We booked Pool view rooms on the top 1st floor. It was too hot. The season was HOT and the AC took much time to make the room livable. There was no Fan in the room. Food was repeating. We stayed 2 nights. Same food we got both the 2 days. No mutton was served. As we were non Muslim, we expected Mutton at least in a meal. But NO!! The pools (main, wave & children) were awesome. Service was good. We wish they would improve their food variety. Still we recommend to visit the place. Oh!! Ambiance and nature was attractive in the resort.

Too much expensive for their facilities. Food was delicious and freshly served but the most annoying part was you have to pay for your cold drinks even cold water in your buffet!! Room service was quite good but we found a bed bug in the comforter..though they changed it after our call. Kids meal was too expensive but tasty.After 9 pm the resort is literally closed with all facilities.. Even no indoor games are allowed. I think this place is ok for day long packages with groups otherwise if you want to spend night with family it is a highly boring place with huge cost.

Its a place with 48 acres of area. It's not really a big place but due to their landscape architecture you need to walk alot to get to a nearby place. Food quality in their buffet is average. The service is pretty good. As it is nearby Dhaka, it is crowded during holidays.

The resort is overall good but there is issues which needs to be addressed. Pros: 1) The ambience and view is nice. Have plenty of greenery’s. Water is clean with enough empty spaces to have fresh air. 2) We stayed in Water Cottage and the view was nice with ok amenities. 3) The food is good enough. 4) Buggy service is good and available on call. 5) They offer free VR experience and Water Boating facility. 6) They have 3 swimming/swimming related activity zone. The kid will enjoy the kids swimming pool. The wave pool is a good addition for grownups. Thumbs up for the 3 swimming zone. Cons 1) The room furniture has cosmetic issues which needs to be addressed. The cheap smart TV doesn’t work at all. The floor mat was not clean. 2) The service people need to be more smiley and need to have the attitude of a welcoming gesture.

Place is spacious but events are limited, specially for the kids there's very limited events to enjoy. Food is good, staff's behaviour is descent, car parking is not sufficient, accommodation price is not competitive. I recommend this place for day tour not for night stay.

We all should give honest reviews instead of paid reviews. It will benefit others The behavior of their management is so bad that it is not understandable. Alleveryting depends on the management of a resort, room facilities,etc but they have no customer handling experience. Their commitment is not right. They say one thing on the phone and another when you go to the resort. If you go there, you will not be able to back, They will say over price and you will have to accept that because you have already come with your family. Everything is very great. Locations are great and the room experience is great. They need a little work on service attitude but overall is acceptable. The buffet food is also good. What is unsettling for me is that the sculpture there is distasteful to look at and the mattress more or less feels like a bed in a house to me. In my personal opinion the mattress should be more soft and fluffy in a resort or hotel. Also their shuttle car should move to the premises all around in timed intervals with continuation.

It is a nice place , no doubt about it. Quality of food and rooms are in good condition. I liked to stay in a quite and serene place to enjoy my weekend. However, we could not do that for over crowded picnic arrangement. Hotel management did not take any initiative after complaining several times as the picnic arranger used mic for loud speech and songs till 10:30 pm. Anyway, may be its their business strategy. I will visit them only if they separate the picnic spot and resort facility.

Good for picnic!! There is very big field for gathering. Big hall room can use for buffet. Also they make some area look like singapore. Have hanging bridge. Nice lake you can enjoy boat ride also..

A medium size resort with lots of artificial activities and nearest to the Dhaka city. Car & bike parking facilities are only available without any additional charge. Varieties of category rooms are available. And, upper side rooms are included with the balcony. All rooms are included with a separate washroom & free WiFi. The swimming pool, wave pool and playground is located inside the restore without any additional charges. One restaurant is also located inside the store. And, it's a buffet type restaurant. Cash and card both are accepted here. No ATM booth is located near this restore. Wheel chairs are accessible in the main entrance and in some rooms are also.

They should work sincerely to improve the food quality of the restaurant. The operation team should adopt an adaptive management approach to accommodate customers choice and plan. Some mechanisms should be there to resolve any demand of customers. Besides, the overall services need improvement.

We had a one night stay in Heritage Resort for 15/12 and 16/12. Booked 5 rooms in water villa. The resort views are quite limited, not spacious. Nothing special found while walking around. Seemed like a artificially decorated residential area. No feeling like resort stay. Comparing to other resorts, This is 2/5 Room amenities very poor comparing to price. Shower is not OK. Tv not working. After calling several times, the service people informed that this cannot be fixed. How and why the hell they did not prepare all OK before?? I should give 2/5. Buffet Food quality is very poor. Much worse than other resorts. They management made very cheap menu, no special menu at all. I should give 1/5. Only thing i liked is the swimming pool, wave pool and the kids swimming zone. These are much better and worth. But there was no service people around. Seemed very careless. Also towel services were not available and had to call them. Anyway, i cam give 4/5 here.

Very very good place to spend 2 days vacation at this place. I would like to suggest the authorities to arrange the pathway for wheelchair convincing. So that we can take our parents give them some excellent experience of relaxation. We took our mother (+81) and aunty (+78) and always have pick their wheelchair with 2/3 people when there is stairs (to enter the villa and restaurant). We all enjoy the time.

Visited the resort recently with colleagues. Food quality is good especially the breakfast items are much better. Well decorated and designed with greenery. Football and cricket field is large enough and looks well maintained. Wave pool and swimming pool are cool though water quality of wave pool isn't satisfactory. The lake is really beautiful. Their overall services are quite good and need improvements in managing car parking, we had to wait about 40min to clear the car from parking lot due to a political programme, bicycles rides are costly but maximum cycles require repairing, VR games are unnecessarily costly and most controls didn't work properly.

All is good. Nice resort to spend your holiday with friends and family. Neat and clean with nice view, big playground and swimming pool. Wave pool was good and the view was excellent. Security was also tight. And the rooms was also good, everything you need was there. But only thing that was bad is the food. We went with full package that has buffet but we couldn't enjoy the meal. Food was really horrible, just one or two item was good but most of the food was bad. But other than the food everything was ok.

This resort is undoubtedly beautiful and very fun-ful. But some of the employees are not well-behaved. You will find an excellent time at wave pool, game zone and swimming pool. The food quality is averagely good. However, I have been there for 3 times and they are increasing their tariffs rapidly. That is not expected at all. I will give it a 4-star rating only because of the natural beauty they have encompassed here.

We went to Heritage Resort for a day trip. It is situated at Narshindi Madhabdi. The discounted day-long package price for per person was 3040 taka. Which is still more than other resorts I have been to and you have to pay extra if you want to take a room for the day, and personally I don't like the room that they have given us, it did not have any television or intercom service. Wave pool for 1 hour is free but you have to pay an extra 500 for the swimming pool. The swimming pool was nice but it was too shallow and they didn't have any floating tubes. They arranged a buffet lunch, The food was really yummy. I love their gaming zone, especially there. VR games. You have to pay 250 taka for each game. Overall it's a huge place with a beautiful full size football field and lots of other indoor and outdoor activities but for some reason I had a surreal feeling.

This Resort is very near to Dhaka. Environment is good but the service required for a resort is absent there. Whereas they charge very high. Not value for money for the night stay. Swimming pools are good but the kids pool is not well maintened. Service man trying hard to provide service but the their number is too low.

beautiful and calm area..for feeling fresh mind. authority was well behaved... servers was really good... Wave Pool was amazing but should increase the time of wave 🌊 nature glow itself at the afternoon time..🍃🌼 At the end their meal seemed avarage to me.🙂 but Overpriced at my opinion....

Basically this place is awesome to spend time for vacation. Enriched in green. Nicely decoreted. At night lighting in the tower looks amazing. Buffet arrangement is also good. Pool side and water wave is also good. But I think some mismanagement are also present there. First of all,there accomodation charge is much higher in context to their service. Service quality is poor. The house keeping and staffs of reception are not much professional or properly trained. They offer portable sofa to convert additional bed (though I paid extra charge) but given changed after strong opposed. Decorations :5/5 Rooms:4/5 Pool:4/5 Buffet:3/5 Service:1/5( Worst service)

In my opinion this resort is okay, can’t recommend as a best one! Only good thing is its location, it’s nearby the capital Dhaka. But I’m not quite happy with their service quality; Ground staffs were not experienced or not available during our events. Still, urban people need some space to breathe and for this you may take a look, especially the coffee shop.

Wave pool is very neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly. AC of water cottage needs attention. Also the drainage system of water cottage lavatory needs improvement. I smelt bad odour. Toiletries are not upto the standard. Once you are paying more than 10k per night, anyone would expect better toiletries. Buffet breakfast should have more options, particularly drinks. Dinner and lunch items didn’t taste as expected. Chef need to cook with passion. Chef should not think it as a job rather he must feel as part of heritage team and cook for the guests to attain their satisfaction. Overall cleanliness, security, staff assistance would get 10 out of 10.

My toilets seat cover was broken and had stains ... King bed rooms are very very small where twin bed rooms were bigger. The resort is not maintained well I could not find people to start the kids zone or Jacuzzi!!! FOOD was not good at all ... I spent 16500 taka per night and I am never going there again ...

Their attitude towards the customers must be improved. They are degrading day by day. I visited there twice. Experience from the first tour was awesome. But for the second time.... It was horrible. Even their drivers in buggy don't give much care about you. I recommend this resort for a day tour, but never ever for full board.

They excused that they have purchased all food. Okay, we requested , you can charge me only for perishable items , it’s logical. They refused, then we again requested , okay , Plz give us all purchased items. Resort denied and the resort took full amount. Business without ethics is very dangerous. Thanks

Excellent place for relaxation for a couple of days. Not very large, but nicely engineered to look so! Though their staff service could be a little better. Food is good. They got an well equipped large conference room with a real large LED projection screen. Overall, nice place for friends or family tour, as well as for business meetings.

Just amazing. Especially their wave pool was fantastic. Moreover their buffet was perfect. It will be fun if you visit with group. I would like to suggest to them to develop their entry point.

Heritage is very near to Dhaka. They 3 types of rooms. Newly prepared lakeview villas are the best. We stayed for 1 night. They have a spa which is not so well equipped. Restaurant is better for dinner as day trippers are present at lunch time 😂. Loved the swimming pool and wave pool, really nice. Newly constructed lakeview villas are cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there. But they need to introduce more activities for the guest who are staying at night. Overall good experience.

A nice play to let some steam out or just for tiny trip. It's quite close to Dhaka and has worth while things to attract tourists. The SPA was good but the waiters at the dining hall weren’t that well behaved and the food was ok to be generos. Overall a 3.5 for me worthwhile for a visit but I won't suggest you to stay at the lounge.

Overcharging resort with very poor restaurant. They would charge you extra money at every step over the booking money. The view and the set-up is good. But the food is horrible. Nobody would pay for such food in a regular restaurant. And the worst is the coffee shop. Their burger costs 850++, and french fry 250++ and terrible taste is added bonus. The pools are average. But wave pool is good. Not upto the standards of the Elite quality resorts yet. And asking money at every point, was really annoying.

Main pool is not included in day packages which they technically hide from guests by talking about the wave pool facility. Over all, if you are planning to go there just think twice again. Good place for a quality family time. Buffet menu is not filled with a lot of items but very delicious in taste. The boating environment is very cheerful. Loved the kids swimming Pool the most. Really awesome.

Wide field in the heart of resort. Comfortable for Family gathering as there are kids playing area, pool for kids.Fun zone for adult and kids to enjoy rides with virtual reality (VR). Kids pool is good and free to play. Lake side cottage are beautiful but costly, other cottage are good. Have open stage and indoor stage too.

This place is amazing beautiful view. Mostly I loved their services. 24/7 cart available. Pool was massive n clean. Recommended. However I found food is over priced. Highly expensive to me 3 dish coated me 2.5k+ Everything is recommended apart from food charge. It will it better if authorities revised their menu. Good luck

Its a good resort with many amenities. However, they need to improve their service a lot. Management is not good. They have a very corporate and greedy attitude. Overly priced food and most activities are charged. The room was spacious but the bed was horrible, pillows are not comfortable at all. They have spent a lot on the outside but there are a lot of issues inside as they wanted to cut cost.

In My Perspective, This Resort is....I can't even explain how GOOD it was. You can visit this place. And I GUARANTEE you that you will LOVE this place. Most of the resorts in Bangladesh are not this big that you need to call a transportation named "Buggy" to move around the whole area. I will NEVER forget that I have visited this place. When I was going to Heritage Resort I was like the happiest person alive and I literally cried when I came home from Heritage Resort. ( Me and My Family were in the Club House and I don't know about the other types of room) And I don't know why they upgraded us from Villa (A Type of Room in Heritage Resort) to Club House (The Best Type of Room in Heritage Resort). We got there at 28 March 2022 and came back home at 29 March 2022. I JUST LOVED THIS PLACE!

Excellent resort. Facilities and food are amazing. Excellent experience. Improvement area - Probably management need to check where people struggle a bit. For example from kids pool someone can't go to wave pool, the gate was locked. Can't imagine why that's needed.

Bathroom is spacious, but it takes long time to dry up the floor, they should separate the shower place in the bathroom. There are rooms to improve cleanliness of staircase and railing and surrounded sitting facilities in the baby pool and walking areas. The main dishes of Buffet are good, but I found the older salad items of last lunch in the dinner and next day breakfast, which was very pathetic. Overall this resort is a good place for one night stay, however they need to improve.

It was our friends and family tour. We stayed one night at water cottage. Resort is overall good but maintenance and services are not up to the mark. Room was not properly cleaned, Ac was not working good, room service was very slow. People of heritage resort those who provide services are not well trained & mannered. Buffet lunch and dinner’s food items were limited but it was fresh and tasty .But next day breakfast experience was terrible, all of them were very busy with their picnic events and they forgot to give service to their night stayed guests, It was not buffet breakfast, almost all of the items was finished, nothing to eat!! After some time somehow they manage some food to serve us. Finally we leave the resort with some bad experience. I think according to their services heritage resort is so expensive than others renowned resort. They must have to improve their service and attitude.

**wifi speed was impressive, good for office work. 3.5 stars is my actual rating. I'm not disappointed with their service, but every sector has room to improve. Overall expense is bit higher then the service. Like to visit again if get any big discount.

It is one of the best resort in Bangladesh but they provided lower grade of kits (especially tooth brush, it was harder than steel). Bothroom was specious but not properly cleaned. Overall environment was good. But bed was not good (Was in villa 4). Food was okay but repitative. They Didn't serve fruits though. Resort was medium in size but it is well decorated. If you spend single day here, then it is okay but if you spend more than a day, you will find not enough space to roaming around. overall experience was good but not best.

I recently visited Heritage Resort for a daylong picnic and I must say I was quite impressed with the property. The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery, which provides a serene and relaxing environment. The highlight of the resort, in my opinion, was the swimming pool. It was clean and well-maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However, one issue we faced during our stay was the presence of mosquitoes. The resort could improve in controlling the mosquito population to make the stay more comfortable. While the rooms were not very spacious, they were clean and comfortable. I must admit that the pricing was a bit on the higher side, but the beautiful surroundings made up for it. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Heritage Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The resort's beautiful surroundings and great amenities make it an ideal destination for families and couples alike, but the mosquito issue could be addressed for a more comfortable stay.

I visited heritage resort during COVID. Regarding the veiw it was amazing but their stuffs are not that much cooperative. Food price was quite high but not that much delicious. I enjoyed the game zone I must say 😁 and the wave 🌊 pool was full of fun 😊 I saw a small gym there but didn't use it. Overall it was a mix experience.

Beautiful resort with excellent villa accommodation. The kids loved the pool and wave pool. We loved greenery around us, the courteous and helpful staff and general calm and peace after a hectic ride from a restless Dhaka city. Would go there again!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the heritage resort that left much to be desired. The service was abysmal, with rude and careless employees who seemed indifferent to guests' needs. The exorbitant prices did not align with the dismal quality of service. To make matters worse, the food was utterly disgusting, leaving a lasting negative impression. The resort was also plagued by a mosquito infestation, and despite the obvious issue, the staff displayed a shocking lack of concern. Overall, it was a regrettable stay marred by poor service, overpricing, unappetizing food, and an environment that was far from accommodating. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE!!!!
