Staying in this hotel is a bit like staying at your elderly Aunties place. It's clean and tidy, but very dated and a little bit worn out by age. Still an excellent cheap place to stay near the airport (actually in the airport, look out the windows and there are baggage carts stored around it) Technically you could easily walk to the hotel from Terminal 2, but there are shuttle buses every 20 minutes, so why bother. Rooms are huge. Breakfast is buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Walking distance from terminal 1, if with small luggage. Shuttle bus is about twice per hour. Value for money.

Went here to stay for three nights with our check-in assisted by our agent. You can really see how the place age well. The place is cleaned and maintained pretty well. The room has television with reasonable number of local channels. You also get to have 2 sets of coffee and green tea, with a water heater on standby. It also has a mini fridge. Checking on the drawers you will see two sets of Kimonos which you can use for comfort however you cannot take it with you. Room towels are replaced every day. The room also have plenty amount of sockets but are only limited to 110V. The meals are also good. They offered us meal stubs after checking-in. They serve Breakfast from 6:00 am - 9:30 am, Lunch at 11:30 am - 2:00 pm, and Dinner at 6:00pm - 8:00 pm. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are available at the first floor in front of the elevator and alcohol beverages at the 6th floor, also in front of the elevator. They also offer foreign currency exchange at the lobby if you needed to. Airport bus shuttles are also available. Smoking area is located outside of the hotel, just in front of the entrance. Decent wifi is also available in each room, something that you would expect on a Japanese hotel.

Was very grateful to have a place to rest between flights in and out of NRT. Just be prepared for very firm mattresses, sometimes limited options. Appreciate the close proximity to terminal. DL no longer flies out of NRT.... so many memories.

The location is good, buses come often and it is easy to go from the airport. The hotel itself has an old look, the rooms are old but cozy. A good option for one night.

It's a walking distance to the terminal 1. Really nice location if you have a very early flight schedule. But that's all. Rooms are outdated. The restaurant at the ground floor which provides buffet style dinner is poor.

Old but has all the comforts of a good hotel - USB charging ports, bathtub, yukata, mini fridge, TV with on-demand streaming of a limited selection of English and Japanese movies. No convenience store but plenty of vending machines selling food, drinks and even alcohol. Room is spacious and the hotel is really near to the airport. The shuttle bus runs frequently and gets you to all the terminals in under 15 mins. Great place to rest if you have an early flight to catch the next day. You'll have to grab your toiletries at the check-in counter though as they're not stocked in the room, which is a minor inconvenience.

10-15min from airport terminal 2 and 1 with their free airport-hotel shuttle is great. It's a 2 star hotel so I'm rating it as a 2 star hotel and it's exactly how I expected it to be except that the bed was actually great. If I ever were to use the Narita airport again I'll probably go to this hotel again.

Rooms are bigger than most that I’ve seen in Tokyo. They are however quite outdated and at one point our AC stopped working. Check in time is a little later than we would of liked being at 3pm. There is a restaurant downstairs that had very delicious food.

Spacious and clean room. Helpful front desk. No worries whatsoever about catching your early flight - you can literally see terminal 1 from your window. The airport is about a 15 minute walk (the hotel also provides a free shuttle service, which also takes about 15 minutes)

I understand the hotel is older but after a week in japan I found myself missing this hotel because it was one of the only hotels that offered youtube as a thing to watch, as well as amazing service and location to the airport.

It's a modest hotel, and getting a bit old. However it is very convenient -- just 10 minutes walk from Terminal 1. Just what you need if you have an overnight plane change at Narita.

Good place to stay when taking early flights (e.g. 6:30am) There are shuttles to/from the airport terminals, you should confirm times before going Plenty of vending machines in the lobby for drinks and snacks

The place is 10 mins walk from the Narita terminal 1. Pray no rain. Got shuttle bus half hourly, at x.15 & x.45 (terminal 1). First shuttle service in the morning is strangely 4.50am but it is on time.

The room has an old fashioned feel and was very spacious for japanese standard. The AC was not as cold as I had hoped it would be but I think somehow they have already known it in advance as they provided a small floor fan in the room that made the room very comfortable.

Standard basic rooms. Non smoking property.

Very close to the airport. Old hotel but clean. I could see the airport and airplanes taking off from my room window. Good sound proofing. Shuttle bus services were great. There is only one restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast buffet had decent selections and worked well with a little kid. There is nothing else around the hotel (no convenient store etc). I'd suggest going to the airport by their shuttle bus, having lunch/dinner at the airport, grabbing booze and snacks at the airport convenient store. Front desk staff and bus drivers weren't so friendly, but the restaurant server was very sweet.

Old but clean & organized hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Location is very convenient as it is near Narita Internantiona Airport. Vending machines are available at 1st floor & 6th floor. Staffs are great & very accommodating.

Very close to the airport. We stayed there overnight before our flight from Narita airport. We sent our baggage there with the post a few days before so we didn't have to carry them while going there . As soon as we got there they had them ready to be picked up. Great service.

Don’t have high expectations for a nice hotel. This place is old but very cheap. ¥8,200 a night which came to $58.48 USD. The room was hot and the air flow was horrible. The best thing about it is the dinner buffet was pretty good and they have a few vending machines downstairs to help those late night munchies.

Clean, large older hotel located close to Narita airport. Perfect place to crash and get some sleep and a shower before your flight. Restaurant located in the lobby as well as several vending machines offering hot and cold food. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Friendly check-in staff. Excellent service as always.

Fit for purpose. Metal doors to rooms let all sound in but rooms bigger than expected. Restaurant is great, limited selection but selection available generous and good quality. Walking distance to airport or shuttle. Good night's sleep. Will lay over here again.

back in 1987 I was laid over night coming from the States as my connection to Korea. Had left before North west Orient. Landed in Japan. North west airlines put me up here. Meals where very interesting. I enjoyed my stay twice.

Had a delayed flight so very welcoming hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean enough for me, the furniture and the TV are a bit oldish but the beds and the bathroom were nice. The breakfast was okay. The location is great for an early departure. There are free shuttles but walking to and from the airport terminal can sometimes be faster! Depends on if you have a lot of luggage.
