Absolutely nice place for day long hangouts with friends and family. I found a unique architectural design and art everywhere, every structure. What a combination of Nature and Natural creations. Mind blowing design. Sounds sleep environment, crisping of birds, ponds, play ground, canteen, restaurant, mosque, library, school all together it feels like - I am in peace. To make the mind fresh, this is the right place to move around and pass the day with nature and natural creations.

It’s the best park in Dhaka! Beautiful landscapes, very interesting buildings including a mosque, a school and a library! SO CLEAN! 💙🙏🏼 family friendly, romantic, great for friends! Grab something at their restaurant! No restaurant in Dhaka has a view like the one there! No matter how expensive it is…. Let you kids run around safely… JUST ONE THING! If you visit keep it clean! Don’t trash! There is trash everywhere… let this place to be a healthy and clean place as you found it

Zinda park is very close to Dhaka, only about two kilometers from the end of 300 foot road, but it will give you the feeling of a perfect outing. Kids would love this place, as there are a lot of empty fields and trees everywhere. you can even do boating. Good parking facility and cheap entry fee are one of the great facilities.

Absolutely gorgeous park. It truly stands out in Dhaka for not only being unique but doing things for the good of the people (library) and the environment. The restaurant was finger lickin' delicious. Definitely check them out and if you can afford it then donate to the park as well.

Visiting Zinda park was a surprise trip for me. I didn’t see any picture or review of this park before visiting this place. This park is an absolute example of serene peace and greenery. I just loved the big field, beautiful pond surrounding by long green trees. The walkway with the floating drums was an adventure for me. It was so thrilling to walk on the walkway. The 5 storied library in the middle of the park with exclusive wooden infrastructure was very impressive. The weather was not so sunny and it was so cloudy at one point. There is a souvenir shop in front of the park. I bought a wooden pen for my friend from that shop. It was a wonderful journey for me. I've truly enjoyed a lot.

Nice little cozy place near Dhaka. Not much crowd on weekdays. Not a commercial place, but if you want to immerse yourself in nature, it is a perfect place. Just one food stall and options are limited.

Love the place!! Natural and calm. Perfect destination for day out with friends and family. Also a very nice place for official picnic or program. Very near to Dhaka city. There is a restaurant and food is also good but little bit pricey. Good for family outing also child friendly. Lots of trees, lakes will amaze anyone. There is a very beautiful mosque inside which will give you inner peace while praying. A better place to remember. Recommended.

Zinda Park offers a serene escape with lush greenery, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The expansive fields and impressive library contribute to a calming environment. The reasonable entry fee and affordable food make it an accessible and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the low-cost resting rooms at 3000 taka enhance the overall value for visitors.

Zinda park is a village designed for tourism. Every kind of tourists will find something suited to their taste. Personal or family both kind of visitors can have a memorable experience there. There is a beautiful school, library, restaurant, accomodation villas, owner villas are in the campus. The Lake, artificial islands and the landscapes are beautiful to spend time and enjoy with complete sanity. Preferred visiting time is early morning or late evening. Though it takes almost four to five hours to visit, rest & enjoy all the features of the park.

Visited the place few days ago. It was really amazing ! I must say the ‘name’ does a little injustice to the place itself. I mean who wants to go to a place named ‘Zinda Park’ if he wasn’t briefed earlier ? I don’t know, every time I hear ‘Zinda park’, it still feels like a cemetery even though I know about it. I must compliment the efforts that had been put in there because even the grasses are very carefully trimmed ( It was so soothing to my eyes it felt like I was in a golf course). The small islands in the lake or pond is so well planned that those have a different kind of appeal. I must accredit the architect who designed the library. You can just fall in love with it just looking at it from the outside. And the interior is even better ! Except for books ! The shelves are near empty. But I met this librarian who was very kind to us and was speaking in a hypnotising voice and convinced us to donate books. I’ll surely donate some books next time I visit. We met a Persian stray cat too and it was way too friendly. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Great place to spend time with family and friends .. They have lakes, good canteen and lots of sightseeing .. Easy and safe parking .. But to get there, the Purbachol 300 Feet road is terrible. So, if you are planning to visit make sure your car has good suspension and the air conditioning must be ok ..

Great open space close to Dhaka city! I loved it particularly because I could bring my dog here. There are no dog parks in Dhaka & finding such a huge, well designed & clean place to bring my dog, walk & relax has been wonderful. Its a great place for picnic as well. They have a restaurant & fuchka, ice cream & fruit cart vendors as well.

One of the best destinations for family vacations. You can easily stay with you all your family members including your children. I think the overall atmosphere is comfortable for any family. Inside the park, you will get a food court, library, ponds, and trees. It's a nice place and peaceful place so I would recommend anyone, especially the family members you can visit here and you will enjoy the time.

Best place to visit in purbachal .If anyone loves have some quality time with your family and friends, it's a great place for that. There are several lakes inside it and there are two islands on the mid side of the lake, one can go there by using the bridges . I never thought that, in dhaka there will be any place for some silence and peace, but i both found here . There's a canteen also with a very good and valued food items. The hill type feel in such near of dhaka, there's no one else. There is a library in a circle shaped with a round down stairs and the library is the most exciting thing one can see .The creativity is easily stretched in that library. I loved that place for its environment. And it should be mentioned on it that there's two phenomenally beautiful mosque for gents and ladies , and their latrine system is also appreciated 👍. One can spend their whole day with their parents, families and friends.and those who are looking for illegal couples romance, i am glad to say that don't go their , there are some people to protect the familier environment and don't dare to spoil it.

if you want to enjoy quality time away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time with loved ones in serene countryside..this is the place to go....On Friday Jummah prayer in its unique mosque with its lush green grass which serves as carpet might be a good time for personal reflection, prayer. Whether you choose to relax, connect with nature, or engage in spiritual activities, it's a chance to rejuvenate here..Also its library a must mention for the book lovers to enjoy beautiful time while reading favourite books...The tree houses...The ponds...Lines of poetry while swinging ...Makes you feel like stay here for all day...Must visit with family with all sports instruments..... Haven't stayed here for a night so cant say anything on that aspect... But it should be a beautiful stay..i can assume for sure. Food here is also really good and reasonable

The Zinda Park is a wonderful park where you can have pass a good time with your family. If you love nature then Zindabad is the ideal place for you. Here you will find the fresh air of nature, hear the song of birds, clean water pond, libraries with museums, smart/modern school, healthy restaurant with cheapest price, mud house and environment surrounded by green. You can also take an afternoon bath here if you want. I think the price of the entry ticket is much higher. The Zinda Park is spread over a large area but it's security is not so strong. The staff here harass the visitors in many ways, specially couples. I would like to make an appeal to the Zinda Park Authority to provide security to the people first and then entertainment.

The park has plenty of breathing space. It's not the one with fancy stuffs or having items to attract people; it's a park where you actually can park yourself. It has school with play ground ( Football/Cricket and volleyball) and the design is artistically simple. Natural light is properly used and air ciculate throughout the school, mosque, restaurant and even to the library. The play ground has 2 step gallery to enjoy the game. The mud houses are fantastic; locked though. The pedal boats offer a leisure to the lakes that surround the property. Well looked after and connected. Conveniently located wash rooms make itself a unique one. Perfect for a day leisure to get higher oxygen level.

The place is amazing, village environment and the nature is quietly intact as they are. If you want to go a park where you will find nature with good fresh air and no crowd, then this can be a good place. 150 BDT is fine, because it helps to avoid locals and lower peoples. Otherwise it will be like ramna or zia udaan. Problem is the restaurant, it was pretty bad with food and expensive also. Avoid their restaurant, take food from Dhaka.

One of the best places in Dhaka where you can escape from the city noises and chaos and take refuge for a while. The place is calm, quiet and serene and above all, well maintained. You can spend an entire day just exploring the whole area. There are a number of spots there where you can just sit, relax have a cup of tea and spend hours. They also have rooms therez where you can spend the night or get refreshed if you are taking a day long trip. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities too. Ideal for solo and group travellers.

A very wonderful place for spending a whole day. But, night stay is not possible. You can't bring outside food here, you have to purchase it from their restaurant. Very nice place with a calm environment. Highly recommended.

Zinda Park is a peaceful and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The tranquil ambiance makes it feel like a quaint village, offering a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a break from the urban rush. The regular entry fee of 100 tk is reasonable, although on off days it goes up to 150 tk. Additionally, a minimal fee of 20 tk grants access to their library. Food options are available at a starting price of 270 tk, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. However, I did experience a slight discrepancy with the pricing of Pepsi, where they charged me 10 taka extra over the marked MRP of 25 taka. Overall, Zinda Park is an excellent choice for a family day outing, providing a serene atmosphere and a chance to reconnect with nature. The minor pricing hiccup aside, it's a great destination to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones.

Experience the serenity of natural beauty in a tranquil setting, ideal for both regular days and holidays. Admission is 100/- tk on regular days and 150/- tk for holidays. Boarding options are available, but accommodations are limited. Enjoy simple yet delicious food offerings, including rice, chicken, dal, and eggs. The location is fully safe and secure, with cooperative villagers. Only a 30-40 minute drive from Dhaka city. However, note that there are limited activities available in this peaceful retreat.

This place is very calm and cozy. The only problem I found is that food from outside is not allowed. But the authority should make sure that we can buy food from their restaurant. Their restaurant is very small in size. You have to struggle to get a seat. If you don't allow food from outside, you should make sure that we can eat inside in a proper way.

Natural place near Dhaka. Its better for day long plan, family picnic, hangout with friends and family with nature. Childrens enjoy by getting large field for play and also for Boat riding. Quite natural view for photoshot. In Rainy time, some places become muddy and slippery, so need to carefull. Resturant with good architectural design. And good quality foods are avilable but all are set menu. There also library, so have the option to spend some times with books and nature. Beautiful mosque inside the place. Its seems a mini village.

The perfect family getaway for Dhaka residents. Take a picnic bag, mat and relax at a nice quiet spot under a tree. The park is scenic, clean and secure and is best suited for groups with children. Kids can play in the playground. Snacks and lunch are available at site and there's arrangement for boating in the lake. Please ensure children are supervised at all times since there are small ponds in the locality. There is an entrance fee of Tk 100 per person and a parking fee of Tk 50 and food and water is available at the park in case you don't want to carry them to the park. It took me an hour to reach the park from Gulshan. The distance is actually much shorter and had it not been for the bad road through Purbachal it would have taken only 30 minutes. You can follow the maps in Google to reach the park.

The place is very nice and serene . Very well organized neat and clean . Food facility is not satisfied. Entry ticket is little bit high it would be better if the entry ticket was 50 tk not 100 tk. You can reach there by reserved vehicles or the cheapest way that given below........ You have to be bisso road ( sewra highway ) anywhere from Dhaka then cross the rail gate you'll find BRTC bus counter buy a ticket for Kanchan bridge for 25 tk . After reaching the edge of the Kanchan bridge you have to take a auto shared auto 30 tk per person . It will take you directly to the park gate 😉

An excellent place for hangout with family. Eye soothing natural beauty, ample sitting arrangement, charming tweets from birds, in a word, an amazing village for relaxation, far from the madding crowd, to breath fresh air and drink pure water. There are a beautiful mosque, a big restaurant, a school, a big library, two lakes and some ponds. There are two artificial islands on the lakes. Crossing over the wooden bridge to reach the islands is quite a thrilling experience. A highly recommended place to forget exhausting life of Dhaka city for one day.

Excellent place in the outskirts of Dhaka for a day out in the nature. We love to visit whenever we feel like spending some time in the nature, away from the hustle of the city. There is a nice masjid there so it is easy to pray in congregation when prayer times come.

Most loving place near to the Capital. Highly suitable for family outing and spending a whole day. Vast area with different theme. Likely a theme park. Mentionable for the school architecture socially the Library. You will also love the tree house and so on. One and only fact you might consider the transport. Hard to mange any transport at the evening. But ok with a bit hassle and if you have your own transportation then its better for outing with family. Safe and secure for enjoying the nature.

Zinda Park is located in Daudpur Union, Rupganj Upazila, Narayanganj District. The park is located in the northeast corner of Purbachal along the Dhaka City Bypass. It is surrounded by a small lake to the north and east. This park covers an area of about 150 acres landscaped with more than 10,000 trees of about 250 species, five reservoirs, tree-houses, hills, flower gardens and bridges over the lake. There are also a number of community facilities including schools, mosques, libraries, and cottages. The park was originally established as the first initiative of "Agrapathik Palli Samiti." Work began with the establishment of a school and office in the beginning and gradually other structures were built.

If you think about pure nature or natural environment then this is the best choice.....this park is a outer box thinking that will change your normal thinking about a park. This one is not that type of park that we generally know. Just pure natur...... All people are very friendly. They have their own food arrangements. Their foods are really tasty in reasonable price. A library in the centre of the park.....definitely the most attractive and unique idea.......

A beautiful park, only 30 min car drive from Mirpur 12 bus stand. It gives a feeling that it is near and also away from Dhaka with a rural flavour. The only problem as of November 2021, roads are being constructed to link Purbachal with main Dhaka city. Thus the trip to and back can be tiresome if you start during peak hours. The park is very well maintained. Tickets as of November 2021 is Tk 150 per person during holidays and Tk 100 on other days. You enter and walk around the premises. It has an old Hindu Moth, a tall tower that shows once Hindu devotees used to worship. Beside this Moth is a new Mosque for Muslim devotees. The park has selected rooms to stay over night. This is located above the restaurant. It also has a small cactus shop. The shop is run by a person who works in a local TV channel. Zinda Park is a cooperative. The premises has some livestock projects. The park also houses a school and mini medical centre for locals. The park also has a library. As of Nov 2021, entrance fee to the library is Tk 20. You can go to the top floor to get an aerial view of the premises. For refreshment, you can take advantage of their more or less good restaurants. If you travel outside the premises, you can enjoy a rural setting. Many Banyan (Bot Gachh) signifies that there is the presence of Hindu communities. Outside the premises there are restaurants that sell cheaper than the ones inside. Parking for cars is outside the premises. Parking charge as of Nov 2021 is Tk 50 per car. For overnight haults, it is better to discuss with the management. There are some shops that sell tea, snacks and even fresh fruits outside the Park. The price of the fruits is the same as Dhaka. Price of other goods is a bit more than official places considering it is a place that attracts tourists. If you travel from the Park towards Kanchan Bridge, you will come across a lake. You can hire a boat. Hiring times are in half hours. It is adviseable to bargain a bit before a boat ride. At the moment, the second China-Bangladesh Bangabandhu Centre is being built, not too far away from the Park. Overall a good place to spend in small or medium groups for a few hours. You will find a good collection of plants and trees. It is a mini botanical garden. The architecture is a mix of modern and traditional. Overall a good place to escape from the busy life of Dhaka for some time.

  • 5/5 Rakib H. 2 years ago on Google
Must visit place for relaxation. Neat and clean as well as planned infrastructure. There is no rides.Good for kids although couple dating can feel you bothered. The main attraction of Zinda park is library if you are book lover.Reader can spend here some hours time but collection of books is not sufficient. They should include some rides. The price of food in park is so high.Holiday tickets 150 tk per person above 3 years old. Others days 100 tk per person.Holiday is the busiest day of this park.Security issues satisfied. You Have to pay more 20 tk per person if you want to enter library.

So, recently me and my friends visited Zinda Park. A little far from the town and surrounded with village vibe the whole experience was Awesome if I had to describe in one words. Things to note when you are visiting Zinda Park, 1. If you are visiting during any government holiday it will cost you more at the entry. We had to pay 150 Taka per head since we had gone there on a government holiday. But usually it takes 100 taka per head. 2. You can directly go from Uttara Abdullahpur but it will cost you more. We had taken BRTC bus service from Kuril and went to Kanchan Bridge first, from there we took Easy Bikes / Auto Rikshaw to Zinda Park. It cost about 25-30 taka per head on BRTC and 25-30 taka from Kanchan bridge. From Abdullahpur it took about 80-100 taka per head on auto rikshaw. Now if I had to talk about the experience in the park I would say the park is not too large but spacious enough to visit even during pandemic. I said not too large because you can explore the whole park in 30 minutes more or less. But it is a very beautiful place. The greenery and the fresh environment will keep you there for a long time. It is best to go there with your friends to bring more pleasure and fun out of your trip.

Only new thing appreciable in Dhaka City. Good, though it could be better! One can at least find a place to breathe. It has hotel and restaurant with, of course, mosque 🕌. There are flower gardens and threes with water body. I loved these particularly the hijol trees and bamboo shrubs.

Fantastic place. It's full of natural beauty. Various kinds of trees are here. Lots of ponds inside the park. It is a very good place to spend time with friends, family and children. There is a very nicely designed mosque. Both male and females can pray there. A restaurant is also available there. There is a big playground inside the park. I have seen a big round shape library. I have spent quality time with my friends when I last visited.

  • 5/5 Ahad R. 1 year ago on Google
Just awesome...the whole park is surrounded by a lake and walking tracks. A lot of tree species including bushes, shrubs, flower plants and bamboo trees are there. A lot of bird species and a few amphibian species are also seen in my short visit which span through about 2.5 hours. Few observation towers of unique architectural design are seen, other few towers are also seen use of whom are unknown to me and needed further exploration. A local village like construction was there at a corner possibly used for night stay but I am not sure. A beautiful mosque was there. A snacks corner was at the entrance where soft drinks, water, ice creams and other common snacks are available. And there are few public toilets at different corners. Outside there are car parkings and local people are seen selling local bananas, fruits, fresh cow milk, bamboo products etc. Worth visiting, recommended, approximate time to full visit...at least 4 hours.

Zinda Park offers a serene escape surrounded by lush trees and vibrant birdlife. While the tree house and palace are delightful, the lakes' cleanliness and maintenance could be improved for a more satisfying experience.

  • 5/5 Mahfuz A. 9 months ago on Google
Quite Picturesque of a place. It is maintained like a commercial resort like The Palace but it is much much better. What is saddening is the tourists are still littering the place even though authority kept bins in every here and there. And the effort to keep the place neat is seen. Bangals that visits the place to litter are the only annoying things about the place.

A Very well maintained community village. The only complaint point is the washroom. Better if you can avoid it. Dining experience is average. Apart from these we enjoyed thoroughly.

As beautiful as picture. Nicely decorated. Cool and calm inside the Park. It is an initiative of Ogropathik Polli Somity (OPS). OPS is involved in verious social and development activities. Situated in Rupgonj, Narayangong which is very much close to Dhaka City. Anyone can spend some quality time with friends and family in a nicely decorated park. Lunch is available inside the park but need to book when there is rush specially in holiday. Price per meal ranges from BDT 290 to BDT 1700 Approx. Tea, Coffee, juice, fuska, chatpati, ice cream etc also available inside the park. Entry fee is 150 BDT in holiday and 100 BDT in weekends. Plenty of space for Car Parking which will cost BDT 50.
