Chiba local products’ gift shop with eating area at rear. Casual eating place with good quality local products, but the price is not so casual. I do not believe that locals would come here often for a casual eating, perhaps for coffee or tea?

Can't say much about the food here, we only had coffee n ate some of the tidbits we bought from them. Both items were nice. This shop sells plenty of snack items. Their little cafe is located at the back of the shop which has a nice ambience to it. From their menu, it looks like they also sell food, basically beef based. Should be OK. So if you are tired from all the walking in the old town of Narita, have a coffee here....

I had a Kuzu Mochi with Barley tea (mugicha) set. Great place to have a tea break with Japanese traditional sweets. Friendly stuff and lots of interesting local foods.

A bit hidden behind the souvenir shop Fusa-no-eki, this nice cafe with a little garden is a surprise. Affordable prices and a good variety of Japanese traditional desserts, like shiruko and anmitsu. We had the Isobe Mochi with hot Amazake, perfect after spending the day walking around the area. They also offer veggie hamburgers, teas, juices, ice cream etc.
