I started working out at the club after I quit smoking, I wanted something that would both prevent me from gaining fat and also be effective for self-defense. The club and the coach changed my life in the most positive way that a sports club can change. Coming to this club was one of the best choices I've ever made (including choosing my wife), there's no way I'm leaving it in the next decade!
