Instructors were good. Especially Yael was amazing! Kids had a great time overall. However it was quite annoying with the manager Stephanie. She was incapable of confirming anything she said. From one minute to the other she would change her mind about the classes, about the duration, if the instructors are available or not. Promised to confirm the class, yet gotten back to us only after the class has been started. Instead of apologizing she went on saying that there are only privates available as of now. Kids were ready, then cancellation right away. I called, suddenly the instructor is available. Next day cancellation 10 minutes before the class, again without apologizing.
