Un-ethical,

greedy.
Stay
away.
Our
flight
was
cancelled
due
to
severe
weather.
The
next
flight
was
48
hours
later.
So,
we
requested
to
shift
our
reservation
by
2
days.
The
hotel
refused
to
modify
our
reservation,
issue
a
refund,
hotel
credit,
or
partial
refund.
The
hotel
had
rooms
available
on
the
new
dates.
The
hotel
wanted
us
to
re-book
at
full
rate.
The
new
rate
was
even
more
than
what
we
have
already
paid.
Our
first
reservation
was
at
$156
per
night,
which
we
couldn't
get
any
refund
or
credit.
The
second
reservation,
the
hotel
wanted
$206
per
night.
Our
other
hotel
in
Lisbon
was
very
understanding
and
shifted
our
reservation
without
any
issues.
