I came for a fitting test to remove glasses a month ago, at the Netanya branch, the clerks are simply lovely, as well as the optometrists I met and the doctor Dr. Ben Nissen. I had surgery a week ago and already feel a big change. The staff there is amazing. I recommend it to anyone considering laser surgery 🙂

I was in line for a laser eyeglass removal consultation, I waited in line for an hour and 20 (!) before I even entered the examination, the worker did not disinfect the devices either before me or after me! After the examination I was supposed to wait for the optometrist but after 35 minutes of another wait I threw up my hands and ran away! A place that really does not respect its customers and is a waste of your time. Highly recommend staying away as long as you can!

I came up with a quote and asked how many treatments would roughly bring me the result The representative built a plan for me with such an approach that it will be more than enough for you I agreed to everything and set off after 10 treatments that I suffered from pain as of today, if they see me they won't be able to tell that I underwent hair removal treatments In one of the last treatments, the therapist told me to talk to the representative regarding maintenance treatment, of course under the conditions of an existing client for the sake of the result or even close to it When I called I received an offer of NIS 650 treatment like everyone else and basically everywhere that does laser and when I got there to talk to the manager of course she spoke to me through the representative didn't even try to get me into a face-to-face conversation because it's not like it was at the beginning dozens of phone calls and as much free time as I need to close the day I'm no longer critical and it's a shame that in any case it's an unpleasant experience to say the least and I don't recommend it under any circumstances!
