I really enjoyed the flying yoga classes at first and the studio is close to my house which was comfortable so I signed up. After one month, I got a knee injury and asked to cancel the subscription but they refused to take my situation into consideration charged me for the following month because “it was too late to cancel” even though they KNEW that I couldn’t go because of my knee injury. The only way I could “get out” of it was by paying for 10 entries instead (which meant adding more money, and I was dumb enough to do that) and I ended up not going anyway because their attitude really put me off. They don’t care about their costumers at all, the only thing they care about is taking as much money as they can from people. They even try to sell you their stuff the minute you walk in there. Start treating costumers with kindness and respect and not like ATM machines if you want them to stay.

Do not honor their subscriptions. After COVID and having a baby I returned only to hear the classes I paid for were no longer valid. I also was insulted by the man (owner) at the counter. I went to an awful sound bath workshop where the teacher banged aggressively on the huge gong for most of the session after only a few minutes of other instruments. Try and imagine this by your head in a small room. After 40 minutes of this I quietly walked out (when everyone was in hammocks closing their eyes and probably their ears haha).
