Had
an
awful
experience
during
inquiry.
One
of
the
guys
from
the
staff
who
we
approached
was
rude
to
us
and
told
us
to
sit
in
the
corner
where
there
wasn't
really
any
space
to
sit.
Afterwards
when
we
asked
him
for
information
regarding
travel
plans
at
MMT
for
our
family
trip,
he
demanded
to
know
our
personal
information
and
contact
details.
We
told
him
that
we
just
wanted
to
inquire
and
it
was
not
necessary
give
all
the
personal
information
at
that
point.
Then
he
straight
away
and
very
rudely
refused
to
talk
to
us.
We
had
no
other
choice
but
leave
from
there.
It
was
totally
unexpected
and
we
were
really
shocked.
Afterwards
we
went
to
Thomas
Cook
where
we
received
very
friendly
reception
and
were
given
all
the
necessary
information
without
having
to
share
any
of
our
personal
details
first.
Afterwards
we
booked
our
trip
with
Thomas
Cook
and
they
did
a
good
job
at
making
all
the
arrangements
according
to
our
requests
for
our
customized
family
trip.
The
staff
was
fully
cooperative
and
friendly
throughout
our
travel.
From
our
experience
it
is
clear
and
evident
that
MMT
is
not
at
all
serious
about
its
business
and
reputation.
It
does
not
treat
customers
as
human
beings.
Customers
are
seen
as
objects
that
can
be
used
and
manipulated
for
making
money.
Do
not
make
your
trip
by
MMT.
They
won't
make
it.
They
will
ruin
it.
MMT
is
not
at
all
recommend.
