Sales executives are not smart at all. They behave rude with customers. They feel so disturbed if a customer ask anything to them. It seems they don't want any customer enter into their showroom. I cannot understand why lot of people have given them good comments here. I think the good comments are written by MK Electronics itself. Because I have not found any of my known person who has visited them and have good experience. Everyone have lot of complains.

I purchased a new tv about 2 days ago(uttara branch).Salesman's behaviour was good.but salesman have no idea about their product online price & offers. This was irritating me. Salesman have to knowledge about their online product & offers.

Ego and entitlement. Called the main store for warranty, redirected me to Hassan and hung up on my face. Called a service clerk named Hassan, rude and doesnt know how to behave. this is not how you run a business. Human waste

Horrible service, I bought a Panasonic split A/C 1.5 ton. Their so called free installation installed the exhaust in my Veranda/balcony and now water drips all over. Their service manager Abu Baker told me for 2 days back to back that they will send someone to fix it but they didn’t. I over paid 10,000 tk on the AC and still got horrible service. Please avoid MK Electronics at all cost.
