This location needs corporate to stop by and refresh: Coffee is weak and doesn't taste like normal Starbucks Service slow but fine I guess not great Mocha didn't taste like a mocha. Twice. I probably won't come back. Which sucks because ac in mall is nice in summer. Hope can improve. Big Starbucks fan

I come to this Starbucks almost every week their service is always amazing especially Maya Marcus and Autumn they are always friendly and willing to have a conversation and I love their coffee 10/10 ☺️☺️

Not sure how this place manages to keep a rating above 4 stars?! The employees are imature, inexperienced and rude! With other Starbucks locations around Naples, just wait a little longer and get your coffee AFTER you leave the mall!

Absolutely the best service ever. Their recommendation of a new fall flavor saved me from my usual basic tastes. Major shoutout to Marcus for taking care of me and my employees

First time visiting this location but definitely not going to be my last time, They are all offering good services. I had a good small talk with Ava , received my drink by Marcus very fast. The team seems very efficient keep up the good work 👍

The on of the lady in there is really rude.. I try to redeem my points and she said I couldn’t do it… then I bought something and I ask for a cup of water and she said not now I’m busy. The rest of them are really chill and nice but she is not…

Ordered a pink drink, asked for light ice since other times, they stuff the cup with full ice and after paying, noticed on the receipt that there was a 1 dollar charge called “ask me”. I asked what this was for and the cashier advised it’s due to me asking for light ice. He never informed me that I was going to be charged for this request. Another rep said it was a new Starbucks policy and they couldn’t do anything about it. This will be the last time I visit Starbucks.

Wasted a trip here when an attempt was made to redeem a birthday reward. In the past, one was able to redeem stars and birthday rewards, but there is no visible signage stating that this is no longer a corporate Starbucks. Was told by the barista that the closest Starbucks that accepts reward redemption is the Fifth Av Downtown Naples location. Also noticed that certain food options such as the cheese sandwich and breakfast sandwiches were either out or unavailable. The Starbucks across the street inside Publix also refuses to redeem rewards. Does this mean that while they accept Starbucks cards as payment, do rewards accrue here? Since one must redeem a birthday reward on your birthday date otherwise it expires, i lost out. One should not have to go to 3 Starbucks to redeem a reward. Lame.
