Bad experience ..I felt insulted from the way that Egyptian supervisor have treated me. He was rude..took my cart after i paid my items and recheck my receipt and ask another man to re-check my receipt for the 3rd time... He should not treat all buyers like alibaba.. It felt like i have stolen an electric oven.. ..delaying your customers for nothing is not acceptable. Your cashier is not organized.. Appliances and grocery items should be paid only in the same cashier ,to prevent confusions with the futura (receipts).

this place is good for buying goods for everyday.But the staff, They need more training in custormer service, especially in the MOBILE and accesories area,

Good pm....train your panda cashier please... if the card màchine is not working they have to ask d customer first cash or card before proceeding their cashier's task....to avoid delays...hassles....and let ur desk info to notify bilingual d customers through ur paging system...that all ur card machines in cashiers area is out of order....majority are using cards, cash less in shopping....
