Very disappointed with the "chicken on the bone" meal, you write "random chicken pieces on the bone" while you gave me two times in a row two chicken thighs in both orders, very "random" indeed...... In every KFC branch around the world you can clearly choose Chicken legs in the menu but here you offer this ridiculous dish instead. Why won't you just write "chicken thighs" meal instead if you don't plan to put any other part of chicken? I won't order anymore from you .

Terrible service and not at all worth the headache. I ordered and my number appeared on the screen for getting ready, but never for being ready. Eventually I waded through the crowd trying to get service, and when I finally got an answer, first they lost it then she said "the screen doesn't work, I called the number a million times" as if everyone can stand in front of a small counter and hear her whisper. I tasted the chicken and it tastes like McDonald's--not worth such a wait and such bad service. The area and tables were nice, so good atmosphere other than the crowd of sad and hungry customers.

Not worth it, it doesn't taste like KFC at all, it just tastes like regular chicken and it doesn't have that iconic KFC juicyness and taste.

It took more than half an hour to prepare the food. And only 3 employees and too many people waiting for their food. The quality of the breadcrumbs is not so crispy and it’s brown, I prefer the golden one.

The service was fine and got our food relatively fast but the food price is outrageously high the tower burger with large fries and drink 58 shekels and the size of the burger is about 2 bites… the bun was twice as big as the chicken inside, we ordered 12 pieces of bites which were mid at best 50 shekels!! The nuggets at mcdonalds are way better. No wet towels nor restroom near by, two stars and im generous

Took more than an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well, the chicken was completely raw. It was the worst food I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else. I usually dont write reviews but they really pissed me off. Its like they did it on purpose. Disgusting!!!!!

Great service, the working stuff helped me with taking my order very kindly. The food tastes just like KFC in other countries which is Very delicious, would recommend!

Excellent and fast service, great food, liked every bit of it. I am very surprised with all the negative comments here. I am surely coming back here for more.
