Close to the airport but quite secluded, so not noticeable. Rooms basic but staff warm & helpful. Very useful taxi service from hotel & access to tours & excursions. Open air bar & restaurant next to the pool. Drinks good, food variable.

I stayed here for 1 night before returning to Australia. The room was nice, really good pillows and comfortable, but the TV was not working properly and the phone did not work even after a maintenance call in to my room. They didn't fix the problems which was inconvenient as I'd been traveling for 15 days and needed the rest. I was looking forward to a movie. The pool area can get very loud with children on the water slide. The food was really disappointing. Overall I was happy with the room and location. The services need to be looked at. I was traveling alone.

We stayed one night after arriving into Nadi in the evening and departing the next morning to the marina. Easy pick up from the airport and we were met with a welcome drink and flowers on the bed on arrival. The food was great and they accommodated to a slightly earlier breakfast for us so we could make our transport - fantastic service and staff. The facilities were clean, we would definitely stay here again.

We had our last night in Fiji here. Very nice room but thin walls. Dinner was delicious but took an hour to get to our room. Easy check-in and check out. Perfect location for early morning flight!

We arrived here in the evening and stayed overnight for an early flight the next morning. They are about 500m from Nadi airport and offer a non stop shuttle service. It looks very new and we were upgraded to a villa, which was nice but did not have much time to enjoy it. Food was decent in the restaurant and very well laid out with high ceilings and the pool adjacent that has a cool kids slide. For the price I thought it was good value.

Airport stay! This place is wonderful right by the airport. Staff is SO friendly and helpful. They have a nice Continental breakfast.or ask for a menu you can order something. Pool and spa are wonderful. Short stay but would definitely come back.

Travelling with my 2 kids, niece and my friend. Rooms were clean. But l was not too happy with the service. I feel discriminated against not getting the same kind of service as a white tourist. It's not the first hotel in Fiji that l see the different services provided to me as a Fijian visiting my homeland. I called for a porter. Waited for a good 30 minutes, and I decided it was just not useful to wait that long. Came to the front desk, 2 porters there. Told the lady at the front desk that l had requested a porter. With her beautiful smile, she apologized. Little did she know l would have made a scene.

The good: * It's literally across the road from Nadi International Airport and therefore in theory a good place to stay overnight before heading out to the Mamanuka/Yasawa islands by boat. * They offer a shuttle service, even though it's within walking distance of a few hundred meters only. * Their staff is accommodating and friendly. The bad: * It's loud. A good chunk of their rooms are in a long 2 level building and the windows are facing the busy main highway in the city. Even worse, the windows have no glass but just a flyscreen (Fiji standard), which made it literally impossible for me to get a reasonable sleep duration. I fell asleep at 10 PM and was woken up by car noise at 1:30 AM, and from there on unable to fall asleep again because of car noises and some random banging in the building every few minutes, which I think was the hot water system turning on and off. * The overall standard is on the lower end of 3 stars. Overall I'm wondering why on earth their architect decided to put the stairways on the quiet inner side of the resort and the bedrooms on the loud highway side. That completely destroyed the last day of my holidays for me. The place didn't meet my most basic criteria of offering a bed where I can get sleep, hence the low rating. Not going to stay there ever again.

Location is excellent for a stopover before or after flying with a free shuttle service. Staff are friendly and helpful. However our room was filthy- the bathroom in particular. Bring some flip flops to wear in the shower!!! The place needed a serious hose down. We stayed in a 1bdrm villa. Also bring ear plugs as it is quite noisy. Food was ok and a basic continental breakfast included with room. Does the job and would be much better if they gave it a deep clean.

Although the staff were friendly, unfortunately we could not last throughout our stay in our room. Instead we had no choice but to leave within 2hrs of checking in. The room we got given we were told was a family room. The air conditioning was barely working, the room seemed very old and the bathroom/bathtub was yellow. There was only 1 bed and two small sofas for our kids to sleep in. We have 6yr old and a 9month old. We asked to checkout but the manager on duty said she could move upgrade us to the deluxe room. After moving it seemed like exactly the same room but the other end of the premises. We stayed in there for about 10mins and had to checkout. The lady who checked us out said that the first room we got given was a deluxe room also. Staff are great, the rooms not so much. Feels like it needs a renovation!

Great big property. Service is good. Just not the best rooms to stay at. Need upgrades in its facilities. Bring your own pillow for better sleep.

This is not the most luxurious resort but it has to be one of the friendliest. All the staff really try to make your stay a good one. The restaurant service may seem a bit slow at times but your on a beautiful island in the Pacific not downtown New York so go with the flow and enjoy a slower pace of life.

Tokatoka is an awsome hotel. It is right next to the airport and has a free shuttle. A shuttle to the ferries at Port Denarau leaves around 7 in the morning. The employees are great and super helpful. The restaurant is really good and has wonderful specials. There's a really nice pool with a good waterslide for the kids. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy. If you are coming into Nadi or leaving this is the place to stay

We stayed here for our last night in Fiji due to us flying out early the next morning. I gave 2 stars as I appreciate what the restaurant staff did for my son on his birthday. But service is very slow we waited over an hour for pudding to be served. We paid $105 FJ for unedible chocolate cake (it was so dry). Meals were average for the price you pay. The rooms are very dark and dim, The shower/bath was disgusting with poor water pressure. The beds are uncomfortable so not much sleep was had from any of us that stayed. I was told that I was upgraded at no additional cost but turns out that was not true as our friends stayed the same night/ same room and they paid less than us for the same amount of beds. Very overpriced for what you get.

Stopped here for a layover night before catching an early flight out of Nadi. Location is good for airport, shuttle service was quick and efficient. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurant was pretty ordinary. Rooms were clean but extremely dated and noisy. We were in the block next to the main road and it felt like we were sleeping amomgst the traffic. Coupled with an old rattler of an aircon meant we got very little sleep. In hindsight would have been better to fly out the night before.

Has an excellent environment however if you get a room in front than be aware of the traffic noise all day and night. Its nice and quiter if its at the back end. Very beautiful and relaxing environment overall. My kids loved the park. Amazing pool Breakfast is standard for the cost. Some staff are very friendly- Una was very helpful and has that genuine smile and hospitality.

The lack of customer service here is appalling. The website for the restaurant stated a price that was not the same as the price when you go to pick up your food. When asked why the price is changed the reply was โ€œwe change the menu everydayโ€. I then go to the front desk to speak to someone about it only for me to be ignored by the late night check in staff for 10 minutes as they check in new guests. I walked away as I grew frustrated with the service. I paid for my lunch earlier in cash and the waiter seemed to have a issue with it because he now has to run to front of reception to grab change. This is a Warwick chain hotel it definitely does not reflect it.

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore the town. Reception is welcoming and helpful with full of smile. However, our room is very poor. Room is very dark and the lighting is not enough, bathroom has many ants (100+) and the toilet is water-leaking. Staying in this worn down room made me feel uncomfortable, especially we both had bedbug bite in matamanoa island resort in the day before.

The absolute perfect place for a stopover. Walking distance to the airport, although a shuttle bus is available. The most wonderful friendly staff. Comfortable clean rooms, great air-conditioning. Breakfast buffet had all you could want for breakfast. The pool area kept the kids busy, fantastic waterslide! Would recommend this hotel.

We spent a week at Fiji for vacation, and stay at this resort the night before we fly back to Los Angeles. The front desk provide professional and friendly service. The food at the restaurant is delicious with reasonable price. Their staff Priyanka provide local touring information, and we love her sunny smile and warm hospitality. They also have a nice swimming pool with slide, kids heaven. Again, thanks to all the staffs, especially the front desk.

Hotel stay was good, lovely staff got upgraded to bigger room I giving a 1star review because of the van transfer driver, we needed to go to the doctors before our boat because of my daughters ear infection. The van driver changed us $90 found out later it was supposed to be $50 He drove like a manic, passing on blind corners, erratic slamming on brakes, tailgating. I was telling him to pull over as his driving made my daughter carsick he didnโ€™t listen and to tell him multiple times he pretended not to understand English Only reason I continued with the ride is we needed to get to the doctors before our boat as daughter was in pain Iโ€™m am very angry and disappointed and the attitude and driving from the van driver I hope I bump into him again on the return

Brilliant stop over after a flight into Nadi. Good food. Okay rooms. But noisey being so close to the airport and main road, however this is what we expected. Great value for a quick stop!

Good airport hotel not very far from the airport. They picked us up a few minutes after our Fiji link flight landed. Nice clean room. My son liked the water slide and pool - definitely the highlight Overall a pretty good hotel.

Great location, close to airport and 5 min drive to supermarket. Decent rooms, but nice swimming pool and polite staff. The only thing is that shower pressure is too low, probably they should consider fixing/improving the overall bathroom plumbings.

Great service and friendly staff. The villa was good too, clean and comfortable space. Loved how peaceful this space was despite being right opposite the Nadi International airport. (I even forgot we were opposite the airport hahaha). Good vibes.

Kitchen only opens in weekend. I'm not from western so having to go and look for food is abit unsafe as I'm not aware of the area. Also accommodation wit breakfast is convenient for people on work tours not accommodation only๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

It was relatively enjoyable. The staff were very friendly despite the obvious impact of COVID19 in the tourism sector. My family enjoyed the pool facilities and the room - very comfortable if you're wanting to stay for couple of days. I'd recommend it for sure.

One of the best resort.. had awesome time in swimming pool.. even my 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a late check in and requested the manager next day if possible can get a late check out and he gave us till 1 pm (i requested till 12) with the breakfast and some mangoes which was on tree. highly recommending everyone to visit there once. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful.

Tokatoka Resort I would highly recommend it as value for money. Go exploring Fiji and Islands. Then come back for a cooling dip in the pool. The Water slide was a big hit with the kids and separate pool for adults. Didn't eat at their restaurant but bar was well stocked , with free WiFi and friendly staff. Close to Airport as well

This place is right across the Nadi international airport and provides free shuttle service too. It's clean and the pool has a fun slide.

Amazing hotel across the road from the airport. Close enough to walk! Studio rooms are perfect for a night before an early flight but take ear plugs as it is noisy. Rooms get a few bugs so a quick spray with bug spray before bed recommended. Air con not well placed, blows straight down on face. But ... staff were amazing as was the pool and slide. We loved it.

We had a really pleasant stay, everything was easy, our room was very basic and thatโ€™s what we was after. Near airport they offer a free airport shuttle service open 24h and no booking required. Also the massage was good

This is a magnificent hotel. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. The pool is a great size with a waterside and little kids rock pool. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I loved all of the wonderful staff but most of all, Santana from front desk, as she was so very helpful when we first arrived and throughout our stay. Thankyou.

If you want to be close to the airport it is hard to beat the Tokatoka. Good staff, good pool, restaurant, spa, it has all you need. Would I choose this for a two week getaway trip to Fiji? Don't be ridiculous. There is too much to offer in this land of enchantment. The fries at the restaurant have just a whisper of fish flavor so that is a nice touch.

  • 4/5 Amanda R. 1 year ago on Google
The resort is clean, and the pool is super fun, with a water slide, good for young and old! The rooms address spacious, staff are friendly. However, we found we had to ask really specific questions to get info about what was available, like the breakfast, airport transport etc. Breakfast was simple and tasty. One thing which would be great is an airer, so that pool towels can be reused and togs dried, as everyone just hangs it on the outdoor chairs, which isn't especially effective, or aesthetically pleasing. We weren't able to get a free shuttle from the airport, and had a bit of drama with the taxi driver not having change. But it was sorted eventually. Great location for families for an overnight stay.

  • 3/5 Delina G. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms were dated and kitchen cabinets eaten by termites. Checking in experience not so great but Food and Beverage Staff were nice and breakfast was ok. Great location, reasonable price (if they fix up the rooms a bit) and great swimming pool and slide.

Spent 1 night in a deluxe Vila with my nuclear family. Loved the location of room (close to restaurant, pool and parking lot) and the kitchen. Poor valet and porter service, mattress in master bedroom has definitely seen better days and needed replacement, breakfast options limited.
