I liked the Service But Mostly I want to Appreciate The Front Receptionist Edgar For doing a Very good job and being Professional in his Work, With Him You Always Feel at home I came in January and Still I am Coming back Because of the Good service Edgar Gives😘

Stayed here for three weeks, totally impressed with the communication from staff team even before I arrived. I was looking for a quiet, serene and private place and the environment surpassed my expectations. They have such an amazing and fully dedicated team from the front office , restaurants and cleaners. I give my special thanks to violet, very kind and hardworking lady, always kept my apartment neat and tidy even in my absence. I would also like to thank Maryanne, Karen and Lydia at the reception. Very great and superb customer service ,, super thankful. I will be sure to recommend to others about the hotel and come back again whenever I am in the country. Thankyou for an amazing stay 😊

The location is ok, but very poor service, the management stinks to the high level. Rooms are not clean, and always something leaking if not from the bathroom, no elevator, especially if you get upper rooms, you will have to walk alone with your suitcase on thin stairs,they don't have people helping carrying luggages Poor time management, I brought my guests from abroad for 2 weeks in this hotel, and they really passed a bad time. Everything was late, from breakfast to lunch. I set the time for packed breakfast for my guests to take on their way to the airport, which was paid in advance they showed up with the breakfast 2hrs late when my guest had already left, and they refused to refund us back when it's clearly there fault they didn't keep time. The hotel management it's full of jokers it's not serious that they don't tackle problems they just take you until you give up, I wouldn't recommend this hotel especially if you're looking for a serenity time.

I stayed here for a month , this place has Elegance in a relaxing setting, The restaurant /bar overlooks the pool with palm trees and professionally manicured lawn. The food was amazing, the chef is confident of his food that he comes out to say hey to the guests, ask for Benjamin”waiter” he knows he’s craft and he’s engaging. Roseline for housekeeping very professional and always asked what else can we do. I enjoyed Cysuites hospitality from the get go. My encounter with the office staff Julie,Maryanne and Carlo was amazing.. they understand hospitality at its best.

A great place ...home away from home best for staycation. They have 2br and 1br apartments. The apartments are very spacious, adequately furnished. There is a restaurant and bar so if you just want to rest you can order in or go to the restaurant. Jacuzzi is definitely the best part here. Swimming pool available. The apartments are within close proximity to most amenities and hence the activities are limitless. Fairly priced . Some of the 1br need a facelift though.

Good location, but rooms looks dirty, water liking ,no mosquitos net had a rough night, bad service called maintainers never came till check out

Very good value for money. Tasteful, elegant and has amazing staff. Maryanne, Lydia, Lucy and Chef Frank just to mention a few. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Please try it out for yourself. I will definitely be back.

We had a family function at the restaurant way back in January and I was impressed that I was able to make plans with them entirely via WhatsApp. The food was good and service too. Managed to score a discount so nice!

Nice place to stay. It has a nice pool and very nice bar and restaurant area that overlooks the pool. The food is good quality. The daily maid service is good.

We are very happy with the place, staff and services. People are really friendly and helpful. I recommend this place worth staying.

Other than staff and sevice the place was OK I want to give advice the staff here is rude and discriminating I tried to go to the jym today then tge staff kicked me out just because a random man in the jym sayed so I tried talking but this man yelled I know that I'm not 16 plus but the man didn't give me time to talk I tried to ask a question but all he did was cut me off and shout "OUT" I was scared and sad I belive he is the man working in the pool I didn't catch his name.

Amazing serene with good vibing staffs, thanks to Karen the Front Office Supervisor for the hospitality and the helpful attitude, for always checking on me asking how’s my stay, she’s so caring, for sure I will definitely come back again .

I loved the experience! I wish i would have stayed longer but i had to leave for work purposes. The pool was great but i wish the opening time would have been extended! Karen, Maryanne, Michelle and Collins thanks for your service!

It was a great experience, the location, property & of course the service, it’s all remarkable. House keeping department is at their best. All staff is so kind and helpful. I must say this was one of my best stays I have ever stayed in any place even in other countries. Karen, Maryann & Collins are really very helpful & they are keeping it so well.

I love how the staff were attentive and very friendly towards the guest. The location is also very convenient and secure. I would specifically like to thank Karen, Maryanne,Michelle and Nicholas are all that they did to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend!

By the time I’m still staying in this apartment hotel, the electricity cut 6 times Including now (while I am writing this review) Mosquitoes are killing me, I’m setting in the darkness (it’s 12:20 am by the time I am writing this review) and yet it has been 3 hours without electricity I am calling the receptionist, she’s saying someone is looking into it but she doesn’t know when it’ll be solved By the way, this is the 6th time and each time they say someone is taking care of it. I don’t Mind the old rooms, the poor service and the mosquitoes But to set in the dark for 3 hours. (That’s something I can not sustain) I think I’ll find my self another place Thanks

Go here! It's a beautiful hotel/apartment. So many positives for me but the highlight is the heated pool!! You can use it as a resident or pay if you aren't staying with them. Food, service and ambience ...... amazing!!!!

Do yourself a favor and visit their lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched and with a beautiful ambience. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. Had my birthday dinner here and they offered us a good package. My friends and I booked an apartment as well and it was clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and acted on our requests promptly. I highly recommend them and thank them for the easy time they gave us!

The place has a great ambience tasty food but I didn't like the service the waiters were very slow to attend on us

Pretty well done. Came here with a group that had a lot of pre-arrangements. The cleaning staff does a great job and the kitchens in the apartments are great and well stocked with utensils and other basic items. I don't think all the rooms were as nice as ours (as it was recently remodeled) but guessing more are getting a facelift soon!

The best hotel i've ever been privileged enough to visit. I attended a friend's baby shower last weekend and was pleased,a fantastic location,the food was of high standard, cleanliness 👌, Got to meet a very extraordinary nice chef,chef Vincent,anyone having his services is extremely lucky
