Very helpful staff, hotel and facilities are a bit old, but overall quite comfortable. Stayed for 3 days as part of a mandatory quarantine enforced by the Japanese government, less than 10 mins away from the airport.

Located 10mins away from Narita International Airport. Very convenient if taking an early flight so no need rush from city to Narita. Room is compact but complete with main facilities. My room didn't provide botol drinking water, but its safe to drink tab water in Japan. They are kettle provided too.

Old hotel, but well cleaned. Toiletries fully provided. Convenient for people going to Narita Airport, shuttle bus runs twice every hour and takes only 10 mins to reach Terminal 2, 15 mins to Terminal 1. Breakfast on the top floor is good and the view of the runway from there is fantastic, for people who like to watch planes take off and land. Update: they changed the carpets and wallpaper after after covid. It's slightly newer smelling and the colours are slightly brighter but overall still the same.

I sent three nights mandatory quarantine at this hotel. Honestly, considered some other experiences I read about other quarantine facilities in Tokyo, I felt I was quite lucky. I was alone so the room was more than big enough for me. Bed is confortable, there's a bathtub with all the amneties you might need during your stay. Bento are served cold (like everywhere) but I felt they really tried their best to accomodate most people: It was often a mix between Japanese and Western. Breakfast would be, for example, some tomato pasta, croissant and other pastries. Lunch onion soup, fried chicken, rice with vegetables, etc. Staff is also nice and welcoming, they will try to accomodate to your needs as best as they can.

Currently undergoing quarantine in this hotel, and am suffering greatly. WiFi is unusable, food is basically inedible (haven't eaten in 3 days due to how bad it is), no restaurants or delivery services will deliver to here either, so it just feels like a prison.

Used as a quarantine hotel. The building is old but has been renovated and the rooms are bright and comfortable. The meals are boxed lunches, but the nutritional balance is well thought out, and care is taken in the menu. You can see the airplanes taking off and landing from the window, and the noise is not so bothersome. It's good to be able to take pictures of rare planes and other objects from the window. The window is a soundproof single pane. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport and I highly recommend it.

We stayed there for a night because our flight was cancelled and we were given the accomodatation by the airline. It's a big hotel but rather we can see that it's old with all the facilties in the room that were not updated. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom with the individual taps for cold and hot water was rather tricky to get the correct temperature. Since our accomodation was paid for, the breakfast was quite good but our lunch was rather "sad". We were given a choice of pasta and beef curry. We chose the latter because it's local but there was hardly any beef! So it was rather "insulting" to be offered "beef" but hardly any beef because it was "free meal" for us passengers from cancelled flight.

Impressive public spaces, large rooms, well maintained and a great location for Narita airport with regular free buses. Helpful reception staff as you'd expect. Buffet evening meal was Ok. Just a pity that bar and other public spaces were closed.

DO NOT USE ITS RAZOR, SUPER DANGEROUS! You need to be very careful when using its cheap razor inside of bathroom. I got my toe's skin peeled off right just touching Japan which affected my trip for a week. The blood couldn't stop. I had to press the wound repeatedly for 15 mins. Then I called the front desk asking bondage, basically the guy speaks little English and asked around what bondage means. Later he told me it is available at 1st floor of its grocery store. I did buy from there after the blood stopped but it was just a very basic bondage. I had to take its shuttle bus to Narita airport, found pharmacy, bought liquid bondage and took the same bus back. The hotel staff never came to check me nor asked me whether I need to go to hospital when I was calling the front desk. So instead of taking a rest, I was treating my wound by iodine tincture (always taking this when travel), liquid bondage and Amoxicillin (always taking this when travel). It took me a week to get the wound healed and affected me a lot of my whole travel experience. (I was driving with intermittent pain in Kansai the next day and couldn't go to hot spring for 10 days around. Since I always shave myself by razor, such thing never happened. I brought this razor back home and tried on the surface of pear. The result was horrible. Plus Agoda can't sort such issue out, I had to dispute to American Express. The refund is not a problem but I need to get it exposed. Just don't use its razor. To be objective, the hotel room was not bad, kinda spacious and good view. JUST DON'T USE ITS RAZOR or your whole trip will be ruined.

Rooms are very ordinary, nothing exceptional. The restaurant closes too early so if you don't checkin before 8pm you have to buy snacks from the convenience store in the lobby. Location and free shuttle buses are very convenient.

Very comfortable bed, nice staff, great breakfast with view, and frequent airport shuttle service. I liked the shuttle driver who even set up my heavy bags to luggage trolly at airport drop-off. Omotenashi! Parking is free during the stay. 300 yen per day if you want to park your car while you’re abroad.

Spacious rooms, great view of southern runway threshold from the higher floors facing that direction. Accomodating staff that delivered on room request. Told there was a shuttle bus, they didn’t mention services stop after 9:30pm, taxi is around 2000

Picture are my window view. My 2 night stay at the hotel was a good experience with no major complaints. Pro/good- Free shuttle bus to the airport, and shopping malls. Room was nice and it’s reasonable size since it’s bigger than other hotel in Japan I been to. Reception was helpful and professional with my extended stay and quick solve my extending stay. It also help explain about the bus schedule patiently until I understand. Love it Bad —The only thing I have issue was the air Conditioner control but once you turn off the lights and lay in bed the room was cool. I had to cover the blanket the whole nights. Sleep like a baby. —airport view. Can hear the plain land but it’s more like a fan passing by. My son love watching the plain land. At night to not a bottle. It’s silent at nights Over all I don’t mind staying here again.

A comfortable place to overnight before flying out. Some of the amenities were a bit lackluster, but the price was reasonable, and I liked the aesthetic.

AC is not cold enough with their comfy duvet provided. Hot shower water temperature is not consistent. Other than that, all good.

Great service. However, take note that there is no transportation to or from the hotel for early morning/ late flights. The earliest hotel transport starts at 0650H. There is also no taxi service or booking available before 0645H. No public bus service in the area. Local taxi app only works if you have a local japanese mobile number. Therefore, it will be challenging to catch any flight departing before 0830H. Only option is to take a 40min walk to the airport terminal.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel has had a rough time with some trouble in the past and COVID but recent renovations have made the facilities very nice and clean. The top floor restaurant is excellent for watching airplanes takeoff and land on Runway 16R. Highly recommend for the price

Clean and spacious rooms. The 21 sq/m room is good for one person or a couple. Comfortable with good amenities.

The good. The hotel is in a great location , very close to the airport. It looks great on the outside and in the lobby. It was the only place that had rooms on that day. The bad. The room smelled very unpleasant. The bathroom smelled like urine and the slippers provided in the room were used and dirty. Carpet was not too clean. My opinion. This place has potential to be a great place and become more profitable that what it already is if the management put a little love and more effort in to making sure that their employees are on top of their duties.

Small rooms but clean. Shuttle bus from Airport is a good thing. Staff were flat and clearly not happy in their jobs but were professional nonetheless. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but little shop in lobby was great. They were lovely and smiley and takeaway nibbles we had were yummy.

Visited this hotel like 12 years ago and I'm not sure if it's still the same but back then it was the most amazing place I had ever visited.. super friendly staff who helped us volunteerly and as a kid I was amazed how much the staff and in general the Japanese people showed respect to everyone at any age .. I've had about 5 visits and everytime we stayed at this hotel. Nice swimming pool, tennis court etc. Amazing food at the roof top and overall an amazing experience

I stayed in this hotel for quarantine. Hotel has lots of old features and in my room is air conditioning is not working properly. Apart from that staffs are nice and welcoming. The hotel is like 15 minutes walk away from the Narita airport. You have a regular shuttle bus to hotel from Narita airport.

I am so disappointed. I used for quarantine and I forgot food I brought from my country. I asked them to keep it until I finish my quarantine or to send it by mail. However they said they will throw it.. that made me feel very bad.. because I can not find such food in Japan, besides I carry it all the journey long.. so disappointed
