I could not have been a more perfect stay. The location is amazing. Walking distance to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The place was spacious and clean. It’s sits right on Naples bay and has great views. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Best of all it’s super quiet ! I will for sure be back.

We love this place! My wife and I have been coming to Naples for years. This was our first time staying here. This is definitely gonna be our go too location from here on out.

A lovely location with excellent apartments. Other amenities are limited but we found the poll great for cooling off and enjoyed the fact the outdoor hot tub looks straight out onto the busy waterway.

This has been the most enjoyable vacation we've experienced in a long while. The tone was set during our check-in with Isaias Hernandez which was so pleasant, warm, and professional. He really sets a high bar for others to follow. The Charter Club Resort is pristine and very clean. We did not see a spider web or dust ball anywhere in the unit. No stray hairs or anything. The screened porch was immaculate. Landscaping is well appointed and well kept; the grounds are freshly mulched and manicured. Each unit is 2 BR/2BA with a full kitchen and a stacked W/D unit. There are more than enough supplies within the unit (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex) so that you don't have to request more or drag yourself to the office. We didn't have the opportunity to bike or fish or even swim at the resort. Most of our time was spent at the beach or out shopping and exploring the area. We did observe others enjoying some of those amenities. You will find resorts that are newer and that have more updated furnishings but you'll be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and clean dwelling spot while vacationing so close to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Nice spot only draw back is it's on the flight path into the private airport that had a lot of traffic while here. From the pool you get to see them up close. Noise is an issue but not anything the property can do. We enjoyed using the on-site bikes.

Would DEFINITELY not reccomend coming here. First of all tha staff were very disrespectful, the staff kicked us out on Mothers day and lady at the pool was very rude and disrespectful to my family.

The hotel and the rooms were really good. The staff on the other hand was very rude especially on the bar area in the pool. Office staff were really rude at the time of check out. The room and location of the hotel was on point.

The place was fine, but the staff completely lacked respect and told us to GET OUT in the morning of Mothers Day. The lady at the pool went balistic infront of all the kids and all my family saying bad words too. She was disrespectful and wouldn't serve my food even though she wasn't closing yet and she clearly had the time to. Would not recommend coming here.

We rented 12 rooms for Mothers Day, for a big group of friends and NONE of us were happy with the staff. We had trouble with that lady at the pool because she was screaming and going crazy at us infront of the kids. Totally lack of respect! Even worse, they kicked us out on Mothers Day in the morning, I definitely wouldn't come back here again.Very disappointed . Bad experience !!!

Great place. Centrally located. Jorge at the front desk gets it all done for you. When Jorge is not there, day off, Marvin gets it done. Right on the water. Great views of the sun rise. Have to go. You will not be disappointed.

Usually quiet and convenient! In the center of everything! Rooms are clean and useful, the patios are great, the pool is small and the 7 foot depth is too deep!!! The staff are very courteous especially the pool guy!!! Parking is not a problem. Seems like the best kept secret!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jorge. Good location, close to shops and beaches. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but a bit dated. Right in the path of the airport so planes going overhead frequently. All in all, a decent hotel in a good location.

80 and 75 year old widowed ladies had a great time on their 1st trip together. We were there 1 week prior to Hurricane Ian's visit. Hoping to come back.

My stay here was nothing but excellent!!!! My family and I had a great time here. The staff is extremely nice. The bar is right by the pool and they make DELICIOUS drinks. The view of the bay IS AMAZING. Everyone staying there was friendly and the nights are so QUIET and relaxing. We fished in the dock with the kids and there were plenty of snook for all the fishing fanatics. So many great things to say about this place.

I spent a few days at the Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay. Everything was perfect, the location, the proximity to restaurants, available bikes for free, huge jacuzzi in the pool area, pool towels, live music on Thursday, very clean and huge condo, extremely helpful staff, and the list goes on. Marvin and George at the reception were exceptionally nice and helpful. We have had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Very nice accommodations. Rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Pool area is nice with view of water, boats and marina. Grounds are very attractive and well maintained. Couple draw backs are no elevators for 3 floor buildings and directly in flight path of municipal airport. Mostly light single engine aircraft to larger cooperate jets. Staff is very nice and cordiual. Have enjoyed our stay.

Such a peaceful place and so much to do! Everyone is friendly perfect location, take a stroll on the bikes to catch the sunset few blocks away or walk.

Have been coming here from Edinburgh since 2002. The location is fantastic on Naples Bay, beach and loads of locations for eating and drinking close by. The accommodations are excellent and always clean and well presented. The grounds are immaculate and the front desk and all the staff very welcoming and helpful. Don’t forget to take a boat ride with Naples Water Tours while you are here.

The place is in beautiful downtown area of Naples. There are no elevators and no handicap ramps or access. The place is definitely a time capsule. Although the rooms are spacious the decor screams 1980's. The counters in the bathrooms were unbelievable low so for someone like me who's over 6 feet to have to go to a knee to brush my teeth is a little uncomfortable. Being on the 3rd floor is probably the best since the view overlooks Naples Bay, very pretty!!! It's close to the beaches, Naples pier and plenty of great shopping as well as delicious restaurants. Overall I have the place 2 stars because it's extremely outdated.

I will start with the positives. It’s in an amazing location and the bay view is gorgeous. The long balconies are really nice as well. There were some rough points…We were told upon check in that we could not bring any outside Food or drink in to the pool, besides water. Fine. I completely understand that. The one afternoon we went to the pool I brought a tumbler of water for my 4 year old son who has difficulty with open containers and bottles. A hotel worker very abruptly came over and told told us that the cup was not allowed at the pool. I told him that we were staying in the very last building and that I was not going to walk all the way back to take the cup back. I informed him that it was only water that I brought for my children and that we would still be visiting the bar to buy drinks for the adults. He did not seem to care about this and told me that I needed to dump out all of the liquid in the cup immediately. Because “I was informed at check-in that I was not allowed to bring that into the pool area“ my husband advised that we were told the only drink roof and bring to the pool with water but there was no further advisement of specific container. We offered to allow him to verify that it was only water in the cup but he declined and very rudely continued to insist that we dump out all of the water. We did not return to the pool again after that. The AC in the condo worked perfectly in the second bedroom And the common areas. The master bedroom was easily 3-5 degrees hotter than the rest of the unit. The water pressure in the master shower was practically non existent. The ice from the ice maker was yellow so we had to order a bag of ice. Getting in contact with the front desk was difficult for us. There were a few times during business hours that we tried calling several times at once and there was no response. The one thing that really cause the 2 stars was the encounter at the pool. I understand that employees feel they need to dictate policy however, being polite about it goes a long way. Unfortunately, that man has zero business dealing with customers.
