Very nice experience visiting the store from the very first day of the store, the collection is really good specially the wedding and dailyware diamond collection... The staffs are very friendly . This shop is very close to my heart as I bought my wedding jewellery from here.

Cordial staff and variety of designs to choose from made my buying experience worthwhile. I would recommend this place for buying gold ornaments but the only thing that put me a lil off was the constant and forced approach to cross sell their monthly plan.That was irritating to some extent. Otherwise it was nice.

My experience with the store was great...Miss Puja Dhar dealt with me through out the purchase procedure.She is very spontaneous and has a friendly approach towards her customer. The rest of the staffs were helpful too...A little more unique designs in the shop will help them drag more customers in their near future.....

Now Detracting. Employeees mostly involved in promoting monthly monthly schemes for which they get commission. If you don't have monthly schemes no sale's person will entertain you. In monthly schemes what money you give them is actually used by tanishq for their benefit. At the time of redemption you will be charged high making charges on total gold cost and than 7% discount on making charges only, No benefits in taking monthly schemes even you are tied to tanishq for the diposited amount. Behala store has become worst. The snacks arranged for customer on Dhanteras was eaten by employees itself.

I purchased jewellery worth 5 lakhs very recently... 1st of all their packaging is pathetic... They didn't provide proper jewellery box for particular kind of jewellery box , whatever they provided didn't fit properly and because of it my jewellery got tampered.. 2ndly , there was a lady on the 1st floor cash counter section who was very rude during our billing.. not expected from brand like Tanishq. Next time I'll surely go for other brands.. Very bad experience.. Other brands are way ahead than this store atleast...

It is good place. It is a franchisee. all the staffs are well behaved. Earlier we used to get more gifts but now rarely get a calendar.

I was hired during the dhanteras period. Even after working for 10 days without leave I wasn't allowed to take a week off. Even after telling the manager Debashish Saha about me being sick he cracked me the news that I was hired temporarily for a month. While hiring they didn't mention that it was temporary. They said something else while hiring. No documentation was provided even. After asking for leave he said that from next day I don't need to come anymore My salary would be procedured. But even on 10th of the monty I didn't receive it. The manager had been showing fake promises every day. Then he blocked me.

Tanishq behala is one of the best outlets with huge stock of every genre. Dipa has good communication skills and is very patient and polite. She has good product knowledge and understands her customers well. She is professional too with dedication to her job. Happy to purchase from her.

Behala shop is excellent. Our contact person is Mrs Poly Paul. Madam's behavior is very nice and pleasant. She makes us feel like family members and explained features of all products . Other staff members are also very cordial. We have great experience in dealing with Poly Madam specially.

They didn't have good designs at all. The salespeople were rude and snobby! They didn't offer much help and were reluctant to show their products. Horrible service and experience. I would never go back there. I've seen a more rude and disinterested staff. Please go any other branch of tanishq but this one.
