Un-ethical, and greedy. Stay away. Our flight was cancelled due to severe weather. The next flight was 48 hours later. So, we requested to shift our reservation by 2 days. The hotel refused to modify our reservation, issue a refund, hotel credit, or partial refund. The hotel had rooms available on the new dates. The hotel wanted us to re-book at full rate. The new rate was even more than what we have already paid. Our first reservation was at $156 per night, which we couldn't get any refund or credit. The second reservation, the hotel wanted $206 per night. Our other hotel in Lisbon was very understanding and shifted our reservation without any issues.

Excellent location and beautiful rooms. Great place to stay and explore Nazare for a few days. We were right on the beach. My wife and I spent a beautiful evening sharing a bottle of wine in the second floor lounge overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and I liked the all day free coffee, snacks and water they had downstairs.

The view was unbeatable, and the service was friendly. The room was tiny and had paper thin walls. Ok for a night, but I would not have been comfortable staying longer. Great place to visit. Restaurant was good as well.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Can't be beat. The rooms are small. The bathroom- ugh. Shower leaks and if you don't have a towel on the floor soaking up the water it's flooded all over. The hair dryer didn't have heat just a cool setting so be prepared to spend triple the time drying your hair. Reception was helpful, restaurant staff also friendly.

Our view and meal were great, cataplana, and prawn with risotto and shrimp. Surprisingly Great wine from southern Portugal.

Clown operation here. I’m half Portuguese, have been +30 plus times to Portugal and have stayed at this hotel several times before. Both previous times had a group of friends with me staying there at this hotel I recommended for the group. I would run for the hills and not stay at this hotel. They canceled my hotel stay one day before my stay! I’d go the Hotel Magic, less views, but also less stress…

Cancelled by hotel with no reason. Booked through the famous booking website, the hotel cancelled my booking, I still had free cancellation option and they had my credit card details. After they tried to debit my credit card. I send them a message they responded: we do what we want. Don't do business with this hotel.

Nice and cozy place, but stuff hung out near my room and it was quiet loud. Despite on this fact, I enjoyed staying there, they gave me the room at 12.00 p.m that is earlier. I only was missing some vegetables on the breakfast. Still it's 5 stars.

Only visited the restaurant. Food was amazing. Highly recommended. Sit at the window for a view of the beach and sea. You can also sea the big waves on the point. Quick and friendly service.

Incredible ocean front hotel! And don't forget to eat there. Best seafood and Vino Verde of our trip. The grilled sardines were INCREDIBLE!! And the Pulpo Salad. WONDERFUL!!!

One of the best rooms we stayed in while on vacation in the Iberian peninsula. A beautiful view out to the sea.

We wanted to sit down yesterday to have a drink. We where meet with an very unpolite attitude and where told "only eat then you can sit down" That made us to never come back to eat. Should tell coustomers in a more plesent way if this is their policy.
