All the great reviews here seems to be for Tel Aviv. I have rented in Jerusalem and want to make sure everyone who rents here should know. We came in to a dirty apartment, there was cereal on the rug which made me so sick. Under the sofa it seems it was never cleaned. The bath tap was brown and not white as the original color, the sink was clogged and had disgusting stuff coming out of it. The apartment mentions is has a dryer but there is no dryer in the apartment. The kettle was filthy dirty. They offered us to clean but obviously after seeing their lever of cleaning I decided to clean myslef. We had many bugs some bit my daughter badly and her eye was swellon, never experienced that before. I have killed several bugs, sorry for not having pictures since they won’t like to wait for a picture, my priority was to get rid of them. I can go on and on but bottom line we paid almost $500 a night for a place that’s not worth more than $230 a night and I have rented placed before. Just to be clear I mentioned in advanced how cleanliness is important for me and I was promised a perfectly clean apartment. Please note as well that there is a lot of noise around also late at night.

We stayed at an apartment on 11 George Eliot street and it was great. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and everything worked as expected. Communication was great throughout booking, our stay and checkout (we asked for late checkout). Lior answered any question we had and went out of her way to help us with any request we had. The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet but very central street. We would definitely stay there again in our next visits. Top Travel Israel have been very reliable and responsive and we can recommend them to anyone.

Terrific Location. Clean. Easily accessible. Will definitely refer to family and friends. Eyal was amazing at responding and providing that which was told will be there. A few things that would be helpful for future guests: * extra towels. 1 per bed is not enough - especially with having access to the pool. * linens that fit the bed if they are separated. * a few extra in the closet * blackout curtains - one door doesn't have a curtain at all * directions to use the heater and or air conditioning. * if its a Kosher kitchen - labeling what's meat and Dairy. Providing the basic plastics is definitely helpful for those with a strict Kashrus level (won't use dishes) - Eyal responded immediately to this. Provided it in a very timely fashion.

We found what we thought was a great apartment , phenomenal location with Parking . The renters were Top Travel Israel . Turns out that while the apartment was great , the hosts were the real find ! In retrospect , I wish we found the host first and work with them on finding the best possible apartment for us ! The reason I am saying it is Top Travel were attentive , extremely pleasant , understanding and accommodating for anything we discussed or asked for ! I certainly recommend using their services and know we will for sure during our next trip to Israel !

Had a memorable three week stay at the Jaffa apartment on Dante. The checkin and all administrative aspects were absolutely seamless. The location is ideal for exploring on foot, but surprisingly for Jaffa, not once was parking an issue! The unit itself is as picturesque as the photos and combines the comforts of modern living with the elegant decay of the old city. Tastefully decorated, artsy, but unpretentious. Will most likely revisit on my future trips. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very suitable and great location for us… the contract address and the actual address didn’t match so that needed to be sorted out and we did have some difficulties at check in with the concierge not having us in the database to let us in and similarly with parking our car but Eyal was extremely helpful with a quick response to rectify the situation … a good experience overall …

I rented one of the apartments for 10 days for my family that came to visit. Everything was clean, orderly and even better than the pictures. Super spacious, full of light. No complaints at all, and definitely one that we will repeat next time my family comes. Amit, the person we were in touch with throughout the process was extremely caring and available. she reached out almost on a daily basis to make sure my family was ok and had everything they needed at all times. She went above and beyond. Not to mention the area, which is right next to where I live, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants and under 10 mins walk from the beach. Strongly strongly recommended

Our stay in Israel has been lovely thanks to TopTravel. They were able to locate us a spot right on Jerusalem beach during one of the most busy times of the year. Did I mention that it was WEEK OF? They also had someone greet us at the door to our apartment when we got there. That was extremely helpful in learning about the area we were in and finding about some cool spots around us. Amazing organization with prime housing rentals in Israel. We are staying in a beautiful apartment in Tel Aviv, 3 minutes from the ocean, for an incredibly reasonable price. They’re responsive, helpful, and offer amazing customer service which is important in Israel. I am so grateful to them for taking care of us this year and plan to stay with them in the future. Great location (Kikar Hamedina), very clean, large apartment. Not noisy even though it is on Kikar Hamedina and Jabotinsky. (May get noisy if they ever start construction in Kikar Hamedina.)

We stayed in Tel Aviv in August for a month. We were very pleased with the service we received. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nice. when we had a problem with one of the showers ,it was fixed very quickly. See you guys next time when we arrive to Israel 🇮🇱 😀

Great apartment in a very nice location. My parents stayed there while traveling to TLV. Spacious 1BR, clean, high ceilings and have everything needed for a comfort stay. Due to the windows looking at different sides, the apartment has pretty good natural conditioning during the summer heat. Very helpful and nice host!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a GREAT location. Steps away from the beach, the market and very close to Neve Tzedek. Many restaurants very near by. The apartment is spacious with lots of outdoor options...a balcony off the kitchen, and two spaces on the top level. Great place to watch sunset. It's clean with a gorgeous view of the sea from the upstairs bedroom. We had a couple of issues but they were extremely responsive and everything was fixed in a timely manner. And although the parking spot is a little tight, it was perfect to have a place to park in Tel Aviv. Would recommend and stay again!

This is a great location to stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious. Great balcony view. Most importantly, you have cafés, restaurants, AM PM store and Carmel Market and the beach 🏝 within walking distance. Host communication responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment for 40 days from the end of Nov to beginning of Jan. Great location, the service we received from both the building management and Uri was prompt. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nice. when we had a problem with the bedroom window, it was fixed, but it took several weeks since it required outside contractors. I will definitely consider it next time we are in Israel
