The rooms were clean for what they were but the place as a whole is just dingy and old. The ac unit would not get very cool and it was very loud. Hot water in the shower didn’t work at all. And there was an incessant banging from the room upstairs until 1:30am- not the hotels fault but the rooms are not very sound proof. We paid $180 for one night, and it was not worth it at all.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Davies Blvd Naples, Florida, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by the front desk staff , in particular, a lady named Dally as very beautiful lady as well. As soon as I walked in the door, Dally greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and was able to provide me with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well as very efficient with the preferred customer frequent point that will be given for my stay. The room at the Red Roof Inn was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, which was a nice touch. One of the things I loved about the Red Roof Inn was its location. It's situated in the heart of Naples, with easy access to all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is also just a short drive from the beach, which was perfect for me as I wanted to spend some time soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and next to ihopp Another great feature of the Red Roof Inn was the complimentary breakfast that was included in my stay. The breakfast had a good selection of items, including cereal, yogurt, waffles, and eggs. It was a great way to start the day and made me feel energized and ready to explore everything that Naples had to offer. Overall, my experience at the Red Roof Inn in Naples, Florida was fantastic, and a large part of that was due to the excellent customer service provided by Dally at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and her warm and friendly personality made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Naples, Florida, then I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn.

Absolutely great room and service The weather was warm and sunny and the pool was great but the girls at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The only downside I can think of was that the rv in our front room was a bit glitchy. The front desk came up to check but we had it fixed by then although later in the night it started acting pretty strange again. I would stay here again for sure

The rooms not only smelled but had leaks. It was dirty outside and not well kept with people hanging around outside their rooms smoking and drinking. There was no pool as well as lobby or first floor due to flooding. No vending or ice machines. We should have been informed prior to reservation and they would not offer any accommodations. It was over $110 for a room not worth close to that.

You get what you pay for. This is easily one of the cheaper options however, I rather pay the extra money next time to NOT stay here. Not even before I entered my room, I was about to scan my card when I heard from a floor above “can someone call the police please”. It was an overall horrible experience, the comforter had visible stains, the bathroom door wouldn’t close correctly, the soap they give you had a dark residue on the packaging, the room felt humid I’m assuming because the air was off and they allow you to bring pets inside. I live in miami and I’ve seen some stuff and this is easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My gf was going to stay with me since I was visiting her but I told her to go home just for her safety. If I can save just one person from making a mistake and getting a room here, I hope I’m able to. Please stay away and pay the extra 20 dollars to stay anywhere else

Generally very disappointing. Staff at the reception was unfriendly, we felt unwelcome even on arrival. Rooms were relatively clean but very damp. There is an envelope in the room for tipping the cleaning staff, however we never received room service as well as new towels. The card for the room rarely worked, had to exchange the cards again and again at the reception where we were told that we should not have the cards on the cell phone because of the magnet, which we actually had not done from the beginning. The facility with pool was nicely done, unfortunately we could not really use it because a huge family had besieged from morning to night the whole pool area and probably did everything that would not be allowed such as eating in the pool, loud music, etc.. Was very unpleasant and no one did anything about it. We were there for 2 nights, had it not been a weekend and had we not paid in advance we would have left earlier.

We stayed at this hotel recently during March 2023. We will hopefully be returning early next year. The team of staff at the hotel was excellent and were very helpful dealing with all our needs efficiently and effectively.

I have stayed at the Redroof Inn may times and every time I enter the lobby Maria greets me with a warm friendly smile. She has always gone above and beyond to assist me with every aspect of my stay.

The staff goes above and beyond for guests. The front office are some of the kindest people I have met. Maria and Kevin have amazing customer service skills.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were so very nice and clean! The staff was super friendly! The beautifully landscaped pool area - I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! We most certainly will be returning when we can, and this time with our furbaby - since pets stay free!!! Thank you Red Roof!

I was extremely happy with my stay. The property is located in the best part of town. The front staff is excellent , specially Maria Rodriguez. She went out of her way to help me out. I will definitely come back here for stay.

We came here for a night as a guest, but due to some unexpected circumstances in our life we found ourselves needing a temporary place to call home. The staff has not only made everything they can as easy as possible for us, but there came a day where it seemed as though we were no longer guests but family! They all will do their part to go above and beyond for their guests and make sure whether your here for a night or even a while, your comfortable and can feel at home. The suites are beautiful, and even pet friendly!

Beginning with amazing front desk associates who were super friendly and helpful and the early check in offer, we were satisfied from the beginning. We were also appreciative of the offer to allow our fur baby to stay free of charge. The pool/landscaping/outdoor patio furniture was spacious and decorative. The pool/hot tub were very clean. The grounds were WELL maintained. Our room was spacious and clean with modern decor and all of the comforts of home. Checking in and out was a breeze. We’ve never stayed at a Red Roof but that’s about to change. We will be back. Very very pleased.

Not a bad hotel room was clean and had a pretty large bathroom. The location itself is a good spot for shows and food but they we in the middle of construction on another hotel across the street and was very loud.

I knew before I checked in that the hotel had suffered hurricane flooding so the entire first floor was being rehabbed and that the elevator was out of service. Looking in the windows of the first floor you can see everything is being redone, so it should be nice when completed. My stay was very good. Check-in (on the second floor) was fast and friendly. My room was very clean and every worked well. The Internet service was very good with no problems. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the area.

The property had a conspicuously high proportion of transient tenants many of which were quite obviously junkies. They didn’t make us feel necessarily unsafe but they were a nuisance, obnoxious and annoying. Trying to tap to us like they knew us. Please just go away. I also had to go out every night at midnight or later (earlier?) to tell the neighbors to take their drunk conversation from outside my front door and window. If you stay here I suggest that you carry and set up your own security camera.

Friendly and courteous staff. Unfortunately, there was no coffee maker in the room. Spent a very uncomfortable night, the room was super hot, and I was unable to adjust the temperature. Close to major routes and IHOP next door 👍

Quoted different price. Please check your email confirmation. Don't go by the call centers word.. and I get we live in Florida so one roach isn't a huge surprise to me. But not when I have to kill over 5. Use to have a good cost to clean ratio. But not anymore. Too expensive for what you get. .

I honestly can't give a fair review as my stay was right after the hurricane had hit so a lot was happening. First floor was completely gutted, couldn't use any of the amenities. The staff was friendly.

I went here to be "safer" during hurricane Ian. Unfortunately the 1rst floor got flooded out, which was where my friends and I had a room. The water came up so fast - we had to get out in a hurry. The staff was amazing. They organized replacing all who needed to get out of their rooms so quickly and efficiently at risks to themselves helped us all. It was truly a terrifying experience but they were so wonderful. I'm sorry that I don't know those names because I'd like everyone to know that each one of them were heroes. I would give them a billion stars. We were moved to the 3rd floor, into a suite - which has to be THE best kept secret (no longer :) in Naples.Red Roof doesn't have a great reputation but let me tell you if you are thinking of a weekend trip walking distance to 5th St or a vacation to Naples, book a suite at this Red Roof - on Davis right behind the IHOP. And you'd better do it fast, because according to Google, a lot of people read my reviews 😁. And thank you again, so much, Red Roof manager and all your amazing staff, for your courage and calmness during that horrific storm.

GM saved us during the hurricane. Did everything in his power to make sure we had a roof over our head and a dry place to stay. Staff went above and beyond for the family

The location is good here. Easy access to downtown Naples and the Everglades. They may not have the staff for it, but almost no service. The room was nice enough. They are next door to a Holiday Inn Express, so maybe they should try harder.

Basic room that's overall clean. It's comfortable enough, but I don't suppose the rules could be stricter on how many people are staying in the rooms because it can get pretty loud in addition to all the women and men not even kids clearly under the influence running around everywhere late at night. I keep to myself and that's why I'm rating the way I did. I noticed coffee was added up in the office now, that's nice. The rooms are improving when it comes to the basic needs like a fridge and microwave. I've never really had a terrible experience but some people may not have the same opinion so I added this. 😊
