Delightful two nights’ stay. This hotel is brand new, and thoughtfully designed. The location is just steps away from Daihonzan Naritasan and while located along the omotesando, there was hardly any noise indoors. Prior to arrival, I had emailed the hotel multiple times with a number of questions about my travel plans. The hotel’s Odaka-san patiently researched and replied to all my questions even though most of them had nothing to do with the facilities of the hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted enthusiastically, and given help with my luggage. I was brought to a spacious rest area and served a welcome matcha and wagashi. It was a welcome respite after leaving at 4am for the airport to travel to Narita-shi. My assigned room, while at the end of a corridor, was spacious and well designed. Toiletries were Molton Brown and there was a full range of bathroom amenities including a state of the art Dyson hairdryer. Water pressure was excellent and unlike some cheapskate hotels in which the temperature control was merely decorative, this one worked. I could choose to change the indoor temperature and circulation mode anyway I wished, regardless of the weather outside and not have to plead with front desk to unlock the central management system. All in, a great stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel is outstanding, the room and the facilities are tastefully designed with original Japanese decor. You will be pampered here with a complementary minibar and the use of the Japanese public bath. It is pricy but if you you want to treat yourself , stay here.

Thank you for all the staffs in Waqoo Hotel Narita San Monzen. One of my best hotel experience for past many years. Hotel location is the one and only luxury premium grade inside Narita Omotesando, the Main Street next to the Narita Ancient Temple. Only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Right in front of the hotel , left and right are all the best stores represent culture and specialties of Narita San. Hotel room is equipped with latest modern amenities but perfectly integrated with traditional Japanese architecture design , room floor are all lay with tatami. Bed are super comfortable. Dyson hair dryer, NESPRESSO machine, and mini bar with high quality Japanese liquor, and local carbonate drinks, free of charge. A big hot pool is at the ground floor with rich mineral spring fountain. Clean and modern. When we check out and leaving for airport , we overlook there is a traffic control on the Main Street In front of the hotel. And he was rainy day. We have to walk about five minutes from the hotel to catch a taxi. What really impressed me was, Hotel arrange five staffs including their managers Help us to move all our luggages 7 of them , to a non-control a real taxi stand. Despite of the heavy rain ,they Try to make sure our luggage is not wet, more than Taking care of them self. This made the hotel perfect both from hardware and services they provide. Definitely will come back agian. thank you for every stuff that help us.

2歳の子供と高齢の母姉妹を連れての滞在&生憎の雨でしたが、終始ホテルの方々の手厚いお心遣いとお手伝いのお陰で大変快適に過ごせました。朝・夕ともに目にも楽しい手の込んだお料理で、平日であれば決して高過ぎない値段設定だと思いました。(土日11:00〜はホテル前まで車に乗り入れられず注意が必要)

Elegant hotel in a modern Japanese style. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a minimalist, I assume traditional, approach. The Kaiseki meals during dinner and breakfast were exquisite, and an experience on its own. As Westerners the different tastes were new to us, and discovering all the different nuances in all the small dishes felt very exciting. Unfortunately we only had a short evening and morning here before departing to our homeland. The location is only a short 15-20 minute taxi-ride away from the airport, and therefore an ideal location to prepare for the flight back. We look forward to choose this wonderful hotel again next time we visit Japan.

A hidden gem in our two week Japan trip! Not the most accessible in terms of walking with lots of luggage but an incredible space with lovely staff and accommodations. Our room essentially had no view (frosted window) but since we were out all day it wasn’t a problem.

New building with traditional styles. Wonderful service, good food. Quiet place to recover from jet lag.

接客業を30年以上していても批判癖を抜いた素直に思ったことを投稿します。価格帯は高級に属する和空さんですが、サービスも高級です。 まず、細かく事前に連絡をしてくださるのは、サービスの準備のためです。ホテル前に着いたら、受付の方がすぐに駆けつけてお名前も呼んで対応してくださいます。駐車場は離れていますが、徒歩5分と説明されましたが3分もかかりませんし、荷物も預かってくれて車を停めている間に部屋に持っていってくれます。歩くのも成田の街並みを楽しめて良かったですし、翌日成田山や観光の時間をとっても駐車場の料金はかかりませんでした。 接客とは、駆け引きが必要で、目の前のことに手をかけるだけが素晴らしい接客ではなく。事前に喜んでくれるように準備をし、引き算もする接客。とても「和」のおもてなしを感じました。 ぜひ、スタッフの方にもコミュニケーションをとりつつ、「高級」ならではの甘えたいな〜という上手な泊まり方をしていただきたいホテルです。 硬すぎない、人間味もある価値のある接客とサービスのあるホテルです。 支配人様の手書きのお手紙にも感動しました。スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。とても素晴らしい記憶に残る滞在になりました！

過剰すぎず適度な距離を保った接客。こちらからも堅苦しくなく、スタッフさんに話しかけれる接客。良い距離感の接客に満足でした。部屋はもちろん居心地が良く一つ一つがこだわりとおもてなしが感じられました。駐車場は離れた場所にありますが、5分以内。街並みを見ながら歩くのも、風情があり良き。また宿泊したいと思えるお宿でした。

Top notch Japanese style hotel, very nice and super clean, big rooms very nice location.. lots of restaurants nearby… and a privat “onsen”

Impeccable service and spacious, luxurious rooms. This was one of my favourite hotels to stay at in my two weeks around Japan and it was extremely clean. We were able to store our bags ahead of check in, and once we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome matcha and a tea sweet. The amenities were top notch -- great soap (Molten Brown brand!), ample toiletries, and a relaxing bath spa area downstairs. The complimentary in-room drinks were a lovely bonus. If you're looking to stay at a hotel near Narita airport, this is the one I'd recommend. The only downside is it's at the bottom of a hill, so not ideal when hauling luggage.

It’s a nice place to stay. The hotel staff are kind and nice. And they all kindly help your need. And also check if you need a Taxi at checkout. It’s very thoughtful. And the room is very cozy. I really recommend it here. One thing you should notice it that for the dinner and breakfast we need to make a reservation three days before. Others are really wonderful. In the morning you can enjoy the old street surroundings. That’s really relaxing. I left something accidentally and the staff responded very quickly. Thank you Megumi San for your help.
