I
have
tried
to
see
multiple
apartments
with
this
company.
They
have
a
very
weird
way
of
working
where
the
people
who
show
you
the
apartments
don’t
know
prices
but
you
have
to
speak
to
a
very
unfriendly
and
unhelpful
person
on
WhatsApp
to
get
any
information.
I
only
got
in
touch
with
the
company
as
I
met
one
of
their
employees
who
was
so
lovely
and
helpful.
Unfortunately
after
he
put
me
in
touch
with
the
person
from
the
office
who
schedules
appointments,
it’s
clear
why
they
have
so
many
apartments
available
with
no
tenants.
The
guy
on
the
end
of
the
phone
is
very
rude,
entitled
and
unhelpful.
It
seems
the
boss
(Shai)
doesn’t
care
that
the
apartments
are
empty
as
they
get
paid
as
a
management
company
by
the
landlords
who
own
the
buildings.
After
one
of
his
staff
discussed
how
unfortunate
my
experience
had
been
his
response
was
that
he
doesn’t
care
I’m
just
another
customer,
and
yet
he
doesn’t
want
my
money?
The
rude
person
who
schedules
the
appointments
for
three
days
now
has
refused
to
let
me
see
one
of
their
available
apartments
with
no
justification.
Very
disappointing
as
I’m
likely
to
have
to
leave
Israel
due
to
homelessness
because
I
can’t
get
an
appointment
to
see
an
apartment
for
6000
shekels
a
month.
I
hope
the
landlords
are
aware
of
their
vacancies
and
why.
Terrible
service,
unfriendly
and
uncooperative
staff.
What
a
huge
shame
for
this
country.
They
also
write
lots
of
fake
reviews
about
themselves!
In
the
last
hour
(since
my
review)
they’ve
miraculously
received
a
bunch
of
reviews
giving
them
a
5/5
rating
with
no
written
accompaniment.
Since
writing
this
review
they
have
added
17
new
reviews
(in
the
last
two
hours)
from
unknown
accounts
and
people
that
work
for
them
😂😂
DO
NOT
TRUST
THIS
COMPANY.
