This hotel is very reason I continue to stay at Hiltons. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. This is exactly what I look for when I approach the counter at any hotel. The fact that they make a solid effort to make you feel welcomed says great things about the establishment. The room was fantastic, the 2 beers received at check-in were very appreciated (LOVE JAPAN), and the complimentary breakfast had more than enough selections to keep most people satisfied. I was extremely surprised at how clean and spacious the lobby, the restaurant, and the restrooms were. Very conveniently located near the airport also. The 7-11 (its operating hours also) here is a nice touch.

Great hotel. Quiet rooms. Good facility. Finally The hotel shuttle service is improved starting June 1, 2023. But the buses are still small and always super FULL especially in the evening. Better to take taxis if have too much shopping !

Very convenient when looking for a place to stay near the airport. From the free shuttle bus from the airport up to checking out from the hotel the next day. Every service is on time and efficient. Amenities and room are nice and clean as well. An easy 5 for me

Attractive price with a nice brand “Hilton”, but… The Hotel looks old The room was smelly because of old and hotel style hotel where windows do not open. The swimming pool was in fact an extra, over 10€ per person. One and only restaurant was open on the list of 3 or 4. Diner was really average with a Cesar salad which was not a Cesar salad but more just a salad. For all of this, I give a low rating.

The rooms are only twin beds unless you're willing to shell out some serious cash, but they are much bigger than most things you can find in Japan for this price, with plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms are big, and the showers are nice and stay warm for a long time. Every meal costs money (unless you're a high enough tier), but the meals are all great quality, and you definitely get what you paid for. The service is amazing too. Everyone is incredibly professional, and you may get helped with your bags. Location is nice and close to the airport and rental car locations, so leaving is a cinch.

Quite convenient hotel close to the airport. The rooms are not very well decorated and depressing color on the walls. Could be depressing. No decoration whatsoever on the walls. On the positive side the staff is very nice and welcoming. The beds and pillows are exceptionaly comfortable and if you like a strong shower (it's a must for me) you won't be disappointed. There is a 7/11 convenient store in the lobby with a great variety of snacks, wine, beer at very reasonable prices. I hope that someday they will redecorate the rooms and make the walls brighter with pictures and some joyful colors. I would give this hotel a 7 out of 10 due to the room deco. Too bad because I've been staying there for a long time and their rooms have never changed except for the mattresses which are some of the best. True that it's more important than the color of the walls.

Very comfortable hotel close to Narita Airport, convenient when late arrivals or early departures. There is a free shuttle bus connection with terminal 1 and 2. Breakfast is good too having Japanese and western options.

Only stayed here the night before our departure from Japan. I booked it for the free airport shuttle service. They have both pickup and return which is very convenient for those arriving as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The food was delicious and there were so many options. With the option of a chef cooking your eggs in your desired style, which is always a plus for me. The check in process was very simple and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very nice and would stay here again. I rated the location a 4 star because I didn't leave the hotel to see the surrounding are.

The shuttle bus is only one trip an hour. There are no other means to get to the hotel but to catch a taxi. But the hotel itself is nice and clean.

It's a Hilton property -- expect excellence. But there is more to discover here than the premium amenities, such as free airport shuttle, full variety breakfast, and gym with pool. The Waterfall Located in the center of the lobby, water flows over rock formations to create a moment of zen and peace for one to relax. The sounds of it makes for a wonderful place. Several lounge chairs and tables surround the waterfall and are perfect for reading or a soy latte. The People It's easy to spot a smile here. Everyone seems to take extra care to ensure your satuis their priority. They even remember your order history, having your latte ready at your table as if some telepathic sensing is present (thanks, Fujimoto). You'll find what you come to expect from the Hilton brand and leave with a few unexpected surprises that will keep you coming back.

The rooms and hotel are dated. It needs a renovation. You feel transported back to the 80's when there. You can still smell the smoke from when people would smoke cigarettes. The only good thing is the shuttle that takes you to the temple, station, airport and mall. They also have a 7/11 in the lobby.

This is a great airport hotel for Narita. If you’re Hilton status you’ll get free breakfast, a free welcome drink, and a room upgrade. The bar is finally open after months of renovations. They have really nice cocktails there. The gym was good and not too crowded. Shuttle is easy and quick. I also like the old school Japanese 80s look of the rooms. The little dials on the wood panel to control the lights and AC are really cute touches.

Perfect stop before our international travel. Clean rooms, professional staff, timely room service and shuttle busses.

Close to the airport, decent food options, nothing really close by, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the JR station, mall and the airport. Rooms have a dated feel, the gym and the pool are very nice. Coffee shop has some decent food options, most of the restaurants were closed. Nice 7/11 in the hotel also helps.

Superb service, esp Mr.Robin at the concierge. He provided great baggage deposit, shuttle recommendations effortlessly. Just The room is a bit small for family of 4 and the peak hour shuttle to/from malls was so crowded. 7-11 downstairs is very helpful.

Location close to the airport area with shuttle busses connecting on punctual and rich timings. Hotel clean, spacious. Rooms are great with all you need provided. Ac is quiet. Hotel provides 7/11 convenience store, also public baths (no swimwear, separate genders, please leave kids at room, it's a place of zen mind). Absolutely pleasure to always come back!

Stayed with a friend who had high status, and we were put into a suite unexpectedly. The amenities were outstanding, including a special gift, beautiful robes, quiet room, comfortable beds, and much more. Staff were exceedingly polite and efficient. The restaurant offered a broad range of delicious food.

Great place for a quick stopover from the airport. Free shuttles provided, convenience store downstairs, microwave/vending machines in every floor. There's also a small gym, which is a nice bonus.

A great airport hotel. Rooms are little basic but very spacious. The service of the hotel was excellent! They also had an easy airport shuttle and a huge buffet breakfast, all for a good price 👍🏻

Staff is very nice and the location is great for one night before/after a flight. We had a 12th floor room looking out at the runway, which was fun. Shuttle from the airport is easy to locate and super convenient. Linens were clean. Lap pool was very clean and I wasn't required to hide my tattoos. * The hotel itself, on the whole, is not Hilton quality. Room was very dated - reminded me of an 80's Holiday Inn in Vegas. Bathroom was cramped. Shower had plenty of hot water, but again, fixtures were dated and the shower curtain did not appear to be fresh. * Problem: Tobacco smoke. From the lobby, to the halls, to our room, the residue and odor of smoke was pervasive. We ran the air purifier in our room, but after a couple hours I was wheezing anyway. They really need to do something about the smoke and it's after effects. * Problem: Cleanliness. Room was mostly clean - except the blood left on the edge of the toilet seat which was obviously not attended to properly. * Food in the restaurant was unimpressive, but good. Breakfast buffet was included in our price. Plenty of fruit, salad, eggs, juice, coffee and all of the accoutrements of Japanese breakfast.

10 minutes from airport. Spacious room and friendly staff. Convenience store just next to the service counter at lobby area.

I have three words to describe this hotel... adequate at best. If you are visiting for work it may fit your needs because it is near the airport. But if you are on vacation, it is the least inviting or pleasant 4 star hotel of which I have ever stayed. It is incredibly outdated with not one piece of artwork on the walls or relaxing room amenity. Not to mention two of their three restaurants choices are "temporarily closed" and have been for months per the reviews. This stay is a total disappointment. 2 stars given for being close to the airport. I have returned to add more. Rating changed to 1 star... Had to pay for WiFi if not a Hilton "member" and room not made up upon our return for the day. When inquiring at the front desk, we were informed that you have to call and " request" to have your room made up. There are no instructions to note this anywhere that we could find. Amazingly poor all the way around!

Very easy in and out from the airport. Shuttle lands at space 26 from terminal 2. Lobby is nice. Check in and out process was very fast. Also the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel! Had free shuttle bus from airport and other places. Had gym, pool, sauna, dry sauna, 7-11 in the lobby, bikes, hot tub, community bath, cold plunge. Room was very nice, had a good view, beds were nice, place to eat in the hotel room, bathroom was nice and clean.

It's hard to say much. Convenience is the name of the game. I bought some snacks at the 7 Eleven inside the hotel, ate in my room, slept for a few hours, took my breakfast to go, and caught the free shuttle to nrt terminal 2. The room was well stocked, fridge, hot water pot, iron, hair dryer, even two toothbrushes with toothpaste.

It’s an Airport hotel so the expectation is for one night, however I have spent a month here for work. The staff are amazing, attentive and always willing to assist. Shuttles regularly to the Airport and to downtown making it easy to get around and connect to Tokyo. Again, I can’t thank the staff for their hospitality! Amazing team you have at Hilton Hotel Narita.

A very nice and etiquette hotel. My room was spacious and clean. Dining room (buffet style) was pleasant with delicious food. There's also a 7-Eleven for you to shop conveniently.

Very nice welcoming staff and my family and I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. Everyone here made our stay comfortable, the accommodations were ready for us on arrival and the amenities were very nice. The cleanliness of the facilities and social distancing was A+. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Unfortunately, the room climate control did not work well and the room was uncomfortably hot. The shower had a defect which prevented proper draining. Given a price comparable to the Tokyo Hilton, the quality and comfort were not there.

I like this classic clean Japanese hotel. It's a little bit old fashioned but still has its charme and does constantly ameliorate their interiors. It is not well situated for shopping but it is quite even being near the airport. Perfect shuttle service.

Always love it when I come to this hotel. Feels like my Japanese home. Rooms are nice, food is good, gym and sauna are way above par for a hotel, and close to the hotel and town. Great place to chose while here.

Fast lifts, all sorts of charging ports in the room. Gym is fantastic. The 7 Eleven in the lobby is something you can't beat. Awesome

It was great, but rooms need updating. The rooms need new lighting and updated plugs. Hotel staff great. The indoor 7-Eleven is great on the property.

Room was a bit small. No hand or body lotion available. OK for one night but you definitely are just paying for the brand. You can get a lot more for less from other hotels.

As a Hilton gold member, I received great service from the hotel. Free buffet breakfast, a convenient late checkout to accommodate with my late flight, and an upgrade for the room. The queen deluxe room is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. The only complaint is the there are very few electric outlets there. Only found two on the desk. No single outlet next to the bed, which is very inconvenient.

I've spent hundreds of nights in this hotel since the year 2000. Overall a great hotel. Location is great to the airport (I'm sure the main reason for its existence) but not convenient to anything else. There is a shuttle bus into the town of Narita a couple times per hour, however.

near NRT airport, pretty standard Hilton chain hotel. rooms are much bigger by Japanese standard. however, the amenities are insufficient compare to other businesses hotels in Japan. very dated deco and amenities, havent changed since the 80s. the toilet is nice though. staff is very attractive and helpful.

  • 3/5 Deb T. 3 years ago on Google
Although the lobby is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very outdated. There is a 1960s looking console in the room to work the lights and only one outlet to plug in electronic devices. The beds are comfortable, but the shower leaves much to be desired. A rain shower head is nice if there was more than three tiny streams and if it wasn't placed directly above the faucet knobs making it impossible to stand beneath it. The restaurant served a decent breakfast. And the free shuttle to the airport was helpful. Overall, the hotel is fine for an overnight stay if you want to be near the airport.

What a nice and quiet location. Near the airport but I never heard any noise from planes. The staff were all so Corydon courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of everything and a good variety. Not far from town of you wish to venture there. Shuttles to and from the airport and the downtown train station make for a great amenity. Money changer machine in the lobby makes it easy to exchange. A great place to stay!

Clean and tidy. Rooms are just fine. Staff are responsive and friendly. Facilities are good. Food taste good especially in the restaurant; taste better than room svc.

It's better than your average airport hotel. Nice room with ample space. I do have a gripe about the fact that it offers no bar of soap. Also, it has no club/executive lounge. It houses a convenience store (7-11) within the premise. This is a real positive because there are no other shops within walking distance of the hotel.

Huge thank you to the young man with glasses working at the health center! I got separated from my husband without our phones the person at the desk helped me find him. The shuttle service is great at the hotel too. Will stay again!

  • 3/5 Mariia S. 1 year ago on Google
The staff is polite. I took one room, but inside I didn’t found a bath towel, I was feel strange, as they forgot to put in room. Only face towel I founded in my room. So, the staff from reception bring me towel after. In the room you can feel, that furniture and carpet on the floor are very old. bed linen was clean. I will say that such a world-famous hotel could be renovated to update the rooms. :)

Shuttle service from Narita Airport, believe 2 or 3 per hour, Checking in was fast but was quiet time evening, upgraded room which was great, hotel in good condition but dated. Lobby area includes small 7 eleven and other shops, Hotel bar had already closed 21:00 and the multiple choices of restaurants available also were closed or temporarily shut altogether no real alternative around so room service. Breakfast was ok but nothing special was noted that staff made polite effort during seating arrangement. During 10 day stay it was noted that Covid recommended protection was strongly visible and also as such it was noted that as a visitor (none Asian) people would make preference to divert or change location on public transportation ( great during rush hour )

  • 5/5 Lee M. 1 year ago on Google
Most convenient decent hotel, yes it’s dated but in a 90s opulence way, and the most hilarious thing is it’s been recently redecorated. Lilac lift doors are a highlight. No chargers by the bed though, maybe hotel could buy some bedside lamps with usb port in the bottom.
