Poor refund policy, my booking I'd ooking ID NH7421194062030, told that money will be refunded between 14/18 January but waiting still today, embarrassing feeling 😡

I have booke Europe package in 2019, from ahmedabad. then due to covid all departures are cancelled, and they are charging air line cancellation, we agreed, so many emails, no one to receive the call, ahmedabad office changed. Can any one help to refund the money, I will never book anything from MMT. No one here to help.

No good hospitality at MMT. On their own set up in ahmedabad like place...One uncultured security guard works as a receptionist, who thinks customers are coming there with ration cards. Some staffs are time pass guys.Dont find work culture.... Lot more can be done to better it

It's a Fraud Company... Don't Buy any Package or Flight tickets from them. Inspite of purchasing Zero cancellation Plan for Rs 549/- additionally, they would not refund you for cancellation of your Flight Tickets.

Parking issues. Not allowed to park on the ground floor and in the basement. Had to leave the car oon the footpath in the blazing sun. MMT office was good. Welcomed n water offered on arrival. Executive Nr. Kunal Khemani, was attentive and supportive. Pleasant experience.

Had an awful experience during inquiry. One of the guys from the staff who we approached was rude to us and told us to sit in the corner where there wasn't really any space to sit. Afterwards when we asked him for information regarding travel plans at MMT for our family trip, he demanded to know our personal information and contact details. We told him that we just wanted to inquire and it was not necessary give all the personal information at that point. Then he straight away and very rudely refused to talk to us. We had no other choice but leave from there. It was totally unexpected and we were really shocked. Afterwards we went to Thomas Cook where we received very friendly reception and were given all the necessary information without having to share any of our personal details first. Afterwards we booked our trip with Thomas Cook and they did a good job at making all the arrangements according to our requests for our customized family trip. The staff was fully cooperative and friendly throughout our travel. From our experience it is clear and evident that MMT is not at all serious about its business and reputation. It does not treat customers as human beings. Customers are seen as objects that can be used and manipulated for making money. Do not make your trip by MMT. They won't make it. They will ruin it. MMT is not at all recommend.

this site is totally fraud, do not booking any one with make my trip, at the time of booking showing image is very good after you reach property is 3rd class... if you want west your holidays so book with this site .. suggest you to all read this review do go with this otherwise you west your money and no one responce to return your money.. 3 rd class ... 3 rd class

In case you don't know about future don't use these sites for your booking or trips : from personal experience This is my experience, we booked hotel for year end celebration at Dalhousie and could not reach there due to Rel roko andolan in punjab. Our trains gpt cancelled and we were well over cancellation time. In this case hotel denied any help or refund but also make my trip also said they could not do anything. They behaved just broker with no responsibility of after service, customer satisfaction or any other help in case of of natural distaster or unavoidable geopolitical scenarios. So if you don't know whats going to happen in future don't use any of this for your booking.

They do not care of the customers. They don't have prior conversation with hotels. Customers are suffering at hotels and don't have room what they promise. Very dirty room and not clean properly. So these are the issue never understand by booking sites. Not even given compensation after review of hotels and they aware that customers faced difficulty at hotel. Local guys are book 50% less than price shows on this site. After higher price we pay still service is not good.

Quite wonderful experience the staff was very decent specially Mr Kunal Khemani he helped me alot with the booking procedures and take care of all the things which makes my trip a lifetime experience

Worst experience ever. Never ever go with this dodgy travel agency if you wish to have smooth and consistent service for your trip. No one answers calls. So far I've made a million calls and emails to contact their team for my ticket refund which has been cancelled by Airline. Please take this advice and boycott this bul__t travel agency for your sack.

Had the best curated package for Ladakh. Kunal was being very helpful in understanding my needs and proactively suggested best Hotels, sightseeing and activities towards my vacation.

Worst worst worst experience. We booked a euro trip from them, they did not communicate about any details and asked us to pay so much money on our trip claiming that this is not a part of the package. Our train got cancelled and nobody from MMT told us anything, we had to pay extra and figure it out on our own. The relationship manager or anybody else from the staff would not take any responsibility once you have paid them. Never book any trip from here.

I have a gift card, but I cannot the option to use that gift card to make a booking? I removed all the offers and discounts but still the payment options doesn't list using gift card, it's validity is almost up now it's going to go waste? My friends paid 50k by that card which is lying useless? What should I do? Don't use MMT as they don't have any customer care number active, and even online they direct u to assist yourself, which is useless in my case? Idk how are they doing it like this. That was real cash paid to get the gift card and now I cannot exchange or cash it or even use it later after it's validity? Atleast have an option to pay via it? Its a FRAUD!!!!!
