The
resort
is
nice
and
calm
except
the
entry
road
and
The
Rude
receptionist.
There
were
no
coordination
between
receptionist
and
Manager.
I
had
confirmed
booking
via
Bkash
payment
but
when
I
reached
the
resort
at
night
the
receptionist
told
confidently
there
were
no
booking.
When
I
challenged
him
he
called
the
Manager
and
again
Uttered
a
lot
of
rules
and
regulations
about
the
resort
not
mentioning
my
booking
condition.
After
a
few
minutes
He
again
received
a
phone
call
and
told
about
my
confirmation.
What
a
hectic
situation!!!!!
They
have
no
specific
room
no
system.
They
have
two
buildings.
One
is
newly
built
and
another
one
is
cottage.
They
allotted
us
Cottage
room.
Rooms
were
dirty,
AC
had
no
remote
control,
Tape
in
toilets
are
broken
,no
wifi
or
even
mobile
network
coverage
inside
cottage
and
terribly
though
they
charged
us
Standard
Room
there
were
no
TV
too.
What
a
terrible
mess!!!!
Only
Good
point
about
the
resort
is
it's
calm
and
naturally
beautiful.
Breakfast
was
fresh
and
tasty.
May
be
they
have
some
corporate
client
to
served
accurately.
So
,i
will
recommend
unknown
people
not
to
stay
there.
