My partner and I stayed here for 7 days and we loved it! It was so clean, quiet, and it had a lot of amenities. I would recommend renting a bike because we did have to walk a lot but 5th avenue was only 13 minutes away by walk, so that was nice! Everyone at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The room was also super spacious and the bed was bigger than a queen, which was a big plus for us. 5 stars around the board! Breakfast selection could have been a little better, but other than that we had a wonderful time staying here. The pool was also a nice plus, so was the roof top patio.

Great rooms at reasonable rates, clean rooms, and very spacious. Staff is amazing. Great location and close to lots of really cool things to visit.

What a gem! For the money this is by far one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s not a lot of flashy attractions/distractions here, but it’s safe, friendly, comfortable, cozy, and most of all the place feels like I want to spend another night. In fact I did: planned for one night; stated for two. Well done!

Great hotel, we didnt expect much for the price. Hotel is very clean, everything looks new. Beds are great, rooms are big and the pool is awesome for a morning swim. Staff is very very friendly. You can wash your clothes which is a plus. We love it here

This hotel is simple, but very clean. Located very close to the beach and many stores. The room was spacious and neat. The gentleman that helped me with the check in was friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay in a great location in Naples. The staff were the best, they helped us with knowledge of the area. The most friendly people that work here. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. The location has to be one of the best in the area. What a beautiful little hidden gem. Would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

The moment we walked through the lobby doors, we could tell the front desk person (I think her name was Michelle) was warm and welcoming. She was very personable and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was perfect for us, just a few simple choices which is fine with us, such as muffins, oatmeal, cereal, oranges, yogurt, applesauce and poptarts and we enjoyed eating on the terrace on the top of the building. There were a couple of staff that were not as friendly, but we tried to overlook that, as the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. The location is perfect. It is about a one mile walk to the beach, and there were stores (even a mall only a couple of miles away), and downtown is nearby. Parking is under the building which was also nice so our car wasn’t in direct sunlight. The pool was like bath water…loved that temperature. One other small complaint is the traffic outside could be a little loud in our room…most cars were barely audible but some were very loud. As the building isn’t brand new, you do hear people in hallways now and again.

Has a nice patio and a pickleball court. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are basic, older but spacious and clean.

Very cute place. Everything was clean! I wish they offered additional blankets in the room like most hotels, but aside from that all was good.

Perfect location, transportation tips only with easy to use App. Staff were super nice and helpful. Rooms are big, bright and beds are comfortable.

Everything was decent. Location is good, car port is nice. They even offered a small breakfast free of charge although we hadn’t booked it.

Small hotel but convenient. Great location. Staff is very kind. The room was very clean. Miss Mariela was very nice with us, she was very happy and not only she cleaned our room but helped us during our breakfast and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Naples. She treated us as if we were family. Definitely coming back.

My family and I have stayed here many times. It's a very decent hotel, friendly staff, near everything we like seeing in Naples. My kids love it, they didn't want to leave this last time. I can't wait to come back. One perk for me is the pool, perfect size for the kids since it's no deeper than 4 ft 6 in.

This is a quiet little hotel. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is always very clean, beds are comfortable and you have a little fridge, microwave and coffee maker in your room! 100% would recommend.

Location is good! Room was strange, cuz it smells humidity, and when I woke up next morning all my clothes was humid and they stink not good.. (first floor)

Nice hotel at the heart of Naples FL. Close to everywhere i needed to be to enjoy our vacation, rooms are clean, big, well kept, overall very happy with the hotel, compared to other insane pricey hotels in the Naples area. It was great

Roaches everywhere in the room, maintenance man slamming the exit stair door early in the morning about 100 times even after we changed rooms, when he could be smart and considerate to use a door stamp. Room was given away in the middle of the day so strangers walking into our room, no apology from staff… will never stay here again. After leaving I found even in my luggage roaches.

Didnt expect much but was a good surprise!! Rooms are clean, service is good, nice people st front desk and complimentary breakfast is good with a few options of everything you need. Would stay there again for sure!!

Editing my review because I originally gave it 3 stars because the AC in our room wasn't working and our room was incredibly hot. We decided to give it another shot and had an excellent stay! Very clean, hotel staff very friendly and the AC worked! Perfect location as there were many places to visit nearby. Will definitely stay again!
