during the day. Every member of staff seems to be going an extra mile to make your happy . The place is also very safe and well secured . A lovely place !

It was not busy when I went. The food is tasty and well presented. The room we used for a meeting was adequate but basic. Good location not far from town and private. You almost miss it as the entrance is obscured by another building under construction.

Quite good services, clean and friendly people. Mid range hotel. If you rae looking for a good place at a friendly budget, this is the hotel.

The WiFi was very good. Rooms were good though I didn't like the lighting at the bedroom. The charging sockets are not strategically placed too. For the first day, service was slow and the breakfast took so long to be served🤔. However for the next couple of days, the hotel had set up a buffet which wasn't that bad.

Hey, i book the hotel for my friend(Igor). It was his first time in Kenya and the hotel and staff were really good. The only disappointment was with your hotel driver, he is so unprofessional and he overcharged me and even went ahead and asked for tips. Also brewed coffee would have been a plus for this hotel.

The room was exactly as described online. Very clean. Helpful staff. And breakfast was ready quote early for those who need early breakfast. The hotel is next to a hospital which is a plus, and a few minutes from CBD. It was quiet and relaxing. Wonderful experience.

The place is cozy and the staff are nice. I'm walking on crutches and my room was on first floor so the staff were kind enough to ensure that I use lifts instead of stairs. Just didn't understand why the Wi-Fi has been off since Friday and the hotel is unable to repair it and get back online.

Serene environment for business meetings, social hangouts and comfortable accommodation. The food is delicious and delivered on time with a well stocked bar. Ample and secure parking. The management and workers are friendly and professional.

We held a business meeting here and their services were very poor. The conference tables were worn out, dirty table clothes and their customer service poor. There is a construction next to them that makes the hotel noisy and dusty. The food was average.

Nice, quite big budget

The rooms are okay and the staff are friendly. The food is however not my favorite part of this place, I feel like it lacks versatility. Breakfast was my best meal each day. For anyone who's looking for a place to have one for the road as traffic eases in these parts of Nairobi, this would be a great place. Very discrete, calm and with extremely reasonable prices for liquor. Would definitely recommend them on that.

The bar is excellent place to chill, when visiting Nairobi hospital, Kenyatta hospital or Coptic hospital. Its also near CBD and Upper Hill. The Internet is fast and the prices are cheap. Beer at Ksh 200.

Nice quiet place. Good meals and apt for small team meeting.
